I am rejecting this response because: My PASSWORD IS NOT WORKING. You say I logged out then logged in using my password but I have been trying that and it does not work! I tried on a CPU and my password does not work!!! Please how do I get the funds that I earned onto a third party account without a password?Ibotta has my email and it is the same on [redacted]. Hello,As stated previously, we have completed the review of your account. Based on our final evaluation, we have chosen to keep your account deactivated. We can verify that you purchased and returned items with high volume rebates.We verified that receipts submitted to us, through your account, were redeemed for rebate credit then the items were returned after receiving cash credit from Ibotta. Per Ibotta's Terms of Use, Section 10.2, users may not redeem, or attempt to redeem, Ibotta offers for products that have not actually been purchased and retained, or for products that have been purchased but returned to a store or online vendor, following purchase. Regardless of the intentions, such actions violate our Terms of Use and provide clear evidence for Ibotta to terminate a user’s account, reverse or correct user rewards balances, or take other actions as appropriate. Additionally, the account was deactivated due to suspicious network activity. There have been a multitude of accounts created via referrals that are not legitimate due to the sharing of the same receipts, purchasing information and or activity. This activity does not reflect the activity of actual individual users using the app. Per Ibotta's Terms of Use, Section 10.11, users may not exploit or attempt to exploit Ibotta’s referral bonus program in an effort to earn illegitimate referral bonuses or credit(s). This includes the following: inviting oneself on an additional account or inviting others who share the same mobile device.As stated previously, at this time, we will be unable to reactivate your account. Due to the nature of our business we reserve the right to suspend accounts temporarily, or permanently, based on shopping behavior or user data that may indicate fraudulent activity. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Hello, As stated previously, we have completed the review of your account and have chosen to permanently deactivate your account due to a blatantly tampered receipt submission.  We verified that receipts submitted to us, through your account, violate Ibotta's Terms of Use. Per our Terms of Use, Section 10.1, users may not submit purchase information that is considered one of the following: false, inaccurate, fabricated, counterfeited, tampered with, adjusted, or otherwise artificial or inauthentic for the purpose of seeking to redeem offers with Ibotta. Additionally in Section 10.6, we state that users may not attempt to obscure the date on a receipt. For example, we do not accept submissions without any clearly legible date shown or without any date entirely.  We work with brands to deliver high-quality rebates to our users, who we pay cash to, for items being purchased and retained.  When users operate outside our Terms of Use they are breaking this contract.  If we allowed our users to continue this behavior we would jeopardize our reputation and relationship with our brand affiliates and other users.  Due to the nature of our business, we reserve the right to suspend accounts either temporarily or permanently if users violate any section of our Terms of Use.  We are unable to reactivate your account. I had to constantly contact them because they were incorrectly crediting my account.they allowed my account to stay open and I accrued more money that they are once again keeping.Horrible Horrible customer service!

I am rejecting this response because:The account was tampered with for the last time. If Ibotta had followed there own procedure with allowing me a 24-hour cash withdraw from the start, they wouldn't have taken out any money. Which they shouldn't have because they didn't even follow their own "policy and procedures". And on that final note, ALL of my receipts were valid along with all the items that were purchased. I even offered to email every single one to the company for PROOF of the rebates which they did not acknowledge.

Hello, Thank you for the concern regarding your account. Since Ibotta does not allow users to have two earning accounts, the funds linked to the yahoo account were forfeit. We were then alerted by the user, that the gmail address was not the address she wanted to use. Our Team changed the email...

address on the maintained account so that the user did not lose the $28+ instead of the $2. We were able to change the email on her account to the yahoo address, remove the phone number from the now inactive account, and remove the social media and Food Lion loyalty from the inactive account. As of yesterday, 12/5/17, the user was able to verify her phone number on her current account, link her [redacted] to her current account, and cashed out her earnings to her [redacted].
