services on a daily basisIn looking into the described issue that was submitted by Mr***, we have noticed that he has spoken with our customer support team on several occasions to work through any misunderstandings and issues that were being had with our Internet marketing campaign for ***'s Frozen YogurtAttached is a copy of the contract that was signed by Mr*** that agreed to ranking locally for a minimum of keywords and it has been explained to him that we fulfilled our agreement in the screenshots of the keywords that ***'s Frozen Yogurt is ranking for on the front page of GoogleOne of our representatives, Steven, spoke with Mr*** on the 24th of March in which it was agreed that Mr*** would continue services with usA ranking report request was sent to our Account Success Expert's Team and they provided Mr*** with screen shots of the keywords that his business is showing up for on the front page of GoogleAfter sending this information, our representative has not heard back from Mr*** and it is assumed that these results had satisfied our client. We are more than happy to work with Mr*** to come to an agreement in terminating the business relationship between ***'s Frozen Yogurt and Internet Local Listings although we are excited about the success that the account is experiencing in being found on the front page of Google for keywordsSince Internet Local Listings has provided Mr*** with all of the services and products agreed upon in the signed contract, a refund is not warrantedWe will have a representative contact Mr*** to decide what his choice is in regards to the future of his account with Internet Local Listings and will cancel services after the agreed to 3rd month payment if that is what our client wishes

attached file clearly shows the refund was made to Ms*** - we apologize for the size of it but we need to protect other sensitive information and cannot show the entire processing center. Ms*** was refunded the day that the refund was requested and we apologize that a notification email was not sentWe work hard to maintain positive relationships with all of our clients and this situation has been thoroughly looked into and changes have been made to ensure that this does not occur anymoreThank you for your time Ms***

Internet Local Listings adheres to the guidelines of the FCC and takes daily precautions to ensure that we do not violate their termsWe record all phone calls to ensure that we can effectively monitor the work of our employees and the way each of our clients is treatedWe have a no-tolerance
policy for each of our employees in regards to using any type of profanity in conversation with any of our clients and we are sure to monitor this closelyIn extensive research regarding this claim, we have no records that indicate the our employees were using profanity with *** *** and we listened to several other calls from that day that also have no use of profanityOur call log also shows no indication that *** *** was repetitively contacted on these days, or any days, at: *** *** as we are able to pull a report for outbound/inbound calls for the phone number in question.
Another important point that Internet Local Listings would like to enforce is that we are only one entity that operates off of one company name: Internet Local ListingsThere are several thousand SEO companies in the United States that have access to the same lists that Internet Local Listings has for business phone numbers and it is extremely possible that *** *** was being contacted by one or more of these companies, as well as Internet Local ListingsOur records show that the phone number in question was added to our "Do Not Call" list on July 1st but was reached again on July 7thWe thoroughly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and can only look to technical error for this occurrenceThe phone number was again added on July 7thWe received a phone call from this phone number several times on July 7th and the phone calls continued on July 8thAfter attempting to ensure *** *** that his phone number was again added, *** was no longer able to effective communicate with *** *** and felt that it would be best to transfer him to one of his supervisors, *** *** *** proceeded to yell profanity to *** at which point *** ended the phone call as our employees are instructed to do.
We would also like to point out that if *** *** was continuously called at his other added phone lines, he would need to tell us those numbers, as well, to prevent being called on those lines as *** attempted to explain over the phone.
In conclusion, Internet Local Listings would like to express sincere apologies for any inconvenience *** *** was caused and hope that the above information has also been informative as there are thousands of other companies that could be contacting the business in questionInternet Local Listings prides itself of providing excellent customer service to each and every person that we come in contact with and are sure to investigate these claims seriouslyAlthough our findings differ from this claim, both *** *** *** *ere spoken with and have assured the company that all procedures were followed and dealt with properly in concurrence with our research of the situation

Attached are three, 3, recorded phone calls that we have from Ms*** ***We are aware of one other phone call that was made to the phone number in question but, unfortunately, these are the only recorded phone calls that we have from Ms*** as our systems do not automatically record
outgoing callsThe first one is attached in reference to the first person that Ms*** spoke withThe second and third are the same phone call (in reference to the second person Ms*** spoke with) but have been split into two, 2, in order to omit the credit card information provided to our sales agent as we have strict policies in protecting all aspects of our client's personal informationInternet Local Listings would also like to make it extremely clear that only our Quality Control team has access to these recorded files as there is sensitive information in them.
Internet Local Listings would like to begin by stating that client care is taken very seriously - whether handling potential clients or existing clients - and this is why we have a department strictly in place to ensure that every person we speak with is properly taken care ofThe first sales representative that Ms*** spoke with can be heard in the first recordingIt is explicitly stated that Internet Local Listings is Google and this is something that Internet Local Listings has no tolerance forThis sales representative has been reprimanded and has been given notice that she will be terminated if another potential or existing client is told that we are GoogleOur Quality Control team is actively listening to her recordings in order to ensure that this does not happen again.
When the call was transferred to ***, another one of our sales representatives, the recording clearly depicts the events that followAs previously stated, we have edited the clip only to omit the credit card information provided to ***The second clip gives accurate evidence that Ms*** did ask if we were Google, to which *** honestly answers that we are, in fact, Internet Local Listings and are not GoogleAt this point, Ms*** expresses her concerns and *** attempts to explain the benefits of using our services as our sales representatives are instructed to doWhile Ms*** does state that she doesn't trust anyone but Google and does not wish to work with us, the call was never disconnected so *** continued to attempt to explain the benefit of using our services as, again, our sales representatives are instructed to doThe end of the phone call does not explicitly depict *** hanging up on Ms*** and it is difficult to determine who hung up but we take all complaints seriously and have treated this complaint no less seriously.
When ***'s supervisor called Ms*** back, as previously stated, the phone call was not automatically recorded because it was an outgoing callWe did speak with his supervisor and concluded that he did, in fact, call Ms*** to find out why she hung up on *** and determine what the issue wasAs a concerned supervisor, he frequently calls clients that may have had a bad experience so that he can develop his team in a more positive directionOur sales supervisor explained that Ms*** was frustrated with being hung up on and was upset that she was originally told that our company was Google to later find out that we, in fact, are not GoogleAt that point, he stated that the conversation and phone call endedSince we do not have this recorded, we do not have an accurate account of what happened but, again, we take all complaints seriously and have treated this complaint no less seriouslyAll of our Supervisors have been instructed to record all outgoing phone calls so we can ensure quality in each call.
We have no records of calling Ms*** at any other time after these phone callsIn fact, her phone number was added to the Do Not Call List after the phone calls ended in order to ensure that we would not call her againThat being said, Internet Local Listings would like to inform Ms*** that there are several thousand companies that offer the same services as us and use the same recorded messages when calling potential clientsIt is quite possible that Ms*** received phone calls from another one of these companiesIf Ms*** continues to receive phone calls, we would like her to be aware that she will need to instruct each company to place her on their Do Not Call List in order to prevent these calls from continuingAt this point, there are three, 3, phone numbers that we have for Ms*** that have been placed on our Do Not Call List to ensure quality assistance in this matter: (*** *** *** *** *** *** ***.
We have not charged any dollar amount to Ms*** and would not charge her anything as she did not completely go through the required avenues to become a clientInternet Local Listings would like to ensure Ms*** that we would not charge a credit card without her, or any potential clients, explicit acknowledgement and approval to do soAt the point the the phone conversations ended, all credit card information was terminated from any file in accordance with business laws and our high, and valued, ethical standards.
We hope that this response finds Ms*** satisfied as we apologize for any misrepresentation that our staff has given of our companyIf, at any time, Ms*** would like to speak to a member of our staff regarding adding more numbers to our Do Not Call List or if she has any questions or concerns, please call us and we will be sure to assist you in any matter

They Are not telling the truthThey can have their clever and smart secretary type up an amazing letter, but it doesn't change the factsI was there! The company seems to very co-operative now that I have reached out to the Revdex.com I have had my days scattered with interruptions for the past months because of this sm company My daughter has been awakened by the calls Important calls for my business have been interrupted I have been interrupted while working at my business Every-time the phone rings and I see the randomly generated number I wonder if it is really them again I run my business from my cel phone, so I have to answer every call Whenever the call does not catch me in the middle of something, I answer, click through to the sales guy and ask the name of the company he works for It is always Internet Local Listings and after asking the name of the caller a few times I gave up even asking Here is a link to the Yelp site for you to see what others have experienced with this company ***If Internet Local Listings thinks, at this point, I'd be happy to be taken off the call list to resolve the issue, they are wrong Had they taken me off the list after the 5th or 10th time they called, maybe I'd be happy with a check for 10k, mostly for waking my daughter up I will waste as much time & money(on a lawyer) as necessary to stop this horrible example of a business.

Internet Local Listings would like to first apologize for any inconvenience that this ***er has caused Mr***We work hard to ensure the satisfaction of our clients and always offer assistance when clients call in with any issues on their account. Mr*** called in on Monday, July in
regards to email notifications he was receiving in conjunction with phone calls received to his call tracking number from our marketing effortsUpon signing up, Mr*** selected to have call tracking added to his marketing campaign (please refer to the attached signed contract) and a phone number was set up that would allow all phone calls made (that were found online through our marketing efforts) to be automatically recorded and sent via email to our client so that Mr*** would know when a new customer found his business online*** answered the phone call and attempted to explain why he was receiving these emails and find out further information of why Mr*** was upset but did not get the opportunity to do so because he was continuously cut off in conversation and ultimately asked to transfer Mr*** to another rep. After Mr*** spoke with ***, he also spoke with *** and *** who attempted to assist him with his questions but were ultimately forced to end the phone call as Mr*** did not want to listen and would not give our reps a chance to accurately explain what was going on or fix the issue at handAt the end of the conversation with ***, a request was sent to our Accounts Receivable department for the account to be cancelled since it seemed clear that Mr*** was not happy with anything. We last spoke with Mr*** on July and attempted to assist him with his account even though it had already been cancelled outAfter explaining what was going on with the marketing campaign, Mr*** was still not satisfied.Mr***'s marketing campaign was doing quite well and we are disappointed that we are not able to continue to work for his businessThe attached Ranking Report shows Lakeside Glass & Mirror ranking for keywords on the front page of Google and keywords in the maps section of GoogleWe'd also built out over online directory listings that we have sent over in an email to Mr*** for his viewing. In closing, we again apologize for any misunderstanding there has been in regards to this account for Lakeside Glass & Mirror and are more than happy to explain the success of Mr***'s account if he is willing to listen and understand what we hope to report to himIn accordance with the signed contract, the billing on this account cannot be adjusted as Internet Local Listings fulfilled all that was promised to the client for this marketing campaign and have proven results provided to Mr***We encourage Mr*** to reach out to our representatives with any questions or inquiries in continuing this account as it has been very successful and we hope to be able to continue this success

In answer to *** *** response, our contract does imply that the client receives a high level of service during the first sixty, 60, days that would normally bring the clients online business listing to the first page because we provide each and every one of our clients with a high level of service during the first sixty, 60, days of the business relationship as our goal is first page placement before our guarantee comes into playIf it were possible to guarantee, without doubt, that each and every one of our clients' business listings would be on the front page within any given time period, we would not have to impose a fifty-nine, 59, day guarantee to provide free service until the listing is on the front pageThis guarantee has been put into place as a part of our services because we want to bring front page placement to each and every one of our clients and do not expect them to continue paying until their listing is on the front page - it is offered as a courtesy to ensure satisfaction for clientsThe sentence directly from the contracts states, "Be advised that Google Optimization for the client’s listing may happen in as little as two to four, 2-4, weeks from when the client’s business is verified but can also take up to sixty, 60, days." This statement provides an accurate depiction of the possible timeline for your internet marketing campaign to be successful and does not state that "often it may be (three) to (four) weeks." Furthermore, going over the fifty-nine, 59, day guarantee is the exception rather than the rule for our clients and we, unfortunately, understand why that is not displayed in the complaints on our Revdex.com listing as these are clients that may have not had the same success that our other clients experienceAs the signed contract states, the sales account executives indicate a high probability that our clients sites will reach the first page as quickly as possible because that is the goal that we have for each of our clients. Internet Local Listings would like to, again, sincerely apologize for any misleading information that was provided through the email that was sent to *** *** stating that work had just started working on the accountWe work through computers and unfortunately experience some technical issues that cannot be reversed and understand the implications that were made and ensure that they were simply implications and not a true statementIt is appreciated that *** *** provided advance notice for cancellation and would have provided a refund had the work not been done: as it is against Internet Local Listings policies to accept payment for services and products that were not providedThe reason *** *** was not warranted a refund is because the billing department reviewed the account and saw that all services and products that were promised in the contract were provided to the clientWe understand that these services and products didn't result in the goal for front page placement within fifty-nine, 59, days and, again, this is why the fifty-nine, 59, day guarantee is offeredWe are more than happy to provide *** *** with a complete breakdown of all work provided to him during the business relationship and welcome him to call and speak with a Client Care Representative to receive information on all of these

it is for this reason that we begin working on the account immediatelyAs good business practice, we do not accept money from a client and not work on their account until we receive the contract back because we understand that business owners are busy and it might take a while, in this case days, to read through it and send it backThis also protects the client's day guarantee since it starts from the day that the client signs up instead of later on when the client signs the contractThis is done simply to protect and provide the client with the services and guarantee that are promised upon signing up and paying. The contract is sent to each of our clients to hold Internet Local Listings and the client to the same standards and is set up to offer a transparency so clients know exactly what to expect from us during their contracted business agreementThe contract was signed and agreed to by Mr*** and a copy of it has been attached for referenceOn page of the contract, it explicitly states that, "Internet Local Listings does not promise a return of investment to the client for any offered and/or provided services or products." We included this statement in our contracts because we cannot force potential customers to select our clients to do business with, we can only guarantee that our clients will be found on the front page and that is what we did for *** ConstructionPlease also note that the contract states, on page 6, that, "the client understands that they are not entitled to a refund of any payments that have already been made to Internet Local Listings." Again, this is in place because we only accept payments for work that is provided to the client The account is worked on from day one and all services were provided to Mr***; all directory listings, content creation, keyword and city research, website, etc. It is also important to note that nowhere in the contract does it state that the client will be provided with a free month of service if they are not satisfiedThe day guarantee states that a free month will be given to clients upon not being on the first page of search engines on the 45th day of service- *** Construction was and this is why a free month was not given. The issues that we have with our clients in other reviews and complaints is that our clients do not understand the terms that they are agreeing to within the contract that they signThe contract is provided to clients to maintain an open business relationship and Internet Local Listings kept everything transparent and clear with Mr***The services provided to Mr*** are not free services and take time, work from several employees in the company and constant monitoring to ensure that everything is up and running smoothly and effectively, which is why we charge for our packages. In closing, a refund is not warranted due to the above listed facts about the business relationship between Mr*** and Internet Local ListingsWe hope that the client can understand and we are happy to share the work with the client again to prove our legitimacy again to Mr***Thank you

handling phone calls with our clients. The packages that are offered to our clients include all of the products and services necessary for front page placement: like a puzzle, they all work together so whether they were of interest to Mr*** or not, they were pertinent in the success of his accountIf we could sell front page placement and turn on a light switch to culminate the desired results, we would but unfortunately, it doesn't work that wayBecause we have to provide work on the account to reach the ultimate goal, we have a day guarantee in place for our clientsThis guarantee states that clients will receive a push in billing if they are not ranking at the day mark which was not offered to Mr*** because his business was ranking on the front page for several keywordsWe did deliver on our guarantee and Mr*** signed the contract agreeing to all of the terms and conditions of the package he purchased (please see attached) and this is why he was expected to pay the cancellation fee when he wished to cancel. In the recorded phone calls we have, our reps were patiently trying to help Mr*** while he berated them and yelled at them: leaving us confused to the claims made in this complaint. In closing, we have already settled this disagreement with the client and stand proudly behind the work that we provided to Mr*** - which was all of the work that he purchased and agreed to when signing upWe also stand behind our representatives that handled these phone calls professionally and calmlyThank you

Internet Local Listings would like to start by apologizing for any inconvenience that this issue may have caused Mr*** as we work hard to provide each of our clients with second to none client care and products and services. In the month of May, we went through a brief period of time in
which we could not accept *** credit cards because we were transitioning to a new processor as we made the decision to switch to a different one that had higher security standardsWe would like to go on the record to ensure all parties involved that none of our client's account information was compromised at any time and that this was a decision made to ensure that nothing of the sort would happenWhen we contacted Mr*** at this time, we informed him that his account was doing quite well and that he was ranking for keywords on the front pages of ***, ***! and ***At this time, the client stated that he did not sign a contract with us, please see the attached contract that was signed by Mr***, and that he would talk to us about the issue later and hung up.The next point of contact was made on June when the client called in to cancel services to which we informed him that we needed to receive the money owed to Internet Local Listings for the month of May in order to process the cancellationThis payment was owed as work was done on the account and the account has continued to succeed throughout the months of May and June and we work to provide Mr*** with the terms and conditions of the Contract that is signed by each of our clients so as to ensure that the business agreements made are understood and carried out by both partiesIt is our representatives responsibility to follow the guidelines of this signed Contract and that is why Mr*** was informed of the cancellation period and the missed month of billing. In an effort to resolve this situation, above you will find documentation of all work that was done on this account as it is performing successfully and we want all of our clients to see and know the success that their business has had with Internet Local ListingsAs a courtesy, we agree to meet Mr***'s request to set his billing to $and not send the account to collections and invite him to call in and discuss the success of the account at any time if he wishes to sign back up for services

types of message using the name of Sharon and these companies have also started telling upset potential clients that they work for Internet Local Listings when, in fact, they do not. This matter is being thoroughly investigated and the message using *** name is no longer used by our Account ExecutivesAll guidelines are strictly adhered to and followed without waiverAt this point, the phone number in question, ***, has been manually entered into the system that we use to contact potential clients and will no longer be calledAgain, Internet Local Listings would like to strongly suggest adding this phone number to the Do Not Call Lists of other SEO Companies as well - to further ensure that phone calls are not made to *** *** business any longer. Again, Internet Local Listings would like to first apologize for any inconvenience that this matter has caused for Ms*** because we do take this matter seriously and have worked to show all of the work provided for the payments madeAll attachments included in our initial response are, again, attached for your convenience as they play an important role in helping Ms*** understand the work that has been done on the account in accordance with the signed contract. We have thoroughly looked into the entirety of the account notes and emails sent back and forth between our Customer Service staff and Ms*** and have identified all issues with the account*** entered the Google Verification code into the Google My Business dashboard but unfortunately, *** had to enter it again as changes were made to update the account information on the pageThis is a common occurrence with the Google My Business pages however, it was quickly solved and as you can see in the above attachments, had been working quite well. At the day mark, Ms*** did email in and speak with our Customer Service Representatives but the conversations were to address the website photos and other questions there were about the accountAn email was sent to Ms*** from *** about the photos that she wanted pulled from her website and placed onto the Branded Website that we created (April 21, 2015)The next point of contact was on May in which a ranking report was emailed to Ms*** after speaking with *** and our team finding her ranking for several keywords - like the many located in the initial responseOn this date, an email was sent asking, "PLEASE advise me! Will I be refunded? Was my account was cancelled at the day mark? You have a day guarantee!"Ms*** knew at this point that her account had not been cancelled because she'd spoken with a representative earlier in the day and the last point of contact makes it clear that the account was still active. We spoke with Ms*** several times and on May 18, Ms*** first stated that she no longer wanted to continue doing business with Internet Local ListingsAn email was sent and *** informed her that a refund was not owed as the client was ranking and all promised products and services were provided as have been laid before Ms*** in these responsesWhen Ms*** stated that she wanted to cancel services, we stopped billing her and all work and communication for the account ended. Again, in accordance with the contract that was signed, a refund is not warranted as all products and services have been presented to Ms*** on several occasions and the client was ranking on the front pages of Google, Bing and Yahoo prior to the day markThis is noted in all account notes about every conversation had with Ms*** and can be seen in the links in the previous responseWe apologize for any confusion that was brought to Ms*** but we simply cannot provide a refund for work that has been completed and results that have been provided. If Ms*** would like to go over this again, we ask that she email [email protected] and a complete ranking report can be sent to show the great results that we were able to obtain for her businessWe hope we get the opportunity to work with Ms*** again as the results on her account are very impressive

Internet local listings did not contact me to try and help resolve this issueThey promised me the domain name: fixyourfloors.com and could not deliver and tried to get me to settle for a different nameThey took more money out of my account then the contract was agreed on so I would call that stealingI will continue to express my feelings towards this company everyday until I am no longer threatened by Internet local listings and I am refunded the amount the contract was for along with the amount that was taken over the contract amount.
