this (03-**-2016) you are no longer in our Energy programI have pulled your physical application on which you signed the agreement for servicesWhile it is true that it is free to apply for and free to cancel at any time, the program was not offering you free energy for the rest of your lifeAs energy is a scarce resource and costly to produce it is an unreasonable interpretation of a contract for energy services to assume that you are being given free energyMajor Energy is a supplier of energy and we offer competitive pricing and fixed rate prices to guarantee price protection, however, again we do not, and I am aware of no company that offers free energy to residential customers just for living in a home.Again you have been removed from our services and you will no longer be receiving our services, but KEEP IN MIND that your local utility which has taken over your electric utility IS NOT providing you electricity for free and they too will be expecting compensation for their servicesThank you and have a wonderful day. To whom it may concern: While I cannot personally lay claim to that particular vulgar noun I can and shall address the remainder of your compliantThere does appear to have been a misunderstanding; you state that you cancelled and this was confirmed by National Grid,
your local distribution company, and herein lay the issueNational Grid is not the proper contact for cancelling a Supply contract, rather the proper contact to effectuate a cancellation of your supplier is through your supplierMuch as calling Samsung to complain about your Verizon bill will not effectively cancel your cell phone serviceAs of the writing of this response (03-**-2016) your supplier services have been cancelled (by your supplier) and you will return to the local utility system on 04/**/Thank you for your time and effort in this matter and I am hopeful that this will clear up any misunderstandingPlease feel free to print this notice of cancellation for your records as proof thereof. I know no one by that nameI want Major Energy to be investigated for their bogus practices of signing consumers up without their knowledge and using bogus names to do soTheir business tactics are despicable; maybe the people they send out door to door should be checked up on as they obviously make up forms and quotas to justify their jobs.
