We would like very much to settle this complaint with the customer but we have done everything in our power to resolve the issue before she decided to go with another moving company. To pay for her own moving expenses is not possible. She has already contacted our legal mediator and she should continue to do be in communication with them. I would strongly recommend against this companyThey are highly unprofessional and unreliable
They booked my stuff and promised me to deliver in weeks at the max It is now 5th week since I booked them
I am living in limbo and they have charged full money for the service and twice have extended my tentative delivery date
