Thank you for your patience while our office reviewed information concerning this claim We value our customers and give careful consideration to all customer problems Our digital video shows the incident in question was the fault of another customer Unfortunately, the video request cannot be processed at the location level and must be requested through our claims office To date we have not received a video request from [redacted] through our office If [redacted] contacts our office at ###-###-####, we would be happy to have a copy of the digital video sent directly to them

We have completed a thorough investigation on this complaint The complainant alleges he waited minutes before he used his horn Our digital video shows that the complainant waited minutes before he actually dangerously lunged his vehicle forward towards the customer’s vehicle ahead of his Our digital video also shows the automatic Car Wash lane was working properly with no other vehicles in line Our District Manager reached out to this customer and offered to meet with him on 4/at 3:to review the complaint details The customer failed to appear to the scheduled meeting

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Thank you for forwarding this informationThis is not an acceptable solutionI would like to see their evidence from their “investigation”, where the pre-spray system was working properly and how they determined that it was working properly on April 5th, at approx11amI would also love to see their evidence of how the driver, (myself) “inadvertently hit the pre-sprayer”My wife and I asked Calvin, (the Regional Manager of Delta Sonic on April 25th, 2015), to show us the video that views in the pre-wash, and he informed us that there is no video surveillance that has the proper angles to view inside the pre-sprayer, so I am confused on how they can say the driver inadvertently hit the pre-sprayer with no video evidenceHowever, if it turns out that they do have video evidence, I would love to be able to schedule out a time and date in which I would be able to come review it so I can point out how there equipment malfunctioned right after a negligent employee walked away after tampering with the machineI do, however, have photo evidence of their damaged/defective sprayer bar, which also serves as proof the equipment is defective and not properly maintainedIn the photo’s I took, you can clearly see that the pre-sprayer is scratched, dented, falling apart, missing chunks of the black bumper and definitely looks like it ran into many cars or obstaclesMy photos also show there are metal guard rails that prevent cars from hitting the spray bar further proving that the scenario Delta Sonic is describing is not only a total fabrication of the truth and facts but also not even remotely plausibleI can email these photos over to the Revdex.com upon requestDelta Sonic’s employees have proven to be negligent and their “best repairman” according to Calvin, has absolutely no experience ever working in an auto body shopTherefore I want Delta Sonic to pay for an AUTO BODY REPAIR SHOP to buff out the scratches and pay for the replacement tail lightI would like to resolve this matter without further escalationHowever any offer that involves my vehicle being exposed to Delta Sonic’s negligent employees or faulty equipment, will be deemed unacceptable and rejected Regards, [redacted]

Delta Sonic’s surveillance video seems doctored due to its
length, degradation of video quality, lack of audio, etcVideo forensics can
determine thatBut this case is about Delta Sonic’s terrible customer service
towards me, in particular: ***’s lack of customer service and inappropriate and discriminatory behavior with me and district
manager, *** ***, and DELTA SONIC management’s failure to follow proper investigation protocol and NOT investigating my case in a fair and UNBIASED manner of ***s
derogatory verbal remarks towards me and failure to abide by the Delta Sonic
employee code of conduct policyI will be willing to meet with a third party
mediator who is not in any way connected or related to Delta Sonic or its
affiliates at the *** *** station building ONLY IF the following three conditions are met for the incident that took place on 4/7/at Delta Sonic, *** **:
1 A FAIR and UNBIASED thorough investigation will
be done by a third party NOT AFFILIATED WITH DELTA SONIC or any of its
affiliates in a reasonably timely mannerI, as well as applicable agencies, will
be given the opportunity to review the investigation done by this third party
2 As a result of the thorough and unbiased
investigation to be done by the third party as described in condition one, proper
disciplinary actions such as a suspension without pay and/or termination of
employment are taken against ***, *** ***, and any other Delta Sonic upper
management personnel who failed to properly address this complaint
3 3. Proper customer service and employee code of
conduct protocols (to be determined by an impartial outside regulatory agency,
etc.) will also be implemented at Delta Sonic to prevent future discriminatory
behavior and terrible customer service by Delta Sonic to its customers
As the Revdex.com has no power to take actions against Delta Sonic,
if condition number one mentioned herewith is not done in a reasonable
timeframe, I will have no choice but to look to government agencies such as the
US Deptof Justice and civil rights groups and attorneys that DO have the
power to properly investigate and resolve this HATE CRIME and discrimination
caseI will also get the media involved to get my voice heard, if Delta Sonic
chooses to unfairly handle my complaintI will also organize a strike, etc
So, what exactly is going to be done by Delta Sonic upper
management to have this incident properly investigated as mentioned in condition
one in a reasonably timely fashion?

We fully understand the customers concerns and have
carefully considered this complaint
Our investigation indicates there was previous damage to the
area in question which caused the lens to become loose. In order for the lens damage to occur, we
strongly feel the previous damage was
the initial cause of the problem
Although we feel this damage may not have been the direct
result of our negligence, the complainant can return the passes along with an
estimate, as stated in the correspondence they received, to our office and the
claim will be re-evaluated

Arrangements for the repair have been made for the complainant with Delta Sonic's Auto Repair Department
