Sincerely,

Hello ***, Thank you for your explanation and concern regarding your accountIt appears that you have had continued correspondence with one of our representatives. We have completed the review of your accounts and based on our review, we have chosen to keep your accounts deactivated. On
February 16th, your wife was given a one time courtesy reactivation after violating the below Terms of UseSince this reactivation, we have verified that this behavior has continued. At this time, it appears that you have been given the opportunity to withdrawal your funds and then your accounts will remain deactivatedThank you for your cooperation and understanding

Hello, Thank you for your response regarding your accountWe have shared an image of the top of the counterfeit receipt; this is the receipt that is dated 12/9/In comparison to the receipt that is dated 1/21/18, you can see that the font is different between the two receiptsThe two receipts have both come from the same store and are both from a self checkout laneWe were also able to compare the submitted receipt to other receipts submitted by the same user and were able to find discrepancies in the receipt that would signal a counterfeitTherefore, we can confirm that the receipt in question was created for the sole purpose of earning Ibotta credit. We hope that this provides clarity for the user and are available for further questionsThank you for your cooperation and understanding

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:As previously stated and clearly misread, this business continues to ignore the fact that the terms have been updated since the previous offer had since expired! This is a poor business and deserves to go out of business as they clearly are unable to handle business practices in a professional manner! I strongly encourage many users to delete the app with no further use and continue to write corporate companies to express that they cease to do business with ibotta as they can clearly not handle accordingly! It is clear that this company picks and chooses when they want and do not want to honor any offer! I am disgusted that a company would conduct themselves in this manner! I will continue my efforts to help others see the light of how dishonest and corrupt this corporation is!
Sincerely,

Hello, Thank you for the clarificationWhen a user supplies Ibotta with a landline, the system will call the landline and speak a verification code to the userThe user will then input the number in order to verify their accountUnfortunately, we are unable to make any further changes to the phone number on the user's account since the user cannot provide the phone number currently linked to the accountIbotta does not guarantee nor recommend utilizing the services of third party text apps and services as mentioned in our Terms of Use regarding the major and minor cellular services that we partner with. As stated, we are happy to test any list of phone numbers that the user is willing to provideWe hope that the user will provide us with phone numbers to attempt to remove the numberWe apologize for the inconvenience and have a nice day

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:Even though Ibotta allowed me to redeem $out of my $in credit I still have $left on the account that I cannot acquireOne of the two main issues has been resolved, but the other issue still remainsThey only unlocked my account long enough for me to get the majority of my money off the account, but I account has deactivated again after thatI can't create a new account as they have banned my name, email, and birthdateI explained why my account shouldn't have been deactivated as I was showing my year old mother how to use Ibotta when this error occurredNot only is she brand new to smartphones she also has signs of dementia and had no idea that she submitted her receipt on my accountNow even if Ibotta reactivates my account there is still concern that they will deactivate it again once the Revdex.com comes to an appropriate resolutionI have read other users being bullied and scammed by Ibotta like I have, so they need to be investigated for shady business practices.
Sincerely,
*** ***

I am rejecting this response because Ibotta is accusing me of creating multiple accounts and I have no idea about a second account or receipt sharingI received the same email from someone named *** with Ibotta on 11/8/I notified her I had contacted the Revdex.com and I assume because I told her that; they decided to activate the accountThis is a horrible business practice to deactivate someone's account when they decide to cash out and say they have multiple accountsI will never use this app again nor will I refer this company to anyoneSince receiving this response and the account has been reactivated I was able to cash outIt is not necessary for Ibotta to contact me againI will delete their appBelow is the email received from *** with Ibotta on 11/8/2016. I am writing to you from Ibotta’s Account Review TeamWe have completed the review of your accountBased on our review, we have chosen to permanently deactivate your account. We verified that more than one account was created using your informationPer Ibotta’s Terms of Use, Section 11, users may not create more than one (1) Ibotta account. Also, we noticed that multiple receipts were being shared between the two accountsOne receipt may only be submitted by one userSharing receipts across multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms of Use, regardless of the rebates being verifiedI hope this helps to explain.Due to the nature of our business, we reserve the right to suspend accounts either temporarily or permanently if users violate any section of our Terms of Use.Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.Sincerely, *** **

Hello, Thank you for the concern regarding your accountWe have completed a second review of your account and are firm in our decision to keep your account deactivated. The user in question is tampering a large percentage of all receipts that are submitted to IbottaPlease see the
included images of the following: - New date being taped over the existing date- Multiple receipts laying on top of each other to edit the true content on the receipt It is apparent to Ibotta that the user is attempting to fraud by Ibotta by submitting fraudulent claims about their purchasesWe verified that receipts submitted to us, through your account, violate Ibotta’s Terms of UsePer our Terms of Use, Section 10.1, users may not submit purchase information that is considered one of the following: false, inaccurate, fabricated, counterfeited, tampered with, adjusted, or otherwise artificial or inauthentic for the purpose of seeking to redeem offers with Ibotta.Additionally, in Section 10.6, we state that users may not attempt to obscure the date on a receiptFor example, we do not accept submissions without any clearly legible date shown or without any date entirely.Due to the nature of our business, we reserve the right to suspend accounts either temporarily or permanently if users violate any section of our Terms of Use. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding
