The technician called ahead of time, arrived on time and was professional and courteous and did the work efficiently and explained everything. We were much more pleased with this technician than others the company has sent and will be requesting him on future calls.

I had a problem with my AC unit & called for service. The tech that came out was Brendan. In looking over the system we came to the conclusion that I needed a new system. Brendan explained the different systems to me in a very knowledgeable & professional manner. He set up the install for the next day. The install crew came and did the work the next day. They did an awesome job & the system seems to be working fine.

The service I received was prompt, thorough, and very professional. The technician was knowledgeable and cordial, and I had little doubt regarding his competence and honesty. The service charges were reasonable and fair. My overall experience with Bryan T. and with One Hour Air Conditioning were very positive.

BEWARE! Our upstairs ac went out and we called them to come out and take a look. He quoted us 3,000 to fix it but said he would not advise that as there is not much life left in it. Quoted us between 8-10,000 to replace. We had someone else out for a second opinion and it was 85.00 to get it back up and running. He told us it had a lot of life in it and gave us a couple tips to keep it running strong.

Excellent service. Same day new unit installation. They came from Tampa to Lakeland and didn't leave until the were done and happy with the installation, which was approximately 30 minutes after midnight!!
