The response to our call was prompt. Bryan T was courteous and helpful and provided useful information. We were very pleased with the service.

VERY COSTLY FOR THE PART INSTALLED $351 FOR A$25 PART

We had a very good experience with Eric D. and Mike. Our old AC unit was over 13 years old and about shot. I knew I needed a new AC unit and decided to suddenly quit. One Hour came out on Sunday night and got it working and came back on Tuesday and put in a new AC. We are very happy with the service!

One Hour Air has been doing the maintenance on our HVAC system for the last year and seems to be doing a great job. The technicians are friendly and helpful.

My service technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, did not pressure me into unwanted services or products, and fixed the problem. He was polite and upfront about costs before doing the work. Here wore covers over his shoes to protect the floor.

Technician was on time, and very thorough with his check of the unit. Explained different services and was very respectful and professional during the service call. Highly recommend!

Want to share with you the exceptional service we received today from your service tech, Sean G[redacted]. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He found the problem, made recommendations and fixed the problem. Would look forward to having him continue the maintenance of our a/c in the future, and in fact will request him. Thanks for your fast response. [redacted]

My experience with One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning was very satisfactory! Use them for your heating and air conditioning. Excellence service from my technician Justin (Bear) was excellent.

One Hour Air was great. My home AC quit working on a Saturday Afternoon. When it was 95 degrees outside. They were at my house within an hour of my call. Stephen was able to figure out what the problem was and had my AC working within 10 minutes. They were awesome.

We were fortunate to have Dan G take care of our problem, He was very professional, knowledgeable and a quality representative of the company. We would be happy to have him service our system again.

Response was good. The attitude and helpfulness of the technician was great. To provide me with the service I need as well as making recommendation to save me MONEY. Thank you

Nick did a through check of my Air conditioner and explained in detail what was done and how to keep my Air conditioner in top condition. Thank you Nick.

I have my air conditioner checked every six months and have been satisfied every time.
I just had it done and Antonio C was the one to service. He did a great job, checking everything. He was very polite and informantive and made sure he put on his booties before coming into the house.

I called on a Sunday afternoon when I realized my AC was blowing hot air. I had Stephen out there within the hour. Very polite, competent and professional.

Review: [redacted] (doing business as Hyperdrive Media – [redacted], [redacted]) and I ([redacted]) mutually entered into an agreement on May 19th, 2015 for web development services. The services included the following:1. Build a brand new [redacted] Website including a fully custom intro page.2. Convert existing [redacted] Website into [redacted] (including illuminated hover logo effect). Transaction DetailsMay 20th 2015 - $1350.00May 23rd 2015 - $93.00May 24th 2015 - $279.00June 2nd 2015 - $800.00Total amount paid: $2,522.00It has been over eight (8) months and I still do not have anything near a final completed job. I have documentation for every email communication which expressively outlines [redacted]’s serious lack of communication and business professionalism. This complaint is being written to put [redacted] on notice for fraud. As weeks were just passing by [redacted] and I finally connected and he convinced me that it was worth paying for additional services to get the desired results I was ultimately looking for. The original deadline got pushed to June 21st but we ultimately agreed that we would set a new deadline of July 19th.Just as I began to think things were finally moving forward in a positive direction, [redacted] continued to be uncommunicative. On August 20th, after no reply, I gave [redacted] two options. One, agree to a September 6thdeadline or two, a full refund due immediately. On August 21st, 2015 I get an email from [redacted], [redacted], apologizing for the delay. [redacted] goes on to say he will be the one who will rebuild the existing [redacted] website into [redacted] and how he intends to finish the website in less than a week. At this point I have been emailing [redacted] since late July regarding the [redacted] Website (particularly the animation) but I am not getting any real response. I am just getting the same old run around. When I got the email from [redacted] I felt hopeful that there was still a way to salvage what was left of the business relationship and that [redacted] would be coming around with the animation soon.I received the login info to the [redacted] Website and replied to both [redacted] and [redacted] shortly after on September 2nd. The most important element to the website is the illuminated logo hover effect and [redacted] quote (which was left out). Tabs were missing on the website and I was just shocked by the quality of work, especially taking into consideration the prolonged amount of time I had been waiting. The website was not only incomplete, but I would have been better off keeping the original site since it looked like it was put it together in a few hours, yet it had been a few months. I also asked [redacted] again about the status on the artwork since I had not received any renditions, but no reply. Let us fast forward to September 17th where I demand a full refund. [redacted] replies that I have caused him so much grief and that he built me three (3) websites that were $300 each, and that [redacted] is handling the [redacted] Website and heard it was done. As for the artwork, he says he is half way done with it and will send them shortly. I reply to the email and explain to [redacted] that the intro page was left out and that the terms are not as what was agreed in the contract. The fact is I paid [redacted] in full and in good faith to complete the project in a timely fashion. I paid [redacted] a total of $2522 dollars for two (2) websites, not three (3). To convert the [redacted] website into [redacted] it should not take more than a few days to complete, maybe a week at most. Because there were issues with the transfer tool (as so he claimed), I took into consideration the delayed time, but I did not agree for it to take months and then be patronized that it is worth $300 for an incomplete website that is missing its most important component (illuminated hover logo effect). We agreed to certain terms and those terms were not met. [redacted] pawned off his job on the [redacted] Website to [redacted], and meanwhile putting me on the back-burner. I told [redacted] that I do not expect anything less than what was agreed. I gave [redacted] the money, and content, as was agreed to in the contract. I asked [redacted] how he would like to proceed and he responds by saying he would talk to [redacted] and that we would start from there.September 19th, 2015 [redacted] asks me to list what is missing other than the logo which he admits is missing then says that he would get to the bottom of what happened. [redacted] writes me on September 22nd and tells me that the new list of changes and photos were never sent out, that the site has gone far out of scope, I have lied, and that I have been abusive to [redacted]. [redacted] threatens to terminate our contract if I do not agree to his terms. [redacted] was completely out of line and took what I said about adding the other tabs out of proportion. [redacted] also threatened to write awful r[redacted]ews about my company/brand. This was just another way for [redacted] to devoid what was agreed to in the contract. In my reply on September 22nd, I told [redacted] that I never asked for either him or [redacted] to do anything outside of the scope. I told [redacted] that it was a miscommunication and that I intend on moving in a positive direction. I told [redacted] my main concern was the fact that the illuminated hover logo effect was missing. I told [redacted] that in regards to the tabs, I wanted them ready (as was agreed), I did not expect him to provide the content (i.e. Skype-ready and Blog-ready tabs) but he felt like I asked him to provide the content for the tabs and blew the whole thing out of proportion calling me a liar, etc. and that the site has gone far out of scope (mind you, all I have is an unfinished site with the most important part of the site incomplete!). Once again I ask [redacted] for a due date on the [redacted] Website and animation.I do not get any response so I email [redacted] again on September 28th stating again how I would like to move in a positive direction. [redacted] replies the same day by saying [redacted] has been really busy and he will see where he is with it. That is another week that went by. No finished [redacted] Website or even an update on the animation yet alone a due date on the [redacted] website itself. [redacted] does not respond until I reach out on October 6th and again on the 9th being as patient as I possibly could. [redacted] replies on the 9th by saying he just saw this message and that he spoke with [redacted] three (3) days ago and he said he would finish it. [redacted] apologizes and makes excuses on behalf of [redacted] but says he will have him make the changes today. I attempt to follow up with [redacted] the next day, but no response. I wait another day and email [redacted] again on October 12th.[redacted] replies on October 14th asking me to confirm all of the changes except for the intro animation which he says will be added shortly. I wait and wait days and days but not intro. I email [redacted] nine (9) days later on October 23rd asking about the intro. I ask again about deadlines and the artwork, etc.[redacted] responds to me on October 28th apologizing and saying that he has been in and out of the hospital from a car accident, he is doing another cat scan and that he will see what he can get done. At this point I do not know whether he is telling the truth or if he is just trying to come up with another excuse. I respond on October 30thand give him the benefit of the doubt by wishing him a speedy recovery. Again I ask about the deadlines for both websites.November 5th comes along without any progress on the sites so I email [redacted] again for an update. No response. I try again on November 9th. Finally I email [redacted] on November 12th with 24 hours to respond with a reply to move forward or a full refund. We are now in the month of February, seven (7) weeks since I sent my final email, and still I have not heard from him. At this stage, I am only led to believe that [redacted] is a complete fraud. I will do whatever I need to do to see that I either get a full refund or [redacted] finish the job he agreed to do or I will take legal action to the fullest extent of the law.Desired Settlement: Option 1. Refund (due immediately)

Option 2. Finish the job (Sunday February 28th, 2016 by 11:59 PST is the absolute final deadline that I will accept the completed job).

Response:

This client has been overly abusive, non-responsive, and we have built his severely discounted website 2 times. He has refused to honor our agreement on time usage for this project and been impossible to work with. I have not even heard from him in months. I have completed every aspect of the project several times, which he does not like, and all of this he has received. He has refused to pay for any overages even though they were agreed upon. This client is impossible to work with and taken advantage of my offer to give him a discounted project.

Response:

[redacted] I have attached all of my supporting documents to my complaint with the Revdex.com which expressively outlines [redacted] serious lack of communication and business professionalism. Please ask [redacted] to show you his supporting documents as I believe he is only trying to mislead you without showing any proof. [redacted] indicates that I have been abusive, non-responsive, and that he has built two severely discounted websites. None of this is true. Please reference my supporting documents and you will find that I have been extremely patient, professional, and completely responsive. My supporting documents are proof. [redacted] response to the complaint I submitted expressively outlines his false claims. The services included the following: 1. Build a brand new [redacted] Website including a fully custom intro page. 2. Convert existing [redacted] into [redacted] (including illuminated hover logo effect). [redacted] writes that he has completed every aspect of the project several times. This is absolutely false. I have yet to receive any renditions of the artwork to the [redacted] Website whatsoever. There has been nothing completed or even submitted in regards to the [redacted] Website. The [redacted] was never completed. The [redacted] was submitted without the illuminated hover logo effect which is the most crucial portion of the website. [redacted] has acknowledged the incomplete portion which is referenced in my supporting documents, claiming the portion had been completed but was not submitted because it “gets in the way of working on the site” (please reference [redacted] October 14th and October 23rd email response). [redacted] also responds in the October 23rd email that he will turn on the intro animation (illuminated hover logo effect) but it was never submitted. [redacted] uses the word discount as if he did not agree to the terms that are binding in the contract that he signed (please reference [redacted] and Exhibit AR-2). The fact is, [redacted] agreed to do a certain job at a mutually agreed on price, as per the terms of the contract. I have never asked [redacted] to go outside the scope without mutually agreeing to terms. The overage that [redacted] is referring to amounts to $50 which I agreed to, but I never received the completed services. Moreover, I paid [redacted] a total of $2522.00. $50 is an insignificant amount in relation to the work which was never completed. The $50, mind you, was only agreed to because [redacted] had to involve his business associate or partner [redacted] to help him covert the original [redacted] into [redacted]. Moreover, he pawned the job to [redacted] for the [redacted] while promising to send over the animations to the [redacted] Website but the animation was never delivered.

Response:

First off this is absurd. This guy even submitted a forged contract. The contract provided is not the last contract I sent him that I signed. That is the contract HE REVISED keeping my signature on it and then he signed it himself. This guy is dishonest and taking advantage of my willingness to originally help him. I have never had such a terrible client in my entire history of doing this. The contract signatures also have no proof of receipt, they were not done using an online contract signing service and they are not written by hand ([redacted]s) which makes them extremely easy to forge and unverifiable since it is a image file that can be copied and pasted to a new doc. The contract provided was also signed significantly later from the time stamp when I signed it ([redacted]), indicating he spent time changing it before signing it himself.. again leaving the original digital stamp on the doc. That makes it invalid. As for the second round of contracts we never agreed on the terms and therefore only the original contract stands. If I get some time I will look for the supporting docs, but I only have 30 min to respond according to you website.

Response:

E-mails from Mr. [redacted] to myself in May 2015 (which have been submitted to the Revdex.com) explicitly show that he and I did make revisions to the original contract, and each of my revisions were clearly communicated to him and subject to his review and final approval. Mr. [redacted] agreed to these revisions, stating on Tuesday, May 19th at 5:26 pm: “…Just send over the payment and we are ready to rock and roll.” Because we mutually agreed to the revisions, as documented in our correspondence, the contract was indeed valid. However, if Mr. [redacted] was not under this impression at the time the revisions were agreed upon, then I am even more disturbed by his request for and acceptance of payment—which was made on May 20th, 2015. By accepting payment for a contract he apparently disregards as worthless, indicates a serious lack of ethical responsibility. Mr. [redacted]’ failure to deliver the professional services as promised has severely inhibited my own professional productivity and reputation with associates and investors who have awaited the launch of my brand’s website for over nine months. Due to my developing suspicions regarding the ethicacy and validity of his company, I contacted The [redacted], which denied the legitimacy of his membership in contradiction to what he continues to advertise online. Furthermore, I have not been able to locate any verifiable documentation that this or any of his companies are registered businesses in the state of [redacted], aside from what I have found on The Revdex.com. Additionally, I am extremely concerned about the impact [redacted] will continue to have on my enterprise, as he has sent numerous e-mails indicating that he will “take down” my brand and slander myself and my business—which he indicated he has done on multiple occasions to other individuals.
