In review of the complaint received by [redacted] ***, we have that Ms [redacted] called our Verification Department on August 28, at 5:14pm to request the cancellation of her orderOur Verification Department informed Ms [redacted] that the department that is in charge of cancellations was the Customer Care Department and they were currently closed but would send them a message about the cancellation requestOur Customer Care Department did receive the message from our Verifications Department regarding the cancellation requestIn review of the sales order that was signed by Ms***, it was signed on August 24, 2014, making the business day timeframe to cancel the 27th of AugustWhen Ms [redacted] called on the 28th at 5:14pm she was already past the cancellation timeframeThe Customer Care Department did speak to Ms [redacted] on August 29th and explained that she was no longer eligible for cancellationSince Ms [redacted] did not cancel her order within the business day timeframe, the account is no longer eligible for cancellationShould you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us [redacted] Customer Care Department

In review of the complaint received by [redacted] ***, under the voluntary recall that we are conducting in cooperation with the U. S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, the 9ply Thermal Wall cookware is being replaced at no charge and we are providing a supplemental item for the difference in... cookware styles. At this time we are not providing refunds since the recall is limited to the replacement of cookware. Should you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. In review of the complaint received by Mrs***, we have spoken to Mrs [redacted] on several occasions and have explained that the filter is functioning as it shouldMrs [redacted] called us on April 9th and indicated that the lights on the filter were indicating red, which means that the cartridge needs replacingThe cartridges for the FPwater filter work more efficient that the [redacted] cartridges which therefore capture more impurities from the water therefore needing to be replaced more often than the [redacted] cartridgesUnfortunately, the [redacted] is no longer a unit that is available to send to customersThe only comparable filter would be the FPthat Mrs [redacted] already hasShould you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us [redacted] Customer Care Department

In review of the complaint received by [redacted] , we have a sale order that was signed by Ms [redacted] on March 11, On that sales order is our cancellation policy that reads, “You, the buyer, may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this transaction.” Since the allotted timeframe has passed the account is no longer eligible for cancellationWe have notes on the account that we spoke with Ms [redacted] on May 5, and explained to her what our cancellation policy was and that the order was no longer eligible for cancellationSince the account is no longer eligible for cancellation, Ms [redacted] will remain responsible for the account and any all balance associated with itShould you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us [redacted] Assistant Manager Customer Care Department

Right above the signature line on the sales order that Mr [redacted] signed, it states: “You, the buyer, may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this transaction.” Since Mr [redacted] did not cancel the order within the allotted timeframe, the account is no longer eligible for cancellationSince we shipped the merchandise that was on the sales order, any exchange of merchandise will need to be done via the Independent Distributor that did made the sale and Mr***As previously mentioned, the filter comes with year warranty to be free of defects in workmanshipShould Mr [redacted] wish to have the unit inspected under the warranty, he will need to contact our Customer Service Department and any representative will be able to assist him

In review of the complaint received by Mr***, we have a sales order that was signed by Mr*** and Ms*** *** on May 29, On the sales order that was signed by both Mr*** and Ms***, the notice of cancellation states that the order may be cancelled prior to midnight of the
third business day after the order has been signedSince the allotted timeframe has passed, the account is no longer eligible for cancellationWith regards to the finance charges that are being accrued to the account, on the reverse side of the credit application that was signed on May 29, 2014, the finance charges are completely explainedBy Mr*** and Ms*** signing the sales order and credit application, they were agreeing to the terms and conditions of the order and therefore the order is no longer eligible for cancellationThe cookware that was purchased is not warranted through us, the only items that we would cover under warranty would be the set of knives and the bake ware setFor warranty assistance on all other merchandise, Mr*** and Ms*** will need to contact *** ***’s Customer Service Department at ###-###-####Should you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us

With regards to the recall for the 9ply Thermal wall cookware, the Consumer Product Safety Commission has approved for the replacement of the 9ply cookware with a replacement style cookware, and for the change in style of cookware, we are including a supplemental item at no additional costAt this point a refund of the merchandise is not being offered

In the contract it does not stated that the item are final purchase or lifetime warranty it does said that you can cancel order but it does not said that you can't return itemOr lifetime warranty I received item weeks later after a placed order? How can I know if item works or not? Contact customer service and they aid they can not bbe changing item even of it's their default?? I want item be exchange for something else because item it does not worn properly Hycite is trying to force to pay for something that does not work? I want a resolution or I will scalated to the top

By Ms*** signing the credit application, she was agreeing that all the information on the credit application was true and accurate

In review of the complaint received by *** ***, we will be willing to send UPS to pick up the cookware to have it inspected for any rough edges that Mr*** says are presentIf Mr*** agrees to this, we will have our Customer Service Department contact him to send UPS to pick up the
cookware for warranty inspectionAs far cancelling the order, the account is no longer eligible for cancellationOn the sales order that was signed on January 13, 2015, the notice of cancellation states that the order is eligible for cancellation prior to midnight of the third business day after signing the orderSince this timeframe has passed, the account is no longer eligible for cancellationAs mentioned earlier, if Mr*** wants, we can have the merchandise inspected under warranty and if need be, repair or replace the merchandise, however, the cancellation of the order cannot be doneShould you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us

When Ms*** entered her checking account information on August 28th the account number was entered incorrectly on her end, that is why when we tried to run the payment we received the error that no account/unable to locate accountSince we were not at fault for entering the checking account information incorrectly, the late fees and payments will remain on Ms***’ account

I do not accept as the water system is a no good productUpon my research on this product u came across many other stoner complaining about the exact same thing and the lack of service they receive from the companyI am extremely upset that I will be willing to loose the money I already invest in the product and have the company cancel the outstanding balance in the accountAs I am aware that I will be loosing a couple of hundred dollars however I will not owe such a worthless system

was spoken, Mr*** was able to carry a conversation in Spanish with the representative and informed us that his girlfriend was the one responsible to make payments and we should speak to herBy Mr*** signing the credit application, he and the co-signor, *** ***, gave their authorization for us to run their credit to see if they were eligible for financingThe credit inquiry cannot be removed from their credit report due to the fact that the line of credit has already been extended to them and the account has already been bookedSince we have not received any payments to the account, the late fees that have been applied cannot be waivedWith the copies of the statements that we have provided, Mr*** can submit the payments that are due on the accountShould you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us
