The tech's from One Hour Air were friendly and very professional while still being very laid back and easy to talk to We have Pugs and they were not bothered by them being around at allThey left written estimates of what they thought we needed to keep the system in great shape but no pressure at all to have them done

It is easy to recommend a company when everything goes well the first time, but more difficult when issues arise However, it is precisely when issues arise that you learn what a company is truly made of Whether or not they will stand behind their product and do the right thing

Our AC broke in the middle of the nightI called One Hour Air and they sent Sean first thing in the morning and he was working his magic within a few hours and charged a reasonable rate

The work crew who installed the AC unit were very fast and polite I would recommend them to others The only area that could have been better was their drop cloths were dirty on both sides, so we had to vacuum quite a bit
