We reviewed the customer's account data and have confirmed that the customer was appropriately suspended from GTA Online for violating the game terms and license by cheating in the online modeThe player was initially temporarily suspended twice and was warned twice that a permanent ban from online

The "solutions" they gave in this current ticket were the exact same as the previous ticket in which they said there was no further action they could take to solve the issue because it was supposedly do to outages as referenced in attachment 'GTAV4.png'If outages are the cause then they still have not resolved said outages as every time I've gone to play or update the game since the first ticket, the game continually fails to update

Rockstar allows us women to be harassed and cheated and therefore rockstar does nothing. Their support staff is totally useless and are mistreating us with great disrespect. No one there is listening to us and they are greatly misunderstanding us. This is not just a support issueI need legal as well so I can get a much confirmed answer on investigation. My Apartment That I Own On the Game Is Showing Zero Trade Value. It Is A Higher Value Than The One Apartment Which Does Shows Value. This Is Wrong And Needs To Be Fixed! The Individuals Answering This Is Not Qualified For My Complaints For Resolution . That Person Who Just Responded to You needs to Go Away . MY heist Board On The Game Has Totally Disappeared , I COMPLETED Everything And Did Have This Board Filled To Manage Heist But Now Its Gone . Rockstar Does In Fact Have Capability To Replenish It Without Me Showing Or Proving Anything . They Just Don't Want To Help! THEye Want Me To Be Cheated By Cheaters Modders And Bad People All Around As They Won't Get Rid Of Any Of Them Or Correct Their Bank Accounts To Zero Where It All Belongs! I Am Eligible For Adjustments To My Bank Account Where I Lost Money Buying Ammo. My Characters Were Purchased Clothes And I Don't Have Money Refunds For Not Having What I Paid For! All ThEse Facts Are On Record And They Force Me To Prove. This Is A Very Bad Business That Won't Investigate Anything And Lies To My Face! There Process Is Hideous. I Needed A Management Person To Handle This . What I Got Was Several Folks To Respond Upon My EntrIes. Then Each Person Chose Not To Look At Anything I Previously Said Already . they Seriously Owe Me Everything I Complained On. Everyone There Has DonE A Very Bad Job Of Not Paying Attention And Making It Like I Have to Show Proof Of What Is Already On Their Files. All They Need To Do Is Just Look TI'll They Find It And Don't Stop. I Need To Get Compensated Regardless Of Them Finding Anything . They Even Told Me To Show A Video Of Something . Whoever Said That Needs To Seriously Be FIRED Cause There Is Nothing That Deserves A Vid! This Is Ridiculous And An Outrage! Players Were Reported The Way Rockstar Asked And They Still Didn't Ban Cheaters!

I have provided extensive evidence on request from Rockstar Games on several occasions which they indicated was required to ensure no further ban action would take placeOn guidance from Rockstar Games directly, several steps were executed between the first and second bans to prevent issues in the future, both via support ticket and via telephoneIn all instances with support tickets, Rockstar Games has refused to acknowledge the issue and immediately closes the request without any chance for me to dispute the issue at handIn addition, Rockstar Games cannot explain why I have been able to successfully play GTA Online since February until May without issue; it is only with the two attempts to play with a specific Twitch streamer that there have been issuesFurther to this point, Rockstar Games cannot confirm that my account has not been flagged prior to May which makes it very difficult to isolate the cause of the issueRockstar Games also refuses to acknowledge whether a failed operating system upgrade from Windows to Windows caused their automatic detection system to inappropriately flag my accountIn addition to the above stated issues, multiple witnesses were present for both dates in question and can attest to the quality and nature of the gameplay conducted on both datesIt is also on Rockstar Games to provide adequate customer support; on multiple occasions I have been forced to call their support number which is frequently out of business hours (2PM to 10PM EST only), or simply too overloaded to place me into a call queue where I am subsequently disconnectedFurther to these points, escalation attempts to review my account in detail have all been denied with no thought given to the possibility my account has been accidentally flagged by an automatic systemFurther to Rockstar Games's directives to review the TOS and Code of Conduct, I have confirmed there are no single player modifications of any kind nor are there any software files which would be considered as "cheats", "hacks" or "exploits"In further conversation with Rockstar Games during the one month ban, I was informed I was "exploiting the map", a claim which cannot be substantiated by any evidence provided to Rockstar Games on several occasionsIn regards to Rockstar Games's claims of not currently being banned, the one month ban was to expire on June *** and I was in fact still blocked from accessing GTA Online servicesI have even go so far as to request Rockstar Games delete the character account known as "Deweyoxberg" in an attempt to achieve a mutual solution; this request was repeatedly denied both before and after the 2nd banIn addition to this, Rockstar advises to only way to delete my character would be for me to login to the game and do it myself which I fear will result in an immediate and permanent suspension from GTA Online with no recourseI have since done so myself on June *** with no further assistance available from Rockstar Games.Finally, I have noticed a key piece of information this afternoon while testing my ability to loginIf I use the key combination of ALT-F4,commonly known as a terminate program shortcut, the launcher for GTA Online immediately pops up and indicates the game has "terminated unexpectedly" even if waiting for Rockstar Game's indicators to disappear (as per their launch screen) before exiting the game clientThis is also true when using Task Manager within Windows.Throughout this experience Rockstar Games continues to allege I have somehow violated their TOS / Code of ConductWhile I can appreciate many gamers will claim innocence while in fact having done something contrary to the terms of use, I have not done so and am prepared to swear under oath and undergo a polygraphI stream a significant number of games via my Twitch channel and have a reputation to maintain; any misconduct is not tolerated by Twitch nor is it tolerated by the industry partners who I representI am prepared to refer this matter to the appropriate court(s) of jurisdiction for settlement in my favourI am also willing, as I have been all along, to submit to Rockstar Games relevant data to this matter proving I have not performed any actions contrary to the Terms of Use or Code of ConductI wholly reject Rockstar Games' claim of being correctly suspended for alleged violations which I did not commit

[Your Answer Here] There was no cheating on my end, it was a fresh install of the game on a recently reformatted hard driveCheating a customer out of $USD and then another $USD in online "content/currency" forcing the customer to chargebackThe files were not altered in any way, there was no cheating, I've been removed from the ability to partake in 50% of my purchased product because they *think* I was cheatingI was in a lobby by myself after handing them fistfuls of money, so apparently that constitutes as cheating? I'm not sure how, but whateverIf this is the way they're going to treat paying customers, I'm not sure why anyone would buy a product from them againI've done my research and TONS of people have been banned/lost that aspect of the game they paid for purely because the detection software used for altered files is shoddy at best.

Is there proof of me not following guidelines?I was not one that was modding in gameTherefor I should not have my account resetedI know the ban was temporary but the account whipe is permanentThis complaint is not resolved and I am requesting my money back for xbox version ,xbox one version, and pc steam versionRockstar is unwilling to help or resolve this matterI will keep the complaint open until then (Again I was not cheating someone gave me money onlineI send rockstar countless emails on modders, and instead they ban me because a modder gave me money and cars??? And I cannot get any response from this companyI have lost years of saved game data.) If rockstar replys that they have reviewed my account and feel it was appropriately handles, then someone is not doing there job correctly or not being truthful
