Thomas and Jaun responded to my service call on my ACI called at :pm for no AC and was told that there was one more slot available that evening for a tech to respondOne hour later I got a call telling me that it would be to hours and they will be there first call in the morningIt was am when they got hereI was informed the capacitor was bad and had to be replacedTom inspected the unit and informed me it was years old and was using Rrefrigent which is no longer usedThe system was old and out of codeThe refrigent lines would not match up because of size on a replacement unit and were not in codeI knew the unit had problems and had to be replacedTom did let the capacitor in the old unit so we had AC for the night and waved the service call costs and advised me of the benefits of replacing the old unitI am not happy with the idea that I must replace the unit but I know it must be doneTime will tell how this all turns out but I feel good now w hr ac

I have to say the service I received from Sean at One Hour was outstanding. He fixed the problem with our air conditioning and it is now running great.

Chris was very professional and friendly. He worked quickly and was very efficient, answering all my questions along the way.

Ted was very good explaining all that he did. He was very courteous.

Sean G. was my service technician from One Hour Air in Tampa, FL. This was the first time that I had Sean for my A/C maintenance. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and totally helpful in every way possible. He answered all my questions to my personal satisfaction and understanding. He was without a doubt the BEST of the BEST!!!!!. His overall performance was exemplary. One Hour Air Tampa should be proud to have Sean as one of their finest service technicians and a true team player. From this point forward I will be requesting that Sean perform my A/C maintenance work every six months, as well as any repair jobs that might be necessary in the future.

Had a very positive and pleasant experience with this company and technician Justin "Bear" [redacted]!Justin was very professional,personable and knowledgable and I would certainly use them in the future and recommend to others.

One Hour Air Came promptly and their technician Santos gave my AC a very thorough checkup. He was a very pleasant friendly person and went all out to give good service.

One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating provided timely, professional, and friendly service. They successfully replaced my entire air conditioning system in less than 24 hours after it failed. I highly recommend this company.

Mr. Justin "Bear" S[redacted] Is truly a professional that serviced our air conditioner unit today. He was thorough and finished with a clear explanation of what he did and te recommendations. It was a very positive experience.

Steven [redacted] has always been excellent when servicing our home... Today after spending $8745.00 I am having a new 3 ton A/C with heat pump installed... So my rating of Steven [redacted] is excellent... Unfortunately I'm feeling alittle different on my installation process... Today at 7:30am a crew of two arrived at my home to begin removing my old central air and to install a brand new unit from One Hour Air, as a customer it is very difficult to communicate with these men who speak in spanish. They seemed to have gotten my old unit out quickly and then they began what appears to have been a one hour break! I didn't feel like these men took my need for this new system as seriously as I did when I paid $8745.00 to have this job completed. I am sending you this feedback only because I have always been very impressed with One Hour Air and am sorry to have to give you this installation information today.

It has been almost one month since our repair. The unit appears to operating properly. The service man really impressed my wife. More importantly, the call was performed approximately one hour late. with very little hesitation on their part, after checking out this situation, full credit was issued to our credit card account. It is not always the case for companies to honor their claims, One Hour did!

Justin B[redacted] was amazing. His company One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating out of Tampa was very reliable. B[redacted] showed up on time and got right to work taking the time to explain to us what he was doing. He explained to us the different plans his company offered and which would serve us best. We were very happy with the service provided and will recommend him and the company to anyone.

I am greatly disappointed with the overall service from One Hour Air conditioning. My air conditioner unit went out on Saturday, so I called One Hour Air conditioning and they were able to send a technician out on Sunday. There was a $30 extra fee for Coming out on Sunday, but when your air is out the $30 is minor. I paid the $99 service fee in lieu of the normal $69 fee. The technician showed up on Sunday Afternoon and inspected my unit, I was told that a snake had crawled up and shorted out the capacitor. So I had the technician change out the capacitor, Little did I know at that time that I would be charged an additional $350 to replace a capacitor that retails for less than $40, it did take the technical about 20 minutes to replace the capacitor. Pretty good hourly rate! Then after replacing the capacitor the technician informed me that my condenser fan appeared to be bad and needed to be replaced. The fan was only pulling 1.6 amps, the motor is rated for 1.7 amps. The cost for replacing the fan would have been $500 for a $120 fan motor. I elected not to change the fan motor at this time. The unit was running and appeared to be cooling the house down while the technician was completing his paperwork. I will have to say that the technician did a great job of trying to up sell additional work. The technician completed the paper work and went on to his next service call. Unfortunately, 10 minutes after the technician left my house my unit quit running again. now I have spent $450 dollars and still have no air conditioning. I will say this about One Hour, they do show up on time, but in my opinion the mark up on parts is extremly high, to the point where I feel they take advantage of the consumer.

As a long time member of One-hour, I have come to expect professionalism and precision. The tech only took a few minutes to identify the problem and within an hour all repairs were afixed and no mess, no fuss. I give that experience a 10. Thanks guys.

Two other AC Repair companys come today and said I needed a new AC System. Brendan showed up, changed a fuse! and now I have Cold AC! Honest and Trustworthy! Very polite and to the point on showing me about my AC System. I highly recommend One Hour AC

This company was great! They were very informative, answered all question and concerns I had and didn't push me into anything I didn't want. I would recommend to anyone. All employees I dealt with were courteous and all said hello and goodbye to me. That meant a lot to me. Thank you all who were here.

Called One hour air to schedule our tune up which we have a maintenance plan for on Tuesday June 14, 2016. We were told we didn't have a maintenance plan, after going around with this company for about 20 min. explaining that yes we did and we had the paperwork to show that we did, they made the appointment for Friday June 17, 2016 between 12 noon and 4 pm. 4 pm came and still no call or anyone showed up, We called them to find out what was going on and was told that the tech was behind at the job he was at now and we were next on the list. 7 pm came and still no show or call, we called back once again and after we were placed on hold for 13 min. was told that the tech had called us at 5:34 pm and was no answer. We asked what number was called and the number that was stated was our cell phone number which is a cell phone, so we explained that we have records that show what calls come in and out on this number and never did the tech ever call us. We were told that we would need to reschedule, so I asked to speak to a supervisor. It was either a Chris or Scott that got on the line and told me that I needed to reschedule for the following week. I explained that we already had an appointment for today and no one showed up or called and we waited all day, why did we have to make another appointment for next week, why couldn't someone come out tomorrow. I was told that no one could come out the next day cause they were busy with people that had no air and that he had until July 6th to honor our maintenance contract, really? I guess if we had called for a tune up and was paying for it at that time, they would have showed up then for the appointment we had to begin with. Only after I got on the website for Revdex.com to file a complaint I saw this company has a number posted to call before you file a complaint which I called and of course they were able to reschedule our appointment for the next day. So the bottom line is we had a hard time getting this company to even acknowledge that we had a maintenance agreement to begin with, then no one called or showed up for our appointment.
We are then told to reschedule for another week, cause they have until a certain date to honor it.
