We needed the air conditioner repaired before the long holiday weekend We called several companies before calling One Hour Another company said they'd have their technician out but couldn't give exact time until the tech called in after his first call After waiting and waiting, we finally got a call back at a.mtelling us they could no longer service us as they got too busy I had called at a.mto acquire their services It is then that I thought I'd try One Hour The call center was great But even better was the technician Matt Rwho came He was so thorough and was an outstanding educator He patiently answered ALL of my questions, and I had a lot! I have sometimes been reticent to call large service companies but as Matt explained, they are franchised in various Tampa, FL areas I was so pleased with Matt and the fact they arrived so promptly I chose to have a contract with them as I believe I can trust what they say they'll do and that they'll do it right

My unit developed another leak and the coolant leaked outThe house was almost unbearably hotBecause I am a member of the "service club" I was moved to the front of the lineThe tech was courteous and knowledgeable and located the problem quicklyThe process to find the leak takes a couple weeks but in the meantime, coolant was added and we were comfortable againThe cost was for the coolant and the repair will be covered under my warrantyWhat I don't like is the attempt to "sell" additional add-ons, this time replacement duct work

One hour air conditioning is the best We called Friday June when our air went out, & the senior tech was out here Monday morningBryan the senior tech was great as was his installers Gerald M & his partner Bryan said they'd have the new air conditioner installed in hours, they had it installed in just over hour They were fast, efficient & I would recommend them to anyone We did not expect to get the new conditioner that very day, so we were very surprised What a great team & crew, thank you guys so very, very much Needless to say we will be recommending you to anyone we know who needs fast & efficient service You guys rock!!!!

I have a service contract with this company A different tech performs the service call each time maintence is requiredThe reason I decided to rite a review is because the last technician was exceptional He performed the service promptly and provided a review upon completion Most importantly, he didn't try to sell me a $10,air conditioning system for a sf home If I could, I would like this tech each time I need a service call
