Hello, Unfortunately, we are firm in our decision to maintain deactivation since the user was previously educated about the behavior and continued with the behavior multiple times. Additional claiming offers that are not present on the receipt is not allowed. Upon review of the user's receipts, the user is not only claiming "Any Brand" offers as stated, but is also claiming high ticket offers or specific offers and then purchasing the store brand in place of the proper brand name item. Thank you Ibotta for such a caring message. However, I have yet to receive an email from you to my personal email stating how I can cash out my Ibotta account. You stated that my email had 'blocked' your emails and that now that had been 'removed' and you sent me an email. I have yet to receive it....where is it?

Unfortunately, Ibotta's offers, unless otherwise stated are for a single redemption and offer credit will not be granted for additional purchases. In the future, we highly recommend adding offers prior to purchase and should a user experience any issues with receipt submission, screenshot the error and allow our Team to address the issue prior to submitting a receipt for the same offer. this incorrectly shown bonus. The bonus appeared for users on Monday and the affected users were reached out to on Friday. It took our Team 5 days to determine what happened and how to resolve this for users. In that interim, we asked users for their patience and understanding so that we could resolve this. On Friday, the user received a second chance bonus valued at $5 for their purchase. The user has continued to earn on their account and withdraw their earnings. In the future, Ibotta does not intentionally release bonuses to the incorrect group and we appreciate the user's understanding of simple mistakes and rectifying those mistakes in the future.
