Steven [redacted] has always been excellent when servicing our homeToday after spending $I am having a new ton A/C with heat pump installedSo my rating of Steven [redacted] is excellentUnfortunately I'm feeling alittle different on my installation processToday at 7:30am a crew of two arrived at my home to begin removing my old central air and to install a brand new unit from One Hour Air, as a customer it is very difficult to communicate with these men who speak in spanishThey seemed to have gotten my old unit out quickly and then they began what appears to have been a one hour break! I didn't feel like these men took my need for this new system as seriously as I did when I paid $to have this job completedI am sending you this feedback only because I have always been very impressed with One Hour Air and am sorry to have to give you this installation information today

Trent came out Saturday and diagnosed that our unit had a bad circuit board outside He ordered one to be built, which happened quickly and was installed by Wednesday morning The only issue is that a board costs $-- more than twice any computer we own -- and it does one simple thing: on/off for the outside unit when it's appropriate to do so This apparently is what Carrier charges (not One Hour) but it's a crime

service tech was great when he got here he found that installers had my ac system set for gas not electric was a quick fix had heat with in minutes

Sean was Very Professional and courteous Did the work quickly and correctly A credit to his companyWould recommend this tech and Hour Air

BEWARE! Our upstairs ac went out and we called them to come out and take a lookHe quoted us 3,to fix it but said he would not advise that as there is not much life left in itQuoted us between 8-10,to replaceWe had someone else out for a second opinion and it was to get it back up and runningHe told us it had a lot of life in it and gave us a couple tips to keep it running strong

Took advantage of One Hour Air Conditioning rejuvenation and Sean G was the tech assigned, He was very professional, prompt, utilized the phone to keep in contact with me, knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant Summary he provided was through and he readily provided me with answers to my questionsI found him to be honest and sincere, taking pride in his workmanship

It has been almost one month since our repairThe unit appears to operating properlyThe service man really impressed my wifeMore importantly, the call was performed approximately one hour latewith very little hesitation on their part, after checking out this situation, full credit was issued to our credit card accountIt is not always the case for companies to honor their claims, One Hour did!

A/C went out at night and needed repair a.s.a.pService Tech, Justin "Bear" was right on time, reviewed the situation, and resolved the problems with our equipment very quickly His suggestions for additional service were solid, and he was able to get us pretty substantial savings through our warranty and by joining the One Hour membership program "Bear" was very knowledgeable, considerate, and professional Although it's never a good thing to need a/c repairs, the service was excellent, and the pricing was fair
