 Dear Customer Service:  That's very interesting, as I attempted to call multiple on multiple occasions and received the same recorded message. I will not take matters regarding this issue offline as everything is recorded in writing here.  You have failed to adequately respond to my previous response, therefore I will state the matter more clearly for you:  1. Your sales person stated that the supply from your company would lower my bill. It in fact raised it, so please explain how this false claim works? 2. Where was my copy of the contract? Due to your phone lines being down I was forced to submit an email or electronic complaint. After which I received a call from a representative, strangely from a private number. When I asked why I was not given a copy of the contract, I was told that it was "sent with the card stating service had switched." However I have a copy of said card and it does not state anything regarding the terms of the contract. Please tell me how this is a legal practice? You are required to provide the terms of the agreement and service requirement. 3. If you have a recording of this, kindly provide me with the transcript?

Good morning I was unable to respond previously and would like to make a response that gets published in ref to this complaint. It was not my intentions to just drop the matter. I merely did not see an email to make a response. Major Energy has broken the contract, in response to my grievance and to my knowledge I have not been assessed a penalty.  Since Major Energy and I parted ways, my power bill dropped down to 276.00 from a whopping 490.00. I know right, I've taken it a step further and have contacted the Public Service Commission Office.  This company based in New York should not be allowed to take advantage of the marginalized poor people in Baltimore. They promise better rates than [redacted] yet cannot deliver. Their attorney Mr Krazy H[redacted], yes that's his name sent out a memorandum stating I'm accusing them of a bait and switch.  I only spoke the truth. There rep misrepresented themselves in an effort to close the deal I was coached into answering the questions in their best interest.  I know I'm not he only victim: and other folks should be concerned when these young folks knock on their doors.   Thanks and best   [redacted]

I had a meeting with National Grid at their Office in Long Island. They told me that they did not switch my account to Major Energy Services as my gas Supplier in June 2011. This company is an example of institution that preys on other people accounts. They want to limit my wide knowledge and stylistic. They want to tell me on my qualification on terms that I can use. Across the whole, We call a cat, a cat and a dog a dog. This company tapped my accounts and overcharged me over $4000.00 during a 4 1/2 year period. Now, Major Energy Services want to talk to me. This is not important to me. I only will add that two wrongs will never make a right. I wish them well, that is all.

indicate that you signed an agreement on 06/**/2010 With Major Energy Services for the supply of your gas needs through your National Grid Gas account. Furthermore, your bill notified you on a monthly basis that your Utility was National Grid but that you had chosen a Major Energy as a supplier and the name and contact information for Major Energy. Our records do show that a stop service notice was sent to Major Energy from the Utility on 04/**/2015. Once a stop service notice has been issued it is the sole responsibility of the utility to effectuate a return of service to the utility from a supplier. We do note that it took an unusually long time for the utility to take back service for the account after the stop service notice was placed. However, this is the utilities responsibility and they are the only party that has any control over the timing of accounts moving to and from suppliers. We are sorry for any inconvenience that you may have incurred due to the delayed return of your supply to the Utility.  Sincerely,  Customer Service Representative
