The product that they sold me Delorean, is meant to assist in trading , however the website has been not working consistently for 3 months and I haven't actually been able to use it for about 3 weeks now. Its the strategy that I've learned and need the website to assist in my trading career. Without the website strategy I have missed out on countless trading opportunities. Bottom line is, I have done my part and paid for the service and IM markets has failed to deliver the product that is advertised. Whenever I try to contact IM all I get is an automated email. I have contacted IM live about 3 times and its the same procedure every time, was not offered any sort of explanation, discounts, credits, etc.

June *** 2020 I purchased and elite pack for $325 I decided to cancel the subscription because I was unhappy with the way the system worked. I refunded the next morning June *** 2020. I tried emailing the company twice using the email they gave me on the support page and neither one was sent. I tried calling but the line is always busy and I can never get a person to talk to or a way to resolve my issue.

I’ve been trying for weeks (3 days after I signed up) to get a refund and I’ve been trying to get in contact, by email and phone, but I haven’t gotten a phone call and the email says; “email address to recipient is not found” so this is my last resort. I need a refund because my family is struggling and I do not have the time nor headspace to start this.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Your payment method was Skrill, and that is where the refund was sent back to.. It looks like a third party made the payment on your behalf so you will need to discuss with them about the refund. We can only refund back to the payment method which made the payment, and this is why in our policies and procedures we say it is so important to use your own payment method.

Before signing up with IML I was assured by the person who explained the opportunity to me that IML's policy is to offer a full refund if the subscription is cancelled within 7 days. With this is mind, I signed up to their Elite Package, however after further research I found that IML had a concerning number of complaints by former customers online and the company appeared to be more of an MLM company which is not what I signed up for. I decided to make use of their refund policy and sent an email on *** of may,2020 to officially cancel my subscription. This was within my 7 day period. I also cancelled my account on their portal. I sent another email on *** of june as a polite follow up as I had no response to my email.it has been 16 days since I cancelled with no response from the one IML email address that is available for customers to make contact through.I tried calling but they ain't responding too. All I would like is the refund to be paid back into my account as promised in their refund policy. I'm glad I cancelled before the *** day of registration. I just need my money back, please.

I wanted to join forex thru iMarketsLive.. I was told that if I pay $235 on (05//2020) to sign up i’d have access to unlimited videos, mentors, forums, i’d be put in multiple group chats (that have over 2000 people who only focus on recruiting & don’t answer questions about anything regarding trading), I could have my monthly fee waived if I signed up 2 people (which I did), and I’d make my 235 back within 7 days GUARANTEED. by my “mentors.” After about a week, I hadn’t made any money, no help. Two weeks, same thing! I had to also while starting to set up my live account deposit $50 thru bitcoin, only to find out I have so many friends who never learned anything either!Never made back their money, never saw any kind of benefit!! I tried contacting my mentors by calling and emailing them to let them know I no longer wanted to be apart of it and I would like my money back, only to receive no response to this day after consistently checking in. I was guaranteed to have learned and be making money all working that first week, but I did not at all receive anything J was “guaranteed” and I would please just like my $235 back!! I had made multiple attempts to for a refund within the 7 days with no response. The purchase of the IML was not purchased through bitcoin, only the $50 needed to start my live account after joining. Nobody responded to me about getting my money back within those 7 days and even afterwards.

I purchased IML elite package which was $324.94 as I am from the Uk I should receive around £270 I bought this on the *** of June 2020 as of today it is June *** so I am in the 7 day refund bracket which is stated within there policy I have not received a email back which I have sent more than twice. I would like to know what is happening with my refund as I won’t rest until my money is back into my account as of today I cancelled my subscription so I would like to know where my money is! I was encouraged to sign up for IM Academy with a guaranteed outcome of making money. First of all the prices that are listed charge you in USD but being marketed in Canada with no currency beside the number so thats misleading and false representation. After reviewing their mediocre training resources and constant daily spam of trade signals and messages, I decided I no longer wanted to be a part of the program. I was made aware of a 7-day refund policy when I was in one of many recruiting zoom calls after my 7-days was already over. I feel decieved into believing I could make money from this company. I later found out that the recruiters are making residual income from the sign-ups and if you don't sign members up, you don't make money. I was told I would get my 2 sign-ups to cover my monthly fee but that did not happen. The resources are standard information you can find in more depth on multiple FREE websites. There are plenty of options for you to learn only realizing that one great example HFX is illegal in Canada. These are not brokers and they are just trying to make money off your signups. Misleading marketing and fake result testimonies are the tools used to get peoples attention.

I would like a refund! I spent £190 on the FRX package which I didn’t even use or any of the “services” that game with. On top of that I was told I get to keep the videos even if I don’t want to pay for the next month, which didn’t happen.

I signed up with ImAcademy Live May , 2020. I’ve been sending emails since Jun *, 2020, the 7th day and last day I could get my full refund back! It’s almost a week later and I still have not received an email or my money back! I’m unhappy with the service, I can’t get in contact with the number the provide. This business is completely scamming people out of their money! Do not do business with them!!!!!! I want my money back, now!!!!!! I don’t care if you guys responded after the 7 days I still tried to cancel within that 7 day period. Give me my money back now or I will keep reporting bad reports until you do so!

iMarketsLive had basically scammed me out of money. About $200 dollars to be exact. My friend who had only been apart of that organization for a couple weeks approached me and told me that this business would promise me that I would gain knowledge on how to trade in the Foreign exchange market.
But the only catch was, I had to pay. And not only that, I was pressured to find more people to get into this program to trade as well and if I didnt by the end of the month, I would need to pay a fee of about $50, on top of the fee I had already payed purely just because I chose not to refer more people into this program that taught me nothing. It felt like I was being scammed into scamming other people to go into this “business.”
Their methods of “teaching” us about the Forex Market are methods that you can easily find alternatives to, online. What I had payed for, and what many others had payed for were available to us for free, online.

I wanted to learn how to trade forex so I joined IMarketsLive. I was told it's a "learn while you earn"set up, that way I could make money while im learning. It was mentioned that when I join I would learn how to trade, and I would have access to all these different platforms and people that would insure I was actually learning the skill. I was even convinced on 5//2020 to pay for the Elite package which was $324.94 for more promising teachers and more access to trading tips. Once I joined I was immediately put into a Telegram group chat with over 2000 people who talk nothing about trading. Instead they focus on recruiting more people, telling them lies and having them spend their money to not learn anything and I don't want to take any part in that. When ever I have a question I don't have any way to get an answer, especially being that no one at IMarketslive answers the phone or responds to emails. I looked into getting a refund and they say I must email them within the 7 days or i'm no longer able too. I emailed them first on 5//2020 and never heard from them. I emailed them again the next day at 06//2020 and still haven’t heard from them. I don't want to keep waiting and I exceed the 7 days and i'm unable to get my money back. I keep calling and each time I don’t get an answer, the phone doesn't even ring I just get the same voice recording saying it a high volume. Unbelievable, I just want my money back at this point and to never deal with them again.
