Hello. I was advertised this product through one of the mentors trying to recruit more people. The video they make you hop on to watch or get more info was also very misleading & really disappointing now that I have tried it. They made it seem like I was gonna start trading in no time so I decided to give it a shot. As the days kept going they were telling me I can make more income through networking and made me focus only on that. I didn’t even get a chance to watch any videos or get any really information on the trading. I didn’t like that they made it seem like you’re in it to trade but start wrongfully guiding you to recruit more people. I also bought the Dolorean packet for $22 which I would also like a refund for because I never even got to take a look at it or begin to use it. They kept saying to buy this and that but again make you focus on getting more people first which I did NOT like. I started to become very unhappy with the direction of where it was going and overall not happy with the product and how they made it look like it would be when they didn’t even focus on that. I would just like a refund for buying the FX pack ($234.95)& the dolorean ($22.95) thank you. My ID# is

I understand but when they mentioned to me that there was a refund I was told it was 30 days which is why I tried to give it a try with no worries. And when I canceled it they said it was 7 days & I was confused and told them I was under the impression that it was 30 days from what they told me. Which is why I wanted a refund. ID

I purchased IM Academy on July , 2020. I have had it for little over 7 days now but I am very dissatisfied with the program. IM academy was presented to me as a great opportunity to learn a skill where I would be making money by trading but now that I’ve had it for more than 7 days that is not the case. Your business seems to revolve around NETWORKING mostly and I did not sign up to market. I would like a refund for the misinformation these “mentors” have gave me and a refund for the Delorean scanner that I have never used. Im academy seems more like a pyramid scheme and I don’t feel comfortable continuing business with you guys. I have also tried to reach you guys via email and even through the phone and nothing. I signed up for I am Academy 3 days ago and couldn’t login from the beginning. It definitely isn’t what I thought it would be and I’ve been trying to get a refund but I’m getting the run around. I never can get in contact with them personally.

I signed up for iMarketsLive through a friend doing the forex pyramid scheme on July *** 2020. I paid $199 through a promotion they were having and I was only allowed to pay through bitcoin. After a few days, I realized it was not for me, so I decided I wanted my money back and canceled my account online on July , 2020. Their site says if you cancel the subcription before 7 full days have passed, you can get a full refund. I come to find out since I paid through bitcoin they say I cannot get my money back even though I canceled my subscription only 3 days after signing up. I thought they would email me after I canceled my account, but no email came. When I emailed iMarketsLive Support myself on July *** to reiterate that I still wanted to cancel and get a refund, instead of receiving a response from an actual person, I received an automated email stating no other emails sent to *** will be answered unless a ticket is re-opened in my back office. The option to "re-open a ticket" was nowhere to be found in my back office, but two days later on July *** I did receive an email with a link to re-open a ticket and request my refund. Support personnel emailed me back the same day, again stating since I paid through bitcoin that my payment is final and non-refundable. Thank you.

I made a prior complaint about not making back my forex $235 that was guaranteed back within 7 days, tried reaching out to mentors and recruiters about me not getting what I paid for within the 7 day money back policy or whatever and I just kept getting no response from my mentors, and all my emails ignored so I missed the window. I kept asking what more I can do, and just ultimately gave up because I was not seeing any progress or getting any help/answers from the people that promised to help me. I was told that if I pay $235 on (05//2020) to sign up i’d have access to unlimited videos, mentors, forums, i’d be put in multiple group chats (that have over 2000 people who only focus on recruiting & don’t answer questions about anything regarding trading), I could have my monthly fee waived if I signed up 2 people (which I did), and I’d make my 235 back within 7 days GUARANTEED by my “mentors.” After about a week, I hadn’t made any money, no help. Two weeks, same thing! I had to also while starting to set up my live account deposit $50 thru bitcoin, only to find out I have so many friends who never learned anything either! They never made back their money, never saw any kind of benefit! I tried contacting my mentors by calling and emailing them to let them know I no longer wanted to be apart of it and I would like my money back, only to receive no response to this day after consistently checking in. I was guaranteed to have learned and be making money all working that first week, but I did not at all receive anything I was “guaranteed” and I would please just like my $235 back please, I really need it and only invested in the guarantee from my recruiters and forex that I would make it back and more. My previous complaint was marked as resolved due to me not responding, but I hadnt recieved any notification that the business responded, and I apologize, but I need this resolved. The person previous replying to me said my purchase was made thru bitcoin and to forward my receipt purchase and I am not sure how to do that. It was not made thru bitcoin-only the $50 I invested to start my live account.

As I mentioned before, I don’t believe my purchase was made they bitcoin. the only money I put into bitcoin was $50 to start my live trading account. My $235 was in the hands of my recruiter & she did not mention anything about using it on bitcoin. If she did, I have had no way of knowing. Majority of our conversations(the ones we did have) were over zoom calls, so I wouldn’t have the evidence needed.. is there any other way?

I signed up for Imarket and literally not even 8 hours later I deleted my account and I was expecting my refund I have been waiting for 3 full weeks for my refund and have not seen it yet I have tried calling and I don’t know why u even have a number because it doesn’t take u anywhere but to them you to email them. Then when u email them they give u an automated email that gives u a link to somewhere else. I want my money back that’s it

I signed up with iMarkets Live on June ***, but changed my mind later on that day and requested a refund and also deactivated my account. I sent this company multiple emails addressing my refund and almost 3 weeks later I still have not received my refund.

I have Tried TIME AND TIME again to reach out to IMarkets live academy to get my refund because I was dissatisfied. It really saddens me that the email they provide isn’t working and they refuse to take anyone’s calls. There seems as if there is no way to contact them for customer support. I’m so disappointed. Within two days, I decided that I no longer wanted to be a part of IMarket Live's trading company. From the beginning, I felt that it may be a scheme and I should've stuck with my decision of dpoing more research on the company. It's basically another pyramid scheme. I signed up that Thursday and that Sunday I reached out to my mentor and expressed my concerns as well as mentioned that I would not be able to fully commit to this. By this time, I am aware that I used cashapp to sign up (bitcoin transfer) and would be unable to get a refund. I feel that this is unfair. If I knew that subscribing that way would void me of a refund, I would not have done so and I feel that I should been informed of this before signing up. There are way too many monthly fees. I've reached out to both the company's support and my bank for assistance. I have not logged into their websites for over a week, outside of submitting for a refund and canceling my subscription. I am unsure how this will play out, but I would prefer to receive the full $268 that I have paid (platinum pack, gold cup, and us30). Please assist.

I recently joined IML in hopes of becoming a trader and learning the skills that I could utilize to make money trading. However, once I joined there was a bait and switch that occurred and I quickly realized that they were eager to focus on residuals and weekly income from recruiting and harassing people via social media. Furthermore, I would like to see if I can get a refund from the purchases I have made from this company.

I enrolled to the IML academy June *** , and deactivated my membership on June ***, their policy is that if you cancel within the first 7 days of your enrollment date, you WILL get refunded all your money. I deactivated my account on june *** and to this day I have not gotten my refund. I am not the only one who is going through this problem as when I look online it seems to be a common issue with this company.. my friend who also enrolled with me and deactivated his account well within the 7 day refund frame has also not been refunded. I emailed them a couple times and have never gotten a reply back. I just want my money back and that is it.

I was a member of IM Markets Live and joined on the *** of May. Unfortunately, during the first week I was extremely busy and couldn't not use the resources of IM Markets Live as my family and I were dealing with an emergency situation, more specifically being an older relative who had tested positive for COVID-19. I did consider to leave however was told that I had not given enough time to the company which I believe was a ploy used to ensure that I would not leave the company.
Moreover, when trying to leave, IM Markets Live uses "guilt tripping" tactics which I believe is also used to persuade customers to not leave. I have only just discovered this complaint form and am very grateful for it as I have every right to receive my money back for a service I did not use. I would greatly appreciate it if I could receive a refund back.

I requested a refund per their policy within 7 days of enrollment, in the amount of $234.95. I was assured by the individual who enrolled me that I would be refunded within 2-3 business days. I sent an e-mail to *** and received an automated message unrelated to my request and no follow up. When I didn't receive a response, I located 2 separate e-mail addresses: *** and ***; both of which were undeliverable. The Contact Us page on their website is also not working.
