Back on 2/27/2015 the One Hour Air technician came to do the required maintenance via the warranty on the condenser and handler I bought earlier from them. He showed me where I had mildew present inside the handler. I said can we spray it with something to keep it from coming back. He said no I needed an Ultra UV light which keeps it from coming back. I have lived in this house since 1989 and never had that problem until I bought this unit from them. I asked how much the light was and he said around $2000. I couldn't afford it so I told him I would have to get it done another time. Over the next few days I called around and talked to other companies. I found I could get the exact same light installed for $304.60. Needless to say, I transferred my warranty and business to that company!

We used one hour when we needed a new a/c and also got new duck work done. They have done an excellent job. We have had them out several times for regular check ups and problems or questions, each time the work has been done correctly and all the service men have been great. We are very happy with the company and employees.

I have been using Scott's One Hour Air for a year and a half since I purchase Ed my home. Every experience has been awsome.. this week they had to replace my entire system. What a great group of guys that came over to work. Each and everyone of them were polite and clean and did what they could to stay out of my way while working.they will always have my business. Thank you!

We were very satisfied. The techs were professional and able to answer all questions. They were very respectful of our space.

Our experience with the Tampa office of One hour Air Conditioning has been the worst ever any family deserves. After getting a $15k project with two brand new units, after 2 yrs the lowest customer service any one could find. We do not recommend them at all. We are stuck with them for a 10-yr labor and part wty. Any competitor should be a better option. So dissapointed. Unbelievable bad service. They try to charge you every occasion even under warranty and the products they installed are the worst. 2 coils leaks in 2 years. And now, the pan was broken while the second coils was replaced. Now kitchen, and ductwork, ceiling lights and more needing reconstruction. We are sleeping in the couch while with 2 dehumidifier and a turbo fan, they are trying to dry out quickly the mess caused. Who knows how many days this will take. Extremely disappointed. Worst service and product available. Please use somebody else on your next HVAC project.

I CAME FROM MARYLAND TO MY FLORIDA HOME AND HAD NO A/C. I CALLED AND THEY SENT SOMEONE RIGHT OVER. THE COIL HAD GONE BAD AND WAS LEAKING FREEON. THEY CALLED THERE SHOP AND SENT ANOTHER TRUCK OUT WITH NEW COIL AND INSTALLED SAME. WONDERFUL FAST SERVICE. ALWAYS CLEAN, EFFICIENT AND I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THEM FOR YEARS. RECOMNED THE COMPANY TO EVERYONE.

One hour air did a very good job. The technition BB was very polite and considerate.

Took advantage of One Hour Air Conditioning rejuvenation and Sean G was the tech assigned, He was very professional, prompt, utilized the phone to keep in contact with me, knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant. Summary he provided was through and he readily provided me with answers to my questions. I found him to be honest and sincere, taking pride in his workmanship.

Awesome company! I can see the reason too. They have servicemen like Justin Bear S[redacted] who not only was very Knowledgeable but help us through each step with a smile. Hats off to One Hour and 10 stars to Justin.

Trent came out Saturday and diagnosed that our unit had a bad circuit board outside. He ordered one to be built, which happened quickly and was installed by Wednesday morning. The only issue is that a board costs $850 -- more than twice any computer we own -- and it does one simple thing: on/off for the outside unit when it's appropriate to do so. This apparently is what Carrier charges (not One Hour) but it's a crime.

We have been loyal customers for One Hour air and their family of companies. We have found them to be professional and proactive in maintaining our home.

I was extremely pleased with the service. Brendon is very friendly, courteous and knows what he is doing therefore doing a good job..

Nick S[redacted] did an outstanding job for a standard tune-up going way beyond a normal effort on 1/10/17. He was able to solve multiple issues which lead to a second service on 1/11/17.

The Installation team (Ilan) was courteous, neat, efficient to the highest degree, and very adept and knowledgeable of their trade, and were great representatives for the One Hour organization

I had a positive experience with One Hour Air amd especially with Sean G. He went overboard to make sure our air conditioner ran nicely now and into the future.
