I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Per our conversation with ICL on May [redacted], we were told that ICL would provide [redacted] pickup of the product that we DID NOT order and that we would receive an invoice with a zero balance.  Neither action has been completed.  Therefore, we will not be withdrawing our complaint at this time.Also, I want to make it clear that the sales rep that contacted [redacted] back in March DID NOT discuss quantity nor pricing.  He plainly stated Free sample.  Per our conversation with ICL, they believe that [redacted] is not telling the truth because she "got in trouble" for ordering the product.  This is absolutely NOT the case.  I trust [redacted]'s judgement so if it were something she felt we needed then I would approve of the order.  Thanks,[redacted]
