of January. The customer was given 1 exception between then and now which was on February 28th, 2016 at Niagara Falls. We do not have any emails of her reaching out through the claims system nor to the unlimited email. The previous plan was $22.99+tx which we can extend to her immediately without any back charges. The customer would need to contact us for that rate since the location no longer sells it.

I will not accept the 50.-$ check for a damage that large.Delta Sonic is just repeating what was stated in the letter. To me, it is inconceivable that, regardless of the quality of the paint, the pre powerwash should not be using so much pressure that even the slightes danger of peeling occurs. This car was several times at this car wash without any damage. I just believe that this time too much pressure was used. It sounded like sandblastingObviously the Company admitts that these damages do occur. Then, I should say, they should be required to put a sign up in clear view, that "your car may be damaged  through our pre power wash" . Unfortunately I am out of town now, but I will contact them for the inspection asap.

A vehicle, even slightly coated with road dirt or film, will
usually obscure most preexisting damage on the finish.  We realize the first time a person may
notice, what they feel is new damage, is while inspecting a vehicle that has
just been cleaned.  It is understandable
for any...

customer to feel that this newly discovered damage may have been caused
by some part of the Car Wash procedure or the drying of the finish.
Since our toweling material and wiping method have been
proven safe and reliable, we feel the vehicles damage was incurred by some
other means and went unnoticed prior to the services.  Certainly, if the towels caused the damage in
question, there would be an excellent chance the damage would have been
repeated in other areas of the vehicle.

vehicle's first visit at Delta Sonic.  Video was also reviewed showing all procedures were completed properly during the Oil Change services.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for this claim as the head gasket could not have been affected during a routine Oil Change service.

the services you provided was done by your details crew with the necklace name tag because it came from someone who had it on and leaning on my car with it and scratched in 2 places that was not there when I got my car washed b4 the detailed it and then they tried to tell me my car was clean in the inside when it was barely touched because all they did was take out the trash that was on the inside

We appreciate the customers concerns.  Our investigation indicates Delta Sonic changed the oil on the complainant's vehicle on 7/24/16.  On that date, 6.9 quarts were added to the vehicle in accordance with BMW's specifications.  The complainant returned to file a claim on 9/28/16....

 Since the oil change, the vehicle in question has been driven 3,972 miles.  Vehicles cannot run for extended periods without proper lubrication.  When Delta Sonic inspected the vehicle, the oil filter and drain plug were both found to be tight and dry.  Without any evidence of external leaks, the only possibility is an internal oil consumption issue which would not be related to our service.

My truck is due for an inspection,it will not pass withe the hanging mirror.The mirror needs replaced before you cause me more grief.can I have the CEO's phone number?

Attached is a copy of the digital video taken of the vehicle lunging forward.  Our District Manager is still willing to meet with the complainant to review this information.  The complainant can contact our office at 1-800-843-5477 if he would like to reschedule the appointment.

At this time, our preliminary investigation indicates it is very unlikely the damage in question was caused at Delta Sonic.  Our records indicate a courtesy Scratch Repair Service was completed at our Detail Shop on 6/27/16.  This service was offered as a customer courtesy and did not...

constitute acceptance of liability for any portion of the original claim.  As the complainant did not find this offer acceptable, a meeting with our Site Supervisor was scheduled for 7/11/16 to have the claim re-evaluated.  The customer failed to arrive for the scheduled appointment. If the complainant would like to re-schedule this appointment, he may contact our office at [redacted].  Our notes with this complainant’s file indicate he treated the last representative he spoke with very disrespectfully and advised the representative to “rot in Hell.”  This type of treatment will not be tolerated, and if the complainant continues to affront our employees, we will have to respectfully reject any offer to schedule a meeting with the Site Supervisor.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] They neglect to mention fact that they have workers with hoses pouring directly on cars prior to entering carwash to knock ice off cars.  the worker did not do his job properly and when pouring water on car it got into frame. If ice build up from weather was the problem it would have dented the car inwards. The water from car wash got trapped in door frame and pushed outwards.  The first manager I spoke with agreed with this. He even encouraged me to go forward with a claim when his supervisor said it was not delta sonics fault.I know of another person that had the exact same type of damage done. Delta sonic sent him A coupon.I have attached a picture that the manager of delta sonic told me to take to help my claim. It shows the ice he took out of the inside of door frame. I do not want coupons for free washes I want the damage fixed.

Sonic found a dishonest way to not pay the bill. They claim that they will only pay what they want. Also know as in Sonic's terms of fair market value. That is false, Sonic determines what they feel they should pay and call it fair market! Sonic's determination of fair market value by claiming that the parts to repair damages should be used parts obtained from a junk yard to keep the price down. This is rediculas and all Sonic customers should know that if their vehicle gets damaged, that Sonic will not pay for a proper repair. Sonic's claim department claim guy was extremely rude and short temporeded It was a very frustrating experience and all Sonic customers should know what to expect if their vehicle gets damaged. Sonic customers should know that Sonic will not pay for your vehicle to be repaired properly. That's the truth and that's the bottom line. They would only correspond this information over the phone.  Sonic claims guy was smart enough to NOT put that information in a email but that is exactly what transpired and I have documented it in my claim to you. So Sonic will divert the real issue with making statements that they would pay. What they are not telling you is that they will only pay for used parts. They know that it would cost the consumer more to sue them than it would be for the customer to just pay the bill to have their vehicle repaired properly with new parts. Who wants their car fixed with junk parts? All Sonic customers need to know this.

Complaint was never resolved, I want contact information for Delta Sonic

We have thoroughly investigated the circumstances concerning
the incident the complainant reported. 
After reexamining the operation of our equipment, and all procedures,
our findings have reinforced our position that our Car Wash could not have
caused the damage in question. 
At the time of the inspection with our Site Supervisor, the
Car Wash conveyor rail was measured.  The
conveyor rail measured at 4 ¾ inches. 
The height to the bottom of the customer’s vehicle was measured at 5 ½ inches,
substantiating the fact that the vehicle could not contact the conveyor rail.   Furthermore, traveling over a roller at less
than 1 mile per hour could not possibly cause a fender to buckle.
Although we cannot accept liability for the damage in
question, we have offered to set up an appointment for the customer with a
licensed insurance adjuster to help determine the root cause of the damage.
