We understand this customer has additional concerns in this matter We are happy to report that our team did indeed share the campaign owner’s contact information with this backerPlease refer to Ticket # [redacted] for this informationNote this is ALL the information we are able to share with backers regarding a campaigner In that message, we also outlined that “We will send a message to the campaign owner to remind them of their responsibilities to keep you and backers updated on the status of their project.” Finally, Campaign owners are the party solely responsible for their campaigns, including fulfilling any perks they offered thereinAs such, if this customer has questions about the campaign, when they can expect to receive their perks, or would like to receive a refund from this campaign owner, this customer will need to make inquires of the campaign owner, directlyWe are unable to mediate this dispute, but have previously provided this customer with the campaign owner's contact information in an effort to facilitate communication We wish them the best of luck in arriving at a resolution to their dispute, with the campaign owner

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My bank has already closed this dispute on their side and I have proof of thatSo when you say the bank(s) are still working on a resolution, that really means YOUR bank because after calling my own bank the past months they are no longer working on this disputeSo what is going on there? I need a detailed explanation and NOT just a "it may take business days for the bank(s) to reach a resolution" Why and how does it take business days when the dispute is so one sidedDirecting me to your chargeback policy in the website doesn't help because it does not answer my questionWHY, WHY, WHY? I need a detailed explanation as to why this is taking so long with NO update from your bankAs previously communicated, by bank has already sent back the money to your bankWhy can't you give your financial institution to inquire about the situation? Don't just sit around, do something about it Sincerely, [redacted]

This response is unacceptable Indiegogo has received a large amount of money for hosting this project but it is not clear what responsibilities to their customers this entails? Their response suggests that they have no responsibility for anything related to this project and any customer has only the campaign owner to addressThe campaign owner is not responding to the dozens of complaints on the websiteIndiegogo also does not respondThere is no accountability for what happened to $250,Why did this project fail? Indiegogo did not vet this project properly and allowed an obvious fraud to be placed on their websiteIndiegogo collected a large fee for this from the contributorsThis is illegal and unethicalThe silence suggests that they do have responsibility to their customers but are unwilling to pursue the facts of this matter The money is gone and has likely been stolen by the campaign owners one of whom is in Florida and the other traveling between Italy and ChinaThe electronic parts from this project have been advertised on various Italian websites with complete disregardThis project requires a review by Indiegogo of what went wrong with a reporting to their customersThey advertise "customer happiness" yet have done nothing to live up to this phrase This project was hosted by Indiegogo as educational technologyMany teachers and their students were to benefit from these low cost electronic kits that could be used to teach children in low budget schoolsIt is particularly unethical to take advantage of an educational theme in this way Sadly, all Indiegogo has done about this is to ignore customer complaints, refuse to bring this to any kind of an acceptable conclusion considering the amount of the fee they have collected and ultimately avoid any suggestion of responsibility of any kindThis is reprehensible, unethical, illegal and bad business Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 9, 2015/05/04) */ Indiegogo provides an open crowdfunding platform permitting funds to be raised for a wide range of projects in accordance with our Terms of Use (www.indiegogo.com/about/terms)Campaigns are run by their individual campaign owner's and not by IndiegogoIndiegogo does not manage campaigns, nor does Indiegogo offer perksInstead, all perks are offers made by Campaign Owners, and we recommend to any contributor who has questions about a campaign's offerings that make inquires of the campaign owner People can raise money for various things, and be at various stages of their projectContributors are backing an idea, not purchasing a pre-made projectLike anyone contributing to an early-stage project, you accept the risk that the project might not come to fruitionAgain, Indiegogo does not make claims or verify that a "campaign owner will deliver perks or that contributions will be used as described on the campaign." This response from Indiegogo is unacceptable While I acknowledge that perks are the responsibility of the campaign owner, it is still unclear to me exactly what the responsibility of Indiegogo is relative to this campaignFor the substantial amount of money they collected it would seem that Indiegogo has a minimum responsibility of providing correct and accurate information to facilitate this matter so the funders can contact the campaign owner and negotiate a settlementRepeatedly, Indiegogo has provided information which is not viable and therefore the contributors are unable to communicate with Mr [redacted] This may be technically legal but it is highly unethical and not a good business practiceThe result is unhappy customers There has been no accounting for the $250,dollars and where it was sentWhy doesn't a campaign have a contractual obligation to report the use of the money raised? Indiegogo needs to provide contact information which works while to date attempts to contact the campaign owner has produced nothingAll organizations are accountable for funds donated even if they are generated by a fund raising/marketing company for a specific causeI think with some meaningful communication on the part of Indiegogo we would be on the way to resolving this matter The complete lack of cooperation on the part of Indiegogo is ironic since their idealistic view of raising funds for worthy causes is in direct contradiction to the off putting manner with which they treat their customers Considering the old adage "the customer is always right"; this doesn't seem to be part of Indiegogo's creedAll one has to do is read the blog for the BE Maker campaign to get a sense of how angry and disappointed funders are with this companyThey should develop some way of providing a level of customer satisfaction even if it isn't their legal obligationAll they have produced in this case is unhappy customers Direct quote from Indiegogo website: One month ago Hello Everyone, First I just want to say please do not harass my wife or anyone else as she/they has nothing to do with this campaignIf this continues I will seek authoritiesI know this project is going on longer then any of us intendedI know many of you want your product or money back, but I need to be able to get a hold of [redacted] in order to accomplish either one of these scenarios I have been working on my side of the project which is getting you videos, and writing up scriptsI intend to post another video shortlyAs soon as [redacted] gets back with me on where everything is, I will make an update on those developments as soon as he answers me Thank You, Harold From http://borderlesselectronics.org/ WE ARE PERFORMING MAINTENANCE, MIGRATION AND UPDATES PLEASE BE PATIENT, THE SERVICES WILL BE BACK SOON THANK YOU Not even a thank you note from Harold or Indiegogo for our contribution Thanks for your help with resolving thisIf Indiegogo takes these concerns seriously rather than reiterating the technicalities of their terms of service, it will make them a stronger competitor in the crowd funding business Cordially, [redacted] ***

Copy and paste of another responses, I already tried to contact the campaign owners, I already have another Revdex.com.org complaint open against them! The problem here isn't only that the campaign owner failed to deliver is the lack of action and customer support Both them (campaign owners) and us (contributors) are bound to the ToS of Indiegogo but on the other hand Indiegogo must enforce said terms, which didn't happened, they didn't take no action whatsoever, not only that they allowed the scammers to run another campaign even after users contact them and tell them about the fraud We had no help from Indiegogo except by sending the same email remembering that's not their problem anymore, we can't reach the campaign owners they canceled their email domain and stopped to answer even by phone, indiegogo should enter in contact with owners forcing them to respect the ToS and take legal action against them, also block any new campaign of the same individuals Yet they simply wash their hands, and the statement "Contributions made through Indiegogo are transactions that take place between the campaign owner, contributor, and payment processor and are non-refundable by Indiegogo, as stated in our Terms of Use (www.indiegogo.com/about/terms)" is a blatant lie, indiegogo receive a share of 4% total all money raised, in this case over $10,000.00, that by itself means the payment must pass [redacted] indiegogo if that isn't proof enough all my paypal payments receipt are for [redacted] @indiegogo.com, not to any of the campaign owners nor their business name Soap Incmy payments were made to indiegogo, they got at least $19.oo of my contribution alone, which means a paid them for a service they didn't provide Also in this pre-made response failed do acknowledge my second and third demands, none of them related to refunds, that make me believe that this just another prepared copy n'paste response with no concern to customers Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 9, 2015/04/08) */ Indiegogo provides an open crowdfunding platform permitting funds to be raised for a wide range of projects in accordance with our Terms of Use (www.indiegogo.com/about/terms)Campaigns are run by their individual campaign owner's and not by IndiegogoIndiegogo does not manage campaigns, nor are perks offered by IndiegogoInstead, all perks are offers made by Campaign Owners, and we recommend to any contributor who has questions about a campaign's offerings that make inquires of the campaign owner People can raise money for various things, and be at various stages of their projectContributors are backing an idea, not purchasing a pre-made projectLike anyone contributing to an early-stage project, you accept the risk that the project might not come to fruitionAgain, Indiegogo does not make claims or verify that a "campaign owner will deliver perks or that contributions will be used as described on the campaign." That's not a resolution that is barely a excuse, I didn't asked for Indiegogo ad or now-it-works explanation, stop copy n' paste PR ***! Yet another response telling that they don't care what happens if they receive the money, and once again they mention the term of use, the very same one that states Campaign Owners must deliver or refund, yet they did't care to ban/block the new scam campaign, nor take any action against those criminal that violated more than once the ToU, now they vanished from the face of earth leaving hundreds contributors without money or perks It's a shame Revdex.com can't help more, not their fault, this a case for San Francisco Attorney General If anyone read this NEVER use indiegogo, after they take their cut you are by your own IGG will not lift a finger for any money related problemExcept if you are Campaign Owners them go for it, they let you do any scam

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Your response is a form letter and DOES NOT address the issues I wrote about If Indiegogo takes my money, and the charge on my credit is from Indiegogo, then INDIEGOGO needs to CREDIT my cardHiding behind the fact you want me to write to the campaign manager is UNACCEPTABLE Furthermore, as I am sure you have reviewed the comments section, hundreds and hundreds of people have contacted the campaign manager, WITH NO RESPONSE, including me [redacted] Also, I would like to address what you wrote about the campaign manager giving an update days ago, on September 30th, It was BOGUS, further lengthening this scamThe original Shipping date was supposed to me LAST MONTH, September 2016, and the last update stated they are going with April This is UNACCEPTABLEIt is deceitThey gave the impression a prototype was already made and in working order, and that was not the case INDIEGOGO is responsible for the actions of their own campaigns, and MUST accept responsibility and take action, just like they did with the company that tried to get away with $900,for saying they were making artificial gills that allowed you to breathe under waterINDIEGOGO took my money, and I want a refund from INDIEGOGO [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]

I've been a contributor to campaignsI would never under any circumstance ever fund anything againThey do nothing to protect your investment contrary to their terms of serviceBoth missed delivery date, big time, as a matter of fact I'm still waiting on oneThey are only concerned with getting contributors moneyRead some comments on the closed campaignsThey paint an ugly picture of a format that will likely fail in the end, but I'm sure not before duping as many people out of their money as they can

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/02/04) */ We have received all of this customer's correspondences and responded to his feedback In reference to the campaign cited by this customer, the campaign team has been responsive and cooperative with our inquiries and requestsWe found their campaign to be inline with our guidelines and no reason to doubt a sincere effort to complete the project Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/02/09) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I do not accept their responseProviding boilerplate and unsubstantiated answers to all questions does nothing to stop the RITOT fraud, or explain Indiegogo's negligence in the matter Allow me to respond to each of the two points that Indiegogo makes in their response; "We found their campaign to be inline with our guidelines..." Indiegogo's Terms of Use Agreement is the legal part of their 'guidelines' and RITOT (the campaign) violated them repeatedly from the beginning, continuing to the presentFollows is one oft violated term of said Agreement-"Campaign Owners will respond promptly and truthfully to all questions posed to them by Indiegogo or any Contributor." I have pointed out SPECIFIC examples of questions never answered, and sometimes even deleted by the RITOT campaign to [redacted] SVP of Operations and the Indiegogo legal Department over the past several monthsIndiegogo is well aware of these clear breaches of their Terms of Use Agreement and made the conscious decision to ignore them- to the detriment of 8600+ of their customers The second part of Indiegogo's response was; "no reason to doubt a sincere effort to complete the project." The campaigners gave phony namesThe campaigners said that they were located in San Francisco (same town as Indiegogo), when they were really 'working' from UkraineThey said they had a prototype when none existedIs this what anyone would call being 'sincere'? Indiegogo also uses the word 'effort'There was no proof of concept, no prototype, no tangible progress with the project whatsoever in almost monthsIs this anyone's definition of 'sincere effort'? They also knew that half of the founding team members left the company, but again they did not figure that this was important enough to warn their customers of this material change of leadership within RITOT As I said in my original complaint- Indiegogo knowingly and willfully aided and abetted a Ukrainian scam campaign to bilk more than $Million dollars from 8500+ people (now $1.6M and 8600+ people) At minimum, the public must be made aware of Indiegogo's general lack of concern for their customersBut in this particular case, they were downright deceitful and complicit by ignoring facts that allowed a fraud to be perpetrated on their customers- and still is! While Indiegogo questionably disclaims any responsibility whatsoever to their customers in their Terms of Use Agreement, once their executive and legal departments were made aware of the stated facts, the legal issues became moral issuesSomeone in their ivory tower must decide if they are a necessary and viable part of society, or just a temporary collection of mercenaries, hiding behind occasional entrepreneurial 'wins' and currently positive press Therefore, I ask that Indiegogo do the morally correct thing, halt the RITOT campaign immediately, and refund the entire $Million dollars to their customers I further suggest that they go here: [redacted] And use these guidelines to change their policies and practices moving forward to help avoid situations such as this Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 9, 2015/02/26) */ We have received all of this customer's correspondences and have made a good faith effort to address his concernsThis customer has received our response from Indiegogo's Trust and Safety Team and our Legal Department regarding his concernsIndiegogo has no further information to share regarding this matter Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (4200, 11, 2015/03/03) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) How can I accept a resolution when Indiegogo has not proposed one? Indiegogo tried to soothe us with platitudes, instead of answering our questions and concerns, while 8,of their customers were being conned out of $Million dollars in a documented fraudThis negligence is clearly unconscionable, and immoral, if not illegal In their latest response (above) Indiegogo says that both their 'Trust and Safety Team' and their 'Legal Department' have responded to meWhile I have received only a few replies to my dozen or more emails, none of them respond to my concerns directlyThey 'answer' my questions and concerns with the same legally-inert boilerplate responses that other contributors have gotten (yes we talk) Those emails ask Indiegogo how they can continue the RITOT Campaign when Indiegogo knew that the Contributors had lied about pertinent information- Indiegogo never respondedI pointed out with fiscal and scientific fact that the Projection Watch is impossible to make, and is a fraudIndiegogo did not comment on these truths eitherI pointed out that no progress on the watch has been made in months, still no commentThey don't address my questions at all, they just try to placate me with rhetoric, which is insulting Let's talk about that rhetoric for a momentIn it they state that the RITOT Campaign seems 'sincere'That is very interesting since Indiegogo already knew that the RITOT Campaign had lied about their names and place of businessThe same rhetoric states that the Campaign is complying with Indiegogo's Terms of UseThis is flat-out nonsenseI have alerted Indiegogo to multiple breaches of that Agreement by the RITOT Campaign, but as I have been saying, Indiegogo all but ignores me Why would Indiegogo try to mitigate Contributor concerns, when they knew that the Campaigners were liars? Why try to mitigate concerns when there was incontrovertible financial and scientific evidence that the Campaign could not deliver? Would they really try to pacify people into contributing just to get their commissions? It is time that Indiegogo fess upDid they really look into this matter? If not, as they are claiming, they ignored the concerns of many customers and lied about their findingsIf they did look into this, it should have been easyAll they needed was a simple calculator, the Campaign-provided Bill of Materials and a toll-free call to an electronics distributor to see that this project was fiscally impossibleA brief discussion with a Science Teacher would have yielded the same result but from a scientific perspective Either way, one can only conclude that Indiegogo did not look into this Campaign in any meaningful fashion, and allowed a lot of damage to happen to their own customers as they sat back and collected their fees That brings us back to the question of resolutionIndiegogo was complicit in this travesty by ignoring the facts, and by placating ContributorsThey were negligent by leaving their customers to the devices of known liarsIndiegogo had plenty of reasons from multiple sources, and adequate time to have investigated this campaign and stopped the damage from occurring, yet chose to turn a blind-eyeTherefore, there can be only one resolution to this matter- full restitution of the funds back to the contributors [redacted] Revdex.com Please have Indiegogo answer to the allegations and respond to the requested resolutionAnything else is a waste of everyone's timeThank you

This campaign owner can expect the funds to be disbursed within business days of their campaign's deadline, and will receive an email notification when the funds have been disbursed We have also been in contact with the campaign owner directly in order to clarify this process

While I understand that Indiegogo has decided not to mediate any disputes between contributors and campaign owners, this creates an untenable space in which the individual contributors are forced to take extreme measures to achieve any outcome from non-performing campaigns The terms of use have created an unsafe space for consumers "the contributors"They have none of the standard legal protections that a consumer from another online marketplace would haveThis creates a situation where only the most determined, vocal, and over the top measures are addressed by derelict campaign owners in order to silence pesky contributorsThe majority of contributors end up without any protection or voice in the matter, and often lose their contributions when things go astray The entire Indiegogo model is severely flawed and lacking in dispute resolution mechanismsI will no longer risk supporting Indiegogo campaigns and will encourage any crowdfunders to avoid the platform for these stated reasons I have resolved my dispute with the campaign ownerIt required that I find the legal business address for the campaign owner, and threaten with legal action through the state attorney generalI made the information publicly accessible to all parties in this affairFew contributors recieved any refunds and continue to attempt to resolve their disputesIndiegogo continues to stay uninvolved and even permitted the campaign owner to launch another campaignThis is at best gross negligence, and at worst collusion to commit fraud I ask that Indiegogo acknowledge and publicly rebuke the behaviour of the campaign owners, and block them publicly from initiating further campaignsI ask that they suspend their activities, until they can complete a legal review, and overhaul their terms of use and dispute resolution mechanisms I ask that they institute hold back amounts, and a dispute resolution mechanism to improve trust with contributorsIt would also be timely if Indiegogo were to further investigate potential campaigns and assign a risk profile to help educate potential backersWhile the current model places all responsibility on contributors, the way the promotion and perks are currently presented is severely misleading and feels more like informed presales, then risky support As a contributor you are considered neither a consumer, nor an investorYou lose all protections that either would providePlease clarify your methods and terms so that one or the other is actually apperent and trueIf contributors are investors, ensure that campaign owners are issuing stock to their backers, if consumers ensure they deliver the promised goods Get out of the gray zone and help protect your sites usersYou're enriching yourselves at our expense by taking a cut for providing access to people looking to exploit contributors Do something, business as status quo is a risk to destroying the trust in crowdfunding and will destroy your business model as people sour to being taken advantage of Your choice

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2014/05/15) */ Indiegogo is a merit-based platformPlacement on Indiegogo's home page, promotions, and inclusion in the browse pages are driven by a campaign's activity and the responsiveness of its communityOur platform's processes as well as information regarding our proprietary algorithm- called the gogofactor- are stated throughout our website and Help Center Because hundreds of campaigns launch on Indiegogo everyday, our browse pages are designed to balance highlighting our healthiest campaigns, while streamlining the browse experience for contributorsWe include only the most active campaigns in our browse pagesTherefore, we encourage the campaign owner to stay active and rally people around their campaign, as any campaign running on Indiegogo can be included in the browse pages by increasing their campaign activity That said however, we have already been in touch with the campaign owner to reiterate this matter, as well as offer suggestions and support regarding their campaign Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2014/05/29) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Yep, they reiterated the same old BSIt is only more double-talk with Indiegogo's repeated line of: "inclusion in the browse pages are driven by a campaign's activity and the responsiveness of its communityOur platform's processes as well as information regarding our proprietary algorithm- called the gogofactor are stated throughout our website and Help Center." "PROPRIETARY" MEANS "SECRET" KNOWN ONLY BY INDIEGOGOAnd "your community" means my relatives that I must beg and/or guilt into giving at least 30% before I can even think about maybe getting listed fairly on any browse pageI repeat: "PROPRIETARY" MEANS "SECRET" KNOWN ONLY BY INDIEGOGO Indidgogo's "Customer Happiness Team" leaked it out recently with this stock answer to me: "all campaigns placement in the browse pages is base on our proprietary algorithm called the gogofactorAs Indiegogo is a merit-based platform, campaign placement is based on a campaign's activity and the responsiveness of its community." (this means the responsiveness of guilting your family) The "gogofactor" is a secret platformAnd they broadcast that the more persons you have on your team the better your chancesAnd what this means is that there are now more persons to beg (guilt) their relatives for the 30% of the total campaign funds sought, so that they can collect their 9% of that amount for doing nothing My complaints to their so called "Happiness Team" was met with statements like: "We typically see that successful campaigns raise about 30% of their goal from family, friends, and fans within the first few weeks of their campaign" (this means guilt your family) and they say: "a plan to activate your community to care about your project, and a call to action is the first step." (this means guilt your family) and they say: "share your campaign's URL directly with friends, family, and your communityThis is far more important to the success of a campaign than its placement on the browse pages." (this means guilting your family is more important) and since you won't appear on the browse pages, no one but your family will have your URL, but no one else can find youAnd: "We can never promise that a campaign will appear on the browse pages throughout its duration" and they say: "Unfortunately, we're not able to provide any more specific details about what makes up the gogofactor." That's because it is SECRETMaybe 30%, maybe more The resolution I am seeking is to conduct investigations and challenge the blatant unfairness to consumers and to have it rectified for future campaigners to be able to run successful campaigns, with a more fair way of being listed, without having to guilt the family However, we know that Revdex.com's stock answer will say that Indiegogo made a good faith effort to resolve this matter and that will be a lieRevdex.com, please don't tell me thisIf Revdex.com wants to live up to a good name then take Indiegogo off the "A" list, or else look into their bad practices of and/or misleading advertising and put them on the "F" listOr make them publicize their secret "gogofactor" mechanism to remain on the "A" list If not, hopefully FTC and CA and PA Attorneys General will act on Indidgogo's practices and their secret gogofactor of quilting relatives first and stop the Scam, and make Revdex.com look like dummies! Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 9, 2014/06/04) */ As we have mentioned, placement on Indiegogo's home page, promotions, and inclusion in the browse pages are driven by a campaign's activity and the responsiveness of its communityThis information is outlined and can be found throughout our website, Help Center and is a core feature of our platform The gogofactor is a proprietary algorithm in which many factors are taken into accountEarlier, we did suggest some general methods for the campaign owner to increase the activity around their campaignThese tips were offered in order to help suggest ways that the campaign owner improve their campaign, based on methods we have seen other campaign owners utilize in raising fundsUnfortunately, we're not able to provide any more specific details about what makes up the gogofactor because this information is proprietaryThat said however, all campaigns are subject to the same visibility features Please note that we have provided the campaign owner all the information we are able to regarding our proprietary visibility algorithmsAlthough we understand this can be frustrating, Indiegogo is designed to give everyone an equal shot at successWe do appreciate the feedback that the campaign owner has shared with us regarding their frustration with this functionality, and are continuously taking in feedback such as this to further make improvements Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (4200, 11, 2014/06/18) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I repeat my original complaints about Indiegogo, as well as my last answer, which you have not published, since their responses indicate business as usual and they will continue to clean up on thousands of naive hopefuls guilting their relatives to contribute to an unknown "proprietary" amount, only known by Indidgogo, (probably percent or more of the established goal) so Indiegogo can collect an unearned 9% on millions for doing nothingTheir big lie: "The gogofactor is a proprietary algorithm in which many factors are taken into account." "Many?" The only apparent factor is the or more percent that they can collect their percent on You can inform Indiegogo that I am not frustrated, as they imply in their response, I am angry, totally furious that Revdex.com will say that Indiegogo made a good faith effort to resolve this matter when they did not, and will notLike I said before they deserve a Revdex.com rating of FBut of course, you will probably fail to publish that, and they will continue to pay their dues and retain their A rating, and the public remains unawareWhy doesn't Revdex.com look into the promises of Indiegogo? After my last response to Revdex.com's answer to me, Indiegogo proceeded to "punish 'me with not asked for spam email daily, with their chosen "successful" projects that I couldn't care less about, plus scores (at least 30) of spammers immediately poured into my email account about "fund raising" and "crowdfunding." Obviously, I was targeted by IndidgogoBut go and prove itI guess they will be planting viruses nextTheir prize winning statement above with their sweet words: "We do appreciate the feedback that the campaign owner has shared with us regarding their frustration with this functionality, and are continuously taking in feedback such as this to further make improvements," is just about the biggest amount of bull [redacted] that could be writtenMine is NOT feedback, and I didn't "share." It is a legitimate complaintTheir stock answers are more than sickeningIt will never change, unless they are stopped from the unfair and lying practices and promises, promoting hopes
