I received an email from [redacted] stating I committed fraud and various other serious crimes including buying items and returning them then submitting false receipts.they said I needed to re pay them $**.I replied back asking them to please specify what items they were referring to and explained I have exchanged items for different flavors, scents etc, but have never submitted a receipt A fraudulent receipt. A few days later I received another email stating that after thorough investigation from fraud department they could see I never submitted fraudulent receipt. That the few items that were returned were after the receipt was submitted.
I do not accept their response because I feel they accused me of serious crimes, demanded I repay $** or face penalties of crimes and have never given me any specifics to which items they are referring to about. Up until this is incident I was loyal to [redacted] and thought it was a good company, now I feel they are shady. There is no phone number associated with the company. All correspondence is done by email, no customer support phone number. Very frustrating to be threatened with serious crimes with no justification.

I am rejecting this response because: My shopping behavior has nothing to do with violating your terms, I have legitimately made purchases and I have not sharred any receipts. If other people buy the same thing as me considering you likely have 1000s of people are you going to suspend everyone?

Because the date on this receipt was changed with the intent to bypass our system's requirement that the receipt date be within one week of the submission date, this receipt is a violation of our Terms of Use. I am rejecting this response because: marked out my credit card info, ibotta should not need my personal credit card info. Several transactions were made in one day by me, at cvs you earn extra bucks on items. At cvs you can split what you buy to "roll" extra bucks earned for one item you buy to use on next item you want to buy. I purchased each item it should not matter in I split items I? was buying in to seperate transactions. Most items were not purchased in same day at same store. All were bought by me.
