I was falsely informed on this business worked. I was told that once I signed two people up then the monthly fee would be waived. It was under this thought that I even joined IML. I would have never joined if I knew it was all a scam in order to recruit as many people as they want and not focus on trading. I would like to receive my $235 starter fee and the $175 monthly fee as well. I feel that the IML products and team members are very misleading and try to take advantage of customers. I am very disappointed due to the fact that this product was supposed to help me make money but instead it drained my pockets.

I joined I Markets Live for Forex training. An acquaintance told me about the company and put me on a call with her mentor to give me a better idea of what they do. After it was explained to me, I was immediately asked if I knew anyone else that would like to join and told if I bring 2 other people on I would no longer have to pay the monthly fee of $174.95. I was told to pay the initial fee of $234.95 (3//2020) and I would gain access to calls that will further help me learn how to trade as well as copy and paste trade ideas from the "EXPERTS". I was told that trades from the experts always bring profit because they are "EXPERTS" in this and the training sessions will train me to become the "signal" and to be able to spot great trades on my own. I was advised to purchase another product called the IML Web Analyzer for $22.95 (4//2020) where I would learn how to become the "signal" for trades. I was told that this product was fool proof because you trade live with an "EXPERT". I never made a penny with that. Then I was advised to purchase another product called Swipe Coin for $49.95 (5/*/2020) and told that I would get trades from the Swipe Coin app daily from another "EXPERT". After 2 monthly payments of $174.95 on 4//2020 and 5//2020, I have lost a total of $130.00 after receiving trades from these "EXPERTS". I expressed my concern to the "mentor" and I was told to switch my package from FRX to HFX (for another fee) to learn another strategy that is fool proof.

Before signing up with IML I was assured by the person who explained the opportunity to me that IML's policy is to offer a full refund if the subscription is cancelled within 7 days. With this is mind, I signed up to their Elite Package, however after further research I found that IML had a concerning number of complaints by former customers online and the company appeared to be more of an MLM company which is not what I signed up for. I decided to make use of their refund policy and sent an email on *** April to officially cancel my subscription. This was within my 7 day period. I also cancelled my account on their portal. I sent another email on *** April as a polite follow up as I had no response to my email. I decided to use their online chat option to follow up but was held in a queue for around 20 mins before being logged off by their system on several occasions. I emailed on *** May as another follow up but no response. I emailed again on *** May but still no response. It is now *** May and it has been 3 weeks since I cancelled with no response from the one IML email address that is available for customers to make contact through. All I would like is the refund to be paid back into my account as promised in their refund policy. I'm glad I cancelled when I did to prevent any further loss of funds with this company.

As I am in the UK £272.27 was debited from my account on *** April 2020 for the Elite Package. Since making this complaint I have seen a credit of £257.39 in my account today (*** May 2020) from IML which is £14.88 less than what I originally paid for the Elite Package. I will be satisfied when my refund of £272.27 is made in full as outlined in the company refund policy. Thanks. ***.]

Hello, thank you for reading my complaint. With the business, IMarketsLive, my friend told me to pay the $235 fee, and I would be able to get signals for the Forex market to make profit. I was told there would be calls to learn about the market and products to use to trade on my own. After a month in the business, I always lost money on the trades from the chat. My “team” of traders wasn’t there to help me actually trade. All they cared about was marketing the business and getting more people to join to earn residuals. I was disappointed but quickly knew it was time to move on. It’s sad because I wanted to learn how to trade, not advertise a pyramid scheme on my social media. I’m asking for a refund of the money, so I can move on from this scheme. Appreciate you reading this and please get back to me with a refund as soon as possible.

On May ***, 2020, I purchased the Elite Package subscription for $324.94. After purchasing I browsed through the website to explore its qualities and ended up not being satisfied with the services. The next day, May ***, 2020, I contacted the customer service email and received an automatic response saying a ticket was required in order for a response to be received on my end. I would like to be refunded the full amount of my purchase of the elite package which is $324.94

I don’t know if the business is a scam, but it’s not what most people who are in it say what it’s supposed to be, I joined the business because I was promised to learn a new skill set to benefit me, instead I just get put in telegram chats with thousands of people just like me with the same information over and over again. They claim they have a “signals” chat where they send out trade signals to either make profit or not, but they do not even send anything. Instead of teaching me, they try to make me recruit for their benefit.

IMarketsLive was a company linked with a foreign exchange trading group I had joined previously. I was promised to learn about the foreign exchange market and how to become a efficient trader. Once joined into the team and IMarketsLive though, I was prompted to instead go after “residuals” and recruit others to join to earn a possible stipend instead of actual trading. Our team included a “signals chat” that was filled with bad/non profitable trades to keep traders in deeper debt, almost brainwashing them to instead get “guaranteed” money off of residuals. Even though the team specified a tactic called the “learn and earn” strategy; like copying and pasting the signal to the trading app to earn profits before you really learned as a trader. The trick is, you are never taught how to do much more besides the basics (putting in the trade on the app) and are then forced to rely on either the faulty signals or residuals from bringing others into the company to do the same. It is unacceptable that a company that is said to have better people in the forex market hold recruiting calls and a “special event” hosted by Bob P, a famous manifestation coach and author, who has never stepped foot in a trading environment. He only knew one thing related to IMarketsLive, and that is manifesting your goals to bring others in, and receive that residual payment because the market is “too volatile” and this is “easy guaranteed money.” It is utterly disgusting how much this company goes ahead and praises the recruiters, and not the traders. They taught us, as paying customers, how to become salesmen and cold callers. Not the original “master trader” we were promised to become if we followed the “blueprint.”

"I initiated a refund for a service I purchased in September of 2019 for $165 worth of bitcoin and I have yet to receive a refund I have 15-20 emails between support saying I would receive the refund "soon" for months I waited. Then I was fed up and re-emailed support to complain and was then told in March of 2020 my account was reinstated (my account was deleted due to initiation for refund to process) and to add a bitcoin wallet address on the account to receive my refund in 2 Fridays. I followed those instructions and STILL have not received a refund and and the business is no longer responding to my emails. Over half of year with no refund so much for a 7 day refund policy that was initiated within 24 hours of purchase is complete fraud. They will not refund me because I had to use bitcoin to purchase this service as my bank would not allow me to use this service. Now it all makes senses why." So I have been using IM Academy for 2-3 days and I’m not liking it very much. I’ve lost a lot of money using this service. This is ***. I recently signed up to IML on Monday 5/. I was recruited by Noelle T. I attempted to pay for the Platinum package with my *** bank card but IML did not accept it. I informed Noelle T and she suggested that I send her money through Cash App which I did, $235 for the Platinum Package. I decided to register with IML because I was sold on the factIML Rep Noelle T would mentor me by providing me with the tools and guidance to succeed in trading. When in fact, once I paid for the package she was MIA, I could not reach her. With this program, You are left to view approximately 100 videos, enter into chat groups through Telegram (YTsignals and YTfamily) for more videos and zoom presentations lead by hundreds of thousands of people talking about every damn Forex aspect of the business that it offera and you are expected to navigate through all of this on your own with absolutely ZERO knowledge. I asked for my money back on the 5 and 6th day. I hit a road block because I was encouraged to pay through cash app now they won't refund me. Recruiter Noelle T tricked me into paying via cash NEGLECTING to inform me of the no refund policy if purchased through cash app. She is doing this via instagram. Also, beware of any business that demands to correspond via telegram and encrypted chatting service. oh And IML contact us via chat is a bot not a live person. The contact number, no live person. IT IS NOT ODD THAT THEY ACCEPT BITCOIN PAYMENT BUT DO NOT REFUND CUSTOMERS IF THEY ARE UNSATISFIED. IML LATEST ADDITIONAL SCAM IS TO GET CUSTOMERS TO PAY BY BITCOIN WITHOUT INFORMING POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS THAT THEY WILL NOT GET THEIR MONEY BACK IF UNSATISFIED. WHY IS THAT. THEY CERTAINLY RECEIVED THEIR MONEY THROUGH CASH APP SO WHY NOT GIVE IT BACK?

[I paid IML Recruiter Noelle T $235 for the platinum package through cash app per her instructions when my bank card was not accepted on the IML registration site. My *** bank card is from a very creditable financial institute yet rejected (how convenient). Nonetheless, IML Recruiter Noelle T suggested that I send money to her through cash app. She DID NOT inform me that there is no refund on bitcoin purchases (see proof attached). I was not on the site when my package was purchased because Noelle did it. She mentioned a $5 fee but not that the purchase would not be non refundable if I was unsatisfied with the package.In addition, it is a fact that Bitcoin transactions are not irreversible by design. However, Bitcoin can be refunded by the person who receives the funds. Again, I "the customer" paid through cash app as suggested by IML Recruiter Noelle T and Noelle paid it with bitcoin without my knowledge no refund, therefore, without my consent. I have ordered a platinum package of $235 and the policy says cancel within 7 days to receive your refund and I cancelled the second day. I’ve been trying to reach or contact someone about this but no one answers . The phone goes straight to automatic voice messages, and *** gives you an automated email to saying they won’t respond. This is a scam I need my refund ASAP or i’m bringing this to court and suing. I’ve called I M academy multiple times regarding my refund and I couldn’t get ahold to nobody & I even emailed them multiple times just to get a email not really expressing my issue . Summary - a an additional withdrawal of $199.95 on 01//2020 from IMarkets Live caused a double payment in January 2020. I have been requesting a Refund for the $199.95 since 01//2020 and been promised a refund since 01//2020 but have never received one. Mr. Andrew F is my main contact here in El Paso, Tx. I have informed him multiple times but have had no success. Well, its 05//2020 and still no refund has been made nor any attempt to communicate a confirmation # nor a ACH transaction # that my bank can trace. Mr. F was made aware of the unresolved situation once more on 4//2020 and 04//2020. No communication from him since.

Detail version:

On Dec *, 2019 a withdrawal posted to my checking account for $199.95 (ACH Debit) for payment to start in IMarkets Live. However, their service or access to their tools were reversed and not rendered when IMarkets returned the payment back into my checking account Dec , 2019 for $199.95 (ACH Credit). Again, I am stating the fact that “no services were paid for and no services were rendered” (bank transactions and emails or texts from IMarkets can be provided).
I then informed the IMarkets Representative here in El Paso, Mr. Andrew F, of not being able to access any of the IM tools due to the fact that my account had not been activated in the month of December 2019 due to the lack of payment.
Mr. Andrew F then requested that I give him my debit card information to apply the payment from his end and get me started in January 2020 (as opposed to the ACH). Mr. Andrew F advised me that after making the payment (via the Debit Card linked to my checking account) that IMarkets would no longer be withdrawing from my checking account anymore. At which point, IMarkets Live was paid 1//2020 via my Debit Card through Mr. Andrew F for $164.95 posting 01//2020” (bank transactions and emails or texts from IMarkets can be provided).

I emailed IMarkets 01//2020 informing them not to withdrawal via ACH anymore as payment has already been made vi Debit Card. However, IMarkets Live moved forward and withdrew $199.95 again from the same Checking Account via ACH on 01//2020 despite Mr. F's expressed assurance that IMarkets would not charge the Checking account twice. I then informed Mr. Andrew F of the double charge and he advised me to contact IMarketslive via email 01//2020. (bank transactions and emails or texts from IMarkets can be provided).

Then on 1//20 I received an email from Bruz M. at IMarketslive to email them back after 10 Days to clear the over-payment and they will process a refund. (bank transactions and emails or texts from IMarkets can be provided

Then on 2//2020, seeing the Refund has still not made it to my bank account, I sent an email requesting status on it and informed Mr. Andrew F. At which point he sent me a text with an email from Mr. Ricardo C (Senior Compliance and Field Specialist) informing him that he had initiated a refund on 02//20(bank transactions and emails or texts from IMarkets can be provided).

*** At this point, it is now 03//2020 and still no refund in my bank account, so I sent another email requesting status:

I then informed Mr. Andrew F of my follow up email requesting status on my Refund and he sent me the following texts from 03//2020 from Mr. Ricky C informing Mr. Andrew F that they were able to do the ACH payment. Yet, IMarketLive has still not provided an ACH transaction number or confirmation # so that my bank can trace. (bank transactions and emails or texts from IMarketsLive can be provided)

Mr. Andrew F requested I give them 15 days which would put us around 04//2020 with added cushion I added another week so I would check 04//2020.

Well, I then received this response back from Linda - IMarketsLive Support on 03//2020 (with no transaction # so that my bank can trace it nor any sort of confirmation #)that “Upon checking your record on file, the refund has been successfully processed on March *** for the amount of $199.95”. I check with my bank immediately and still no refund was deposited into my account. I responded back to Linda informing her that the refund had not shown up in my bank account. However, she never responded back. :(bank transactions and emails or texts from IMarketsLive can be provided)

Then on 04//2020 I sent another email requesting ACH transaction # or confirmation # of the refund. Again, with no response.

Well, its 05//2020 and still no refund has been made nor any attempt to communicate a confirmation # nor a ACH transaction # that my bank can trace. Mr. F was made aware of the unresolved situation once more on 4//2020 and 04//2020.

I paid 234 for the platinum package but I never received a confirmation email of purchase. The money was taken out of my account. I still haven’t received any login information or access to the package I purchased. I emailed ilivemarkets twice and they have yet to respond to me. I’m not even sure if they will be able to find my account given I don’t have confirmation. I screenshot the screen I did receive after purchasing for proof of purchase. I would like a response and to gain access to my account.

When joining IML I was given that complete rundown. I would be learning how to trade and making money while I learn. That is all a lie, this company has a group chat called SBC and a bunch of others, Supreme Billionaires club is partnered with this website and they promised that I would be learning how to trade through mentor ship. There isn’t any mentor ship, you are forced to recruit people under you for your own benefit, just like a pyramid scheme. I paid 235 for the learning experience but I lost over 200$+ from trading with them. When people started to catch on to their acts, they started trading again with effort. They try to keep those who are new stuck so they are forced to recruit for their “mentors.” Please be careful with this website, they are liars.

I purchased the platinum pack on im Academy on May *** 2020. Was very unhappy with my first couple days and decided to cancel. I try to contact the "customer service" via email, calling and live chat. Whenever I emailed I received an automated email back within the minute saying nothing to do with what I told them. Whenever I tried calling (15 times during business hours), no answer and said they were currently unavailable at the time. And the past two days I have tried getting in contact with someone via live chat and everytime I am put into a large queue and everytime I get booted out when it is close to becoming my turn... I just want my refund that was promised within the 7 day grace period
