Good quality lenses, no dryness or discomfort.
Customer service is good although lenses are a bit expensive. Would be good to offer student discount.
I would prefer to have an ongoing bi-monthly subscription then having to update my preferences to pause every few months.

I suffer from dry eye and these contact lenses work great for me and the base curve fits me correctly. I've never had any issues with the lenses themselves but the delivery has failed on a number of occasions leaving me without any lenses which has been very frustrating. The tracking information isnt in english so I cant navigate and track my order. When I've messaged the company via *** they always advise me to wait 10 working days then my order still doesnt arrive I've then received another box then the origional?! The last couple of orders have arrived within 4 working days however each time I order I'm left worrying incase I have to go through the whole rigmarole again. Great lenses but unreliable shipping.

Not happy that you cant cancel subscription by email as I live in England uk cost to much to ring the USA ??

Hey listen guys, I’m not happy with your service. I signed up for trial in Dec, as I had an eye appointment coming up and just didn’t want to order too many until I got my new prescription. This was Dec 26, 2019. I emailed around Jan 11, 2020, as I had seen no sign of them, even though my account was debited. I was given a tracking number. After over a week with no change in status, I emailed again. The person apologized and stated that there was an issue at the border, and a replacement was shipped out. I have yet to receive my order. I think enough time has gone by, as I gave up and have since ordered and received my orders TWICE from your competition, gone to my eye appointment, gotten a new prescription, sent away for glasses and contacts in the new prescription, received them and been wearing them for 2 weeks now.....and still no updates and NO sign of my trial lenses from either order that was shipped. WHERE would they have disappeared to, and if you aren’t shipping my order, (which I can’t use now with a new prescription) can I just have my money returned, even though it was only $4?

Hubble contacts are very beneficial for people who cannot afford the huge payments upfront for regular contacts or prescription glasses. However, sometimes the cut of the contacts can be off and sometime you may find ripped ones in the contact container.
Always make sure you have an extra box to ensure extras if your shippment is running behind.

Hubble was great. I loved the automatic renew, the monthly appearance of contacts at my door. And then my prescription changed. I changed it online and apparently it was too strong for them to carry. So instead of sending me an email apologizing that they couldn’t help me anymore they just cancelled my subscription. No word as to why. Until I emailed asking what the heck. I basically got back “oops our bad” and no apology. Thus ended our online relationship.

Been with hubble for about two years now. My favourite thing about them is that they have EXCEPTION customer service. Something goes crazy (even on your part and you need help)- they will send a box free to help you out/extra box/whatever you need no questions asked. They know your subscription is what matters and have never stopped putting me having a good experience first and that is why I stay so long and recommend them to everyone.
More brands need to learn that in an age where we can get anything we want online from multiple sources- valuing your customers IS your most effective tool for gaining and retaining a base:) and Hubble gets that <3 And that’s why I am happy to speak for them here. I would and have recommended them to friends and family and would for you too:) they’ll take good care of you.

I was charged again for another shipment after I canceled my subscription. When speaking to the customer service representative, she would not believe that I had already canceled it and would not let me cancel the shipment or return unopened boxes. I feel like I was scammed with this subscription and I do not recommend them to anyone.
