The customer’s save file on his game console hard drive has become corrupted. The customer is incorrect regarding a number of his technical statements regarding the game and is making an incorrect conclusion that the company has saved and can restore his locally stored dataThe customer
should continue troubleshooting with Support which can help him ensure that his deletion and reinstall is complete (some customers do not delete all game and related save files when reinstalling and the local hard drive issue persists). We reviewed the customer's account data and have confirmed that the customer was appropriately suspended from GTA Online for violating the game terms and end user licenseThe customer was temporarily suspended but has been warned that a permanent ban from online play may result if these actions are
repeatedThe customer is not currently bannedWe do not provide exact details as it would make it easier for cheaters to abuse our systemThe customer's ban has expired and this "complaint" is essentially a request for informationWe will not provide further information and this complaint should be closed and resolved in favor of the CompanyThis is our final comment on this matter

The customer contacted our Support team after being placed in the “Bad Sport” online matching pool that is triggered by things like quitting games early, blowing up other people’s vehicles, and being reported manually or voted out of game play by other players using an in-game menu. Customer
Service confirmed the account was correctly and temporarily classified as “Bad Sport” based on the players history and informed the player his temporary Bad Sport status would not be changed. This complaint should be resolved in favor of the Company and this is our final comment

The customer previously had a PSconsole and account, and replaced their lost console with an Xbox OneIt is not possible to transfer the customer’s online character profile from PSto Xbox OneRegarding the items they purchased for the PSaccount, the terms for purchasing in-game items clearly

You have yet to show me solid proof that you had a valid reason to ban me, as I have mentioned your automated system is not a viable means of detecting players as it even detects players who never once installed a modThere are many cases of this being brought up and yet you ignore themYour anti cheat system isn't functioning very well, but your seem to pretend its perfect, is this the reason why even today when I go online I still see modders, and a lot of them if that? You need to go back through your system and reconsider all players who were wrongfully banned, and anyone you ban next, provide them with a good reason with an in depth answer (such as: trends, flagging, videos, pictures, reportsetc)If it was your automated system you should do anything you can to see if the person was banned rightfully, if they were, they would have no ability to explain themselves.

I have on multiple attempts tried to resolve this issue using Rockstar SupportThe reason that I had to attempt a resolution through the Revdex.com is because Rockstar support is unwilling to assist me in my issueBoth tickets that I have opened have been closed without a resolution despite my multiple attempts to provide proof of the issue I would agree that the issue is a support issue, but if the support channel is unable to provide support then other channels must be used to find a reasonable solutionIt seems a simple solution would be for support to address my issue in an open and transparent manner.

Rockstar has clearly made no effort to review information I submitted to themTheir resposnse is the same generic copy / pasted response as all others have gotten If they are so firm on this "policy" it should be CLEARLY posted in the loading screen of the game so there is no confusion as to the possible consequences of "cheating" in the gameThat said I have not admited fault as Rockstar failed to provide any documented proof on their behalf.In either case, I understand the ban on my account WILLbe lifted, HOWEVER all of the money (and time) invested in the game will be lost and NOT refundedI have now lost everything I have invested into this accountTheir ban / reset policy is NOT clearly posted and to severeThey might as well have just banned the account completely because I will NEVER be investing any more time or money into this game, Rockstar or any of their products.
