I am a long time customer of One Hour Air. They show up on time and explain ever thing that needs to be done. They review all the options I may have to solve my A/C issue.

One Hour Air service pro, Flavio M., inspected my ac today. He was very professional, explained what was done and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend.

Arrived at my sons townhome late on a Sunday night to find his AC was not working. Derek met us at the home and much to our dismay the unit was not repairable, for a reasonable amount. A new unit was installed the next morning by Cameron H. and Jimmy N. they were professional and had the job completed in a timely manner. They explained the unit and answered all my questions. We have done business with One Hour also in Deltona and have always had a positive outcome. Hopefully we will only need their services now for maintaining this new unit.

I was most impressed as to how early I had to call when my air was out. And that someone, not a machine, answered my call in person and sent someone out almost immediately. That made a BIG impression on me.My technician's name was Sean. He was very friendly immediately upon entering my home. That he made a positive compliment regarding my home went a long way in establishing rapport with me instantly. He was clean and well mannered. (I commented that I had rarely seen such a 'clean' technician'. LOL. He was very careful to not track up my carpet with outside dirt. Mostly, the way he explained what was going on with my unit was easy for a lay person to understand. He came on time (early than later), he was quick and efficient. Very articulate and easy to talk with. I hope I always get him as a service aid again in the future should I need One Hour Air Company again.

Just wnated to express my satisfaction when dealing with this company. They are very responsive and do a great work.

A/C went out at night and needed repair a.s.a.p. Service Tech, Justin "Bear" was right on time, reviewed the situation, and resolved the problems with our equipment very quickly.
His suggestions for additional service were solid, and he was able to get us pretty substantial savings through our warranty and by joining the One Hour membership program.
"Bear" was very knowledgeable, considerate, and professional.
Although it's never a good thing to need a/c repairs, the service was excellent, and the pricing was fair.

I called one- hour for an appointment for a seasonal system check. I got an appointment on that very day, and the service tech arrived on time. Eric was my hvac tech, he was very knowledgeable,courteous,and efficient.I needed a part replaced and decided to upgrade this part, Eric removed the damaged part and installed the new part. I would recommend one- hour to anyone, I have called upon them in the past and always have been pleased with the service.

The two calls I had with One Hour was an amazing experience for me compared to existing contract provider for a/c service. I did a cold call (no contract) at 9:30am 14 Nov and the tech arrived at 11:30am. Within minutes, problems were diagnosed such as the installer wired the air handler unit incorrectly which resulted in motor and coil failures over the past 3 years. Bottom line, knowledgeable sharp techs, fast service, easy to talk to - I got schooled on my A/C, courteous customer oriented support, and finally, the tech knew the business end to guide me to the appropriate future service contract which I then signed up for. I ended up bringing two neighbors over that have the same A/C contract as myself over while the tech was here to demonstrate my issues and solution.

Friendly, knowledgeable tech performed regularly scheduled maintenance. Courteous, competent and considerate.

Justin [redacted] was familiar and comfortable working in our building and our introduction was great. He was very thorough about setting expectations and listening to my concerns and thought about potential solutions. After his assessment, [redacted] provided options and introduced how the Service Plan could provide long term value. Once the problem was identified, options provided and a decision made, [redacted] took no time to replace the two parts that needed replacing.

[redacted] is courteous, loves dogs, sets expectations and give customers honest options. He's a great addition to the One Hour Air team!
