At this time, I have been contacted directly by Hoverboard 360 regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They contacted me regarding my request to return the item however they never gave me the RMA number that they require in order to return
it. They apologized for not responding sooner because they have been soon busy. I've tried several times since then to get in touch with anyone there but no luck. Now my days is up and I can not return it because its their policy.

I ordered a hoverboard from this company on 12/*/15, charged my account on 12/*/ Website says day shipping, waited gave them the benefit of th doubtAfter 100's of calls and live calls, they promised this by ChristmasThey called me 12/**/to tell me they didn't even have in stockthey constantly blamed upsNothing but liesI told them to cancel my order, waiting for my reimbursement

I was able to get a live person on the line after the New Year, but could not get a straight answer as to where to
send hoverboard back All I was told was to send it to the "east coast address." I asked for specific address and could not get that out of her Currently disputed charge via my *** account If Hoverboard does not respond to them,*** will reimburse me my money
