In review of the complaint received by *** ***, we have a sales order that was signed by his fiancée, Ms*** *** on October 8, via the Independent Distributor, Century Living InternationalThe cookware set that was purchased by Ms***, CookWorld, is not merchandise that is
shipped or warranted by Hy Cite Enterprises, LLCThe only cookware that we would ship and warrant would be the 8” gourmet skilletAny and all issues concerning the CookWorld merchandise would need to be brought up directly with the Independent Distributor or CookWorld’s Cus***er Service Department as the only dealings we have with this merchandise is the extending of financing for the cookwareWe can forward this complaint to the Independent Distributor’s office so that they can contact Mr*** and Ms***, however, the account is no longer eligible for cancellation as the cancellation timeframe has expiredOn the sales order that was signed by Ms***, the notice of cancellation states that the order may be cancelled prior to midnight of the third business day after the order was signed and since that timeframe has passed, the account is no longer eligible for cancellationIf Ms*** and Mr*** would like the phone numbers to CookWorld’s Cus***er Service Department or the phone number to the Independent Distributor’s office, we will be more than happy to provide themShould you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us

On the credit application that Ms*** signed, the very top of it states that Hy Cite invites you to open a line of creditBy Ms*** signing the credit application, she was authorizing us to run her credit to see if we would extend financing to herWe have been sending Ms*** statements with balance, payment and finance charge information monthly starting with the first statement back in July These statements come from us, Hy Cite Enterprises and there were any questions regarding billing, Ms*** should have contacted us directly as stated on her monthly statements

Upon looking at this responseThis company has a few other companies that work along side this company claiming the same thingsSo many others have been scammed from these peopleThey claim to all have lifetime warranties but never validate any of itAfter speaking to one of these companiesI was threated to be sued for the outstanding balance and jailedWhich is 100% illegal and will be taking action for that. In review of the complaint received by Ms*** ***, we have a sales order and a credit application signed by Ms*** and Mr*** *** on June 25, On the sales order our notice of cancellation reads, “You, the buyer, may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the
third business day after the date of this transaction.” Since the allotted timeframe has passed the account is no longer eligible for cancellationAlso, on the credit application the names of references are requested, these references are called should the account become past due and we are unable to reach Ms*** or Mr*** for paymentsCurrently the account is payments past due with the last payment being received on February 25, and if no payment is made by May 29, 2015, the account is scheduled to written off to bad debt and reported to the major credit bureaus as a Collections accountPer Ms***’s request, we have removed all contact information, phone numbers and e-mail address and we will no longer contact Ms*** about the account so it will be their responsibility to make payments on time to the accountShould you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us

Finance locate in Madison WI, I did not receive the water filter, but the financed
company bill me and charge me the complete saleWhen I call them and advise

party company to provide the unit, I has them why the charge me a finance
charges for item that I don’t have posesThey inform me they could not make
any adjustment to the finance charges, I don’t thinks this is fare because they charge me for
something that I don’t have, they were also unable to provide me whit estimate
of the delivery for the water filter, the total of sale was $2,please

In review of the complaint received by [redacted], we have an order that was signed by Ms. [redacted] and [redacted] on August 29, 2016. The order was submitted to us by the Independent Distributor on September 23, 2016 and merchandise was shipped via UPS on September 29, 2016. The 50...

warranty that comes with the cookware covers any and all manufacture defects as well as any problems that may arise under normal use. If the steam valve melted due to the stove burner being placed on high, this would not be considered a manufacture defect or normal use and would not be covered under the 50 year warranty. As a show of good faith, we will replace what Ms. [redacted] damaged while having the burner on high. We will also replace the pan with the defective handle. All Ms. [redacted] will need to do is contact our Customer Service Department at ###-###-#### and any representative will be able to assist her. The way the warranty works, Ms. [redacted] will need to send in the items that need to be replaced and once they are received, replacement items will be shipped back to her. In any contract there is a way to cease the contract, whether there is a fee that has to be paid in order to do so or etc. The product was never open the customer wants to send the product back to your company and not have a bill considering she never made a payment. Your policy is "customer satisfaction guaranteed". The customer has not recieved that.

Unfortunately, I have no choice than to stay with this filter, but for future reference your sales representative shouldn't give false information in order to make a sale. In the long run you will loose future business because of it.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Nautilus has informed me that they would in no way charge me cancellation fees or late fees. A finance company representative has contacted me and informed me that I owe both of these type of charges, however, they would not give me a detailed explanation short of "late payment fees" and a "cancellation fee".  I returned merchandise in the manner required. I contacted the finance company about the return. I was told explicitly that the account would be closed, and that I would not be required to make any payments. This seems like a way for Finance companies to come up with a reason to charge and add additional fees to make money. 100% unacceptable.

Since that...

timeframe has passed, the account is no longer eligible for a cancellation. If Ms. [redacted] is experiencing issues with the water filter, we will be more than glad to inspect the unit under the 15 year warranty. This account was just reported as a Collections Account on July 31, 2017 to the three major credit buraus and can take time to reflect on the credit report. Since the account is now in a default status, Hy Cite Enterprises will no longer be contacting Mr. [redacted] nor Ms. [redacted].
