This refund has been credited back to the card that was used to enroll in our services, and no further charges will be incurred.

Thats the problem, you're not gonna find an account for me because I've NEVER signed up for your service.  I can't give you the first 6 and last 4 numbers of my card, there was no card used by myself or anyone else in my family to use this service.  I work in the criminal justice field, if I really wanted any information on an individual, I  certainly wouldn't have to waste my money to get information!  My card was somehow compromised, someone without authorization has made unauthorized purchases on my card!
