The business is correct in that this is a support issue and should be resolved through support channelsUnfortunately, their support channels originally both provided incorrect information and maintained total silence once it was exposed as incorrectThis complaint was necessary in order to open up channels of communication again and while I thank the new person involved for communicating once more, this complaint will remain open until either a refund is issued, or concrete evidence (that is still respectful to basic consumer rights) is given as to why this is impossible as their support channels played a crucial role in receiving more money than intended due to their misinformation and subsequent lack of response

They cant say", I did this actand prove it" I was trying to save them face that they ban me over an act that I did not even do.No Rockstar Show in your rule where I am accountable for a Hacker?
B.B.Bthere is the flaw in there statementMy account was ban because of a Hacker! I want my Money Back and I am entitled to it. Two things out of my control. The customer transferred his account from Xbox to Xbox One in June The customer has complained to Support about missing in-game cash While a review of the account did not indicate any cash is missing, it did reveal extensive cheating by the player relating the cash reported
missing This matter should be closed and resolved in favor of the company This is our final comment on the matter
