They opened an account without my permission or knowledge. Now refuse to to remove it. Provided them with police report and FTC and still nothing…

They are shady about the payment issues, almost half of our monthly payment is "finance charges" they are hard to get ahold of and stubborn to correct mistakes. From reading all of the reviews and my own experience it seems that they coach their employees to participate in, lawful I'm sure, but unethical sales practices. I know we are stuck with what we have and they will get away with their lack of honesty and transparency when it comes to our experience but hopeful my warning will deter others from making the same mistake we did.

With regards to being called and threatened to be sued and jailed for the outstanding balance, there are no records that anyone from our location has called and informed Mr [redacted] of Ms [redacted] of thisSince the account is seriously delinquent, if no payment is made to bring the account current by the end of this month, the account will be charged off to bad debt and reported to the major credit bureaus as a collections accountWith regards to the warranty on the merchandise, we will only offer warranty on the cutlery and bake ware set as this merchandise is warranted by usSince we do not offer the style of cookware that was purchased by Mr [redacted] and Ms***, they will need to contact [redacted] ***’s Customer Service Department for any warranty needs

Since Mr [redacted] signed the sales order, he was in agreement to the terms and conditions of the order, of which the Notice of Cancellation was one of themSince the order was not cancelled within the allotted timeframe, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation and the account will remain their responsibility

Mr [redacted] ’s 3qt and 6qt have been replaced under warranty and have been shippedThe expected delivery date per UPS is Thursday April 16th
