They also heavily promoted this , knowing that the creators had not delivered on 2 other campaigns. This was theft and was rigged from the start. There claims in there reponse are just not true. Indiegogo profited and contributed to the theft of over 1 thousand people on this particular campaign. iNDIEGOGO KEEPS SENDING YOU CANNED RESPONSES and HAS BEEN NO HELP AT ALL. From the complaint it sounds like they would like to know when they can expect to receive a perk from a campaign...

on Indiegogo. Perks are offers made solely by the campaign owner and not by Indiegogo. As such, if this person has questions about their perk, they will need to contact the owner of the campaign, directly. We recommend they do so via the email address they used to contribute so that the campaign owner can compare against their records and locate the charge in question.

We appreciate this customers additional points, and understand their concerns in this matter. 
As previously stated, Indiegogo does not manage campaigns, nor does Indiegogo offer perks. Instead, all perks are offers made by Campaigners, and we recommend to any Backer who has questions about a campaign’s offerings that make inquires of the Campaigner.  In an effort to facilitate communication, we have reached out to the Campaigner to remind them of their obligations to their Backers and share this Backer's concerns and contact information. Additionally,  we have previously provided this customer with the Campaigner's contact information. 
We are unable to mediate this dispute, and we recommend these two parties work to arrive at an amicable resolution to this matter.

To be clear, this customer's email verification has nothing to do with their campaigns disbursement. Rather, our Trust & Safety Team regularly conducts reviews of campaigns to ensure the security of our platform for both backers and campaigners. 
Campaign funds are typically disbursed within 15 business days of a campaign’s deadline. However, it is possible for the arrival of funds to be delayed due to campaign verification and/or incomplete or incorrect bank account information. Delays such as this are in accordance with our Terms of Use posted at [redacted]. With that said, we have already been in contact with the campaign owner directly in order to facilitate the disbursement of their funds as quickly as possible.
We are happy to report that this customer's funds have since been disbursed to the account the campaigner entered.

If Indiegogo thinks it's me who should contact the owner directly, please give me the full information and effective way to contact the owner. The only informaiton I have is that the name of the project is "SIMPIZ" and the email of the owner is [redacted] while Indiegogo insists  it's non of their business. By the way before I filed the complaint I have emailed to the above address for nearly 10 times trying to solve the problem. But no use.Sincerely,[redacted]

In the campaign owner's particular case, the funds were triggered for disbursement to the campaign owner's bank account within this time period. However, the disbursements were returned due to invalid or incorrect bank account information. We are typically notified within 5 - 9 days after the disbursement date, at which point we will ask the campaign owner to re-submit their bank account information. Once the campaign owner has updated their bank account information, we attempt to disburse their funds again in the following week's disbursement round.
We apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the bank account validation and disbursement process. Although we can help filter for the accuracy of some of the bank account information entered, such as with the formatting of the information entered, we are not able to validate that the information except by sending funds to the specified account information the campaign owner provides.
We have been in contact with the campaign owner directly in order to facilitate the disbursement of their funds as quickly as possible. We appreciate the campaign owner's feedback and cooperation.

We understand this customer has additional concerns on this matter, as they have not received a refund from the owner of this campaign. As has previously outlined, Indiegogo is not able to issue this customer a refund for their contribution. Our Terms of Use outline:"RefundsContributors may request a refund from Indiegogo before the end of a Campaign here. For Campaigns that have entered the InDemand program, Contributors may request a refund from Indiegogo within 10 days of the contribution, here. Contributions are eligible for a refund by Indiegogo unless (a) the contribution funds have already been transferred to the Campaign Owner, (b) the Perk associated with the contribution has been fulfilled, or (c) Indiegogo determines that there has been an abuse of these Terms of Use. Indiegogo reserves the right to terminate User Accounts and remove Campaigns for any abuse of this refund policy. I am rejecting this response because: On 9/15/2015, Indiegogo wrote to me "We will send a message to the campaign owner to remind them of their responsibilities to keep you and contributors updated on the status of their project." did the campaign owner ever replied to you message? I'm asking because he NEVER replied to my NUMEROUS attempts to contact him.
But wait, you already knew that, as you wrote to me on 9/17/2015 that "I am sorry to hear that you didn’t receive a response from this campaign owner."[redacted]This Smarty Ring project is ... a perfect case of crowdscaming, of large scale fraud ...Just go check on [redacted] and you will read, on the top section of the homepage "Delivery will be made by First week of April 2014". Didn't you guys realize that ... today was May 2016?
