Internet Local Listings would like to start out by apologizing for any inconvenience that this matter has caused Mr***Included in this response is a copy of the signed contract that Mr*** signed and agreed to and is now disputingProof of the business ranking is also attached in the
form of screen shots that have previously been sent to the client. Upon signing Mr*** up for services, we did promise front page placement on Search Engines and our tune did not change as we delivered the promised results in accordance with what the contract that Mr*** signed statesThe money paid to Internet Local Listings by Mr*** was paid for products and services provided to the business: custom content, an SEO Scrub on the website, creation, management and duplicate suppression of online directories and more. In accordance with the signed contract, Mr*** agreed to pay Internet Local Listings $per month for the duration of the contracted time period of monthsIt was also agreed to that Internet Local Listings would suspend billing should the business not be found on the front page of Google Local (Google Maps), Google Organic Listings, Yahoo or Bing in order to ensure that the client would be paying for products and services that worked for the businessIt also clearly states in the contract that return of investment is not guaranteed - as in any marketing effortsThe attachments above show that Internet Local Listings did not lie and is not trying to "scam" anyone out of anything and has the guarantee in place to prevent any such thing from happeningWhen Mr*** stopped paying Internet Local Listings for services, he violated the terms of the contract that was agreed to and Internet Local Listings has now been providing services with no payment received for months. Our billing department has attempted to work with Mr*** several times to resolve this matter in an agreed upon and effective way but has not been able to come to a resolutionAt this point, again in accordance with the agreed upon contract, the account has been sent to collections and is no longer in our handsWe will do our best to reach out to the collections company and ask them to work with Mr*** as best as possible. Thank you for your time

Internet Local Listings would like to start out by apologizing for any inconvenience that this issue has caused for Ms***We took a thorough look at Ms***'s account, which was started on March 13,and found that a contract was signed (please see attached document) and that several
payments were processedThe client also spoke with representatives from Internet Local Listings on several occasions in regards to her account and after entering a Failed Payment account status, spoke with a representative on May 20, to provide correct payment information to ensure that the account remained ActiveThe client again reached out in an email on February 19, and February 24, to which we called her back and spoke with her about her inquiries (please see attached image of emails). In regards to the claim that we have been advertising for a different doctor - Ms*** filled out the contract with all of the information that was used to provide servicesThe phone number, physical address, business name, etccan all be viewed on the contract document. In closing, it does not seem possible that we were billing Ms*** without her knowledge as she provided the form of payment and all information necessary for the campaign Ms***'s account has now been sent to collections as payment had failed several times and several attempts to email and notify the client of work that was done were unsuccessfulAt this time, this situation is out of our hands as we followed our guidelines of sending an account to collections after months of failing payment but we would like to ensure that it is known that we did not charge Ms*** without her knowledge and did not advertise for another doctor but advertised in accordance to the information that was provided to us by Ms***

Internet Local Listings would like to start by apologizing for any inconvenience that this issue may have caused Ms***At this time, we have resolved this issue as our billing department has been notified that a prorated amount will be accepted as the final form of payment from Ms***
for the amount of days utilized in this month of serviceThank you for reaching out with your concerns - this issue has been handled with our billing department and we have changed certain policies and procedures to ensure that an occurrence like this does not happen again in the future

Internet Local Listings would like to start off by apologizing for any inconvenience that this matter may have brought upon Mr***In investigating this matter, it appears that we may have sent the check refund to the wrong address because the one provided to us initially by Mr*** is different
than the one included in this complaintIn the attached contract, filled out and signed by Mr***, an address was submitted on page that differs from the address included here. The check was sent out on April 30, to the address provided to us by Mr*** - *** *** *** *** *** *** ***If the check should have been sent to the address provided today, *** *** *** *** *** *** *** please contact our billing department and notify us so we can send out another check to the correct address. We would also like to address the claim that Mr*** was hung up on as we are actively investigating the phone calls connected with the provided number and have not found anything of this nature yetWe will be sure to continue looking into it and reprimand any employee responsible for not handling the situation correctly as we have no tolerance for our clients not being taken care of with second-to-none customer service. In closing, we hope this has solved the issue and look forward to hearing from Mr*** if the address provided was incorrect

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[The response they issued is untrueFirst it was a young lady who sold me SEO services, by convincing me that in two weeks I would be ranking in googleIt wasn't until after I had submitted my credit card information that I received the "Agreement" where it says it could take up to daysWhen I questioned the representative who I spoke to immediately after- he explained that it does take weeks but that they write days on their agreement in case my listing/SEO services coincides with some sort of google change in logarithmsBlah, blahOf course they use language that appears and sounds convincing- what they don't say is that we are really not advertising experts we are just sales people in a call center and for every fool we can get to hand over their business card and/or we stop them from canceling we get a commission
I fell for it, I did talk to several representatives and each time, each one of those representatives promised to request and send me a report, update my key words, up-load photos, check other search engines and find out why I wasn't rankingetcNothing ever happened, no report was ever sent, I never rankedThat link they sent is google plus- which is a free listing and anyone can appear thereEvery weeks/or so I would call again, same thing; promises but nothing was ever resolvedSo, they have not rendered any services and therefore I am requesting a full refundAfter careful consideration and reviewing my notes from each phone call I had to make- I strongly feel this company is dishonest and prays on small business owners such as myself through lies and underhanded scripts -which later after payment of course- the true terms are disclosed on an agreementIf it wasn't so,why do they send the agreement after payment has been submitted and not prior, so the business owner has time to review the terms and conditions?]

Regardless of all the other boiler plate the company listed I maintain that they did not meet the requirements of the contractWe "Googled" our key words at different points over the course of our contract and found that unless we were very specific, essentially spelling out our business, we did not come up on the Google search engine resultsWe were paying them to give us access to the consumer on Google. We contacted them in October, November, and January verbally and by email regarding this issueThe last time we received a report we found that over half of the key words located us in MontanaThe last conversation my wife had with their group your representative acknowledged the problem and offered to set us up with a full page adThis was not satisfactoryWe want a full refund and the control of our web site returned to us

This is completely typical of the dishonest business practices of Internet local listingsI have repeatedly told them the hours I am availableThe every ple call me during my work hours that I still work with a different companyA legitimate business trying to reach someone would leave a voicemail if I'm able to reach them explaining why they are callingI thought two missed calls from two numbers I do not know during the day on yesterdayI received no voicemailI have spoken to Aspen at internet local listings and I explained to her that I simply wanted her to email me whenever I needed to sign and I would take it from thereTherefore the claim that they have tried to resolve this issue and have not heard from me is once again a lieI have explained repeatedly why I am dissatisfied and they are unable to resolve the issues because I am dissatisfied with their dishonestyTheir response would make it seem as though they were forthcoming that they were not connected to *** which is not the caseAlso, I included links of both websites and both *** plus pages there's in mineThey speak of services in their page of that I don't even offer the look of their page is completely unprofessional and I would never want anything like that connected to my businessSeveral different operators have told me several different things are going on and when I checked to see if those things have been done they had notI spoke to Aspen thrower and explained that was so many mistakes confusion and inconsistencies my confidence in their ability to fulfill what they said on my behalf was completely shattered and I wanted nothing else to do with the companyAt that point has been explained that I would have to pay them for months per the contractI told Austin that a legitimate business seeing there constant shortcomings should waive that for customer satisfactionThey did not provide me anything but I didn't already have when I came to themI already have my own websiteI already have my own ***+ pageIf you compare the two mine look professional and are excellent there's look horrendousI would only be satisfied in resolving this matter by the waiving of the early termination feeBased on what they have provided so far, due to its inconsistency, lack of professionalism, and constant mistakes, there is no confidence on my part that they would be able to provide any type of front page placement and I don't want to continue business with a company that makes my business look unprofessional

Internet Local Listings would like to start by apologizing for any inconvenience that this may have caused Ms***, who we assume is writing to represent Mr*** ***, the account holderUpon receiving this letter, we have thoroughly looked into the account to see what issues there may
have been as far as the client not understanding the work that had been providedAttached is the signed contract that Internet Local Listings provides to each of our clients in efforts to ensure that our clients understand all of the terms and conditions of their account with us as it is our goal to be completely transparent with our clients. In the very beginning of the contract, it clearly states that Internet Local Listings is not an entity of GoogleOvertime, it became apparent that because our offered products and services revolve heavily around Google, clients began thinking that we were Google so we added that statement to the very beginning of the contract to ensure that there was no confusionThere is also a clear indication in the header image as well as the title line that states, "and Internet Local Listings (the seller). The first point in the contract is about having access to Ranking Report software with a unique login ID and passwordThis was sent to Mr*** on February 5, 2015, the same day that he signed up for servicesThe login information is as follows: www.internetlocallistings.serps.com Username: ***Password: n***By logging into that dashboard, the keywords that West Texas Bulldog Oilfield Services, LLC are ranking for on the front page can be seen. Furthermore, the Google Place Page was created: Click here to view the page - where you can also see the branded video that was also created for the client. The Branded Website can be found at this customized link: *** and holds all custom content that was created for the client as well.Click here to view the directory list - After cancelling services, we are no longer able to support the PowerListings and directory submissions that we previously had created for the client but this list shows all of the directories that the client was entered in prior to terminating services. The above information displays all work that was provided to the client in complete compliance of the signed and agreed to contractFor this reason, the client was not warranted a refund at the time of cancellation and was told that the previous month's payment was still owed for services renderedIn accordance with our contract, clients must call at least days prior to their next billing date in order to cancel and although Mr*** did not call in at least days prior to the next bill date, we offered to waive that fee but did notify him that payment was still due for past payments that were not made to Internet Local Listings. In closing, we hope that all parties involved have clearly seen the work provided for each payment made during the time that the account was active as Internet Local Listings was sure to provide the client with everything promised and was not in violation with the contract

Ranking Report: Go to *** and use this username: *** and PW: ***.*** Scan: Go to *** and enter your business information into the form that is half way down the page to see the online directories that we entered your business into. We apologize for the inconvenience of the links in the previous message that did not work but have included the direct links above for your referenceWe have also included the contract, again, for your reference, Mr***If you'll notice at the end of page and continuing onto page 5, the billing specifics are clearly stated and describe that at the end of the month contracted period, your account will not automatically be canceledIt goes on further to explain that clients need to call in at least days prior to their next due billing date in order to have a cancellation processedThis is why Mr*** was originally told that money was owed by our billing representative - because you'd agreed to the terms and conditions of the contract by signing it. We would like to ensure you that we do not sell you information to any companies and that the call tracking number that you were set up with at the beginning of your account, at your request, had previously belonged to another person - much like a cell phone after you've gotten a new numberWe do apologize for any inconvenience that that has caused you but we positively insure you that none of your information was sold to anyone. As you've stated, Mr***, you have paid for the months of service that you agreed to and as we stated in our initial response, "As a courtesy, we agree to meet Mr***'s request to set his billing to $and not send the account to collections and invite him to call in and discuss the success of the account at any time if he wishes to sign back up for services." We believe this is exactly what you've asked to have happen and we hope that you can find satisfaction in our efforts to again resolve the situation exactly in the way you'd hoped. Thank you

Internet Local Listings has resolved this issue with the client and has processed a refund in the amount of $for the payment that was made on February 16, The client sent an email to our Customer Service Representative on January and agreed to continue with services for $a
month - please see attached screen shot image of this email correspondence The client was not charged $for the month of February because we never received the second contract from her agreeing to these billing terms, which is required for payment to changeAny further request for a refund is not warranted as the client clearly agreed to continue services in January of and was already refunded for the billing that occurred in February 2016. Thank you

Don't know who signed that contract but it wasn't me. Upon trial version of their product we we're promised zip codes to be worked on from day oneI specifically mentioned that *** is not important, yet it is the only one that they are working onI even told them that we are at that moment moving our postal address to***When someone promises car but deliver a donkey, do you pay them?Full refund of $to be send to *** *** *** *** *** *** ***This is the last attempt on our part to resolve this issue without getting our lawyer involved

Mr***, the check was sent out last Thursday, April and should arrive at the address of your business soonAs previously stated, we have listened to all of the phone calls from conversations that were had with our employees and have not found that you were hung up on without properly ending the conversationWe, again, apologize for any inconvenience that this issue has brought upon you and ensure you that you will receive the check that you are owedIf you do not receive it by Friday, please contact us via phone or through our email at: [email protected] and we will look into the matter further and determine if we need to overnight a check to you as we sincerely want to get this issue resolved as soon as possible

The changes that were emailed into Internet Local Listings were made to the website as stated in the initial responseUnfortunately, we cannot provide a domain to show this since the client asked for the website to be removed and it is no longer liveAs previously stated, this account is in collections as the signed business agreement clearly states the cancellation policy and procedures which the signer, the client, has denied to comply withInternet Local Listings is more than happy to work with the client in order to resolve this issue and is willing to negotiate the monies owed for the products provided to the client in accordance with the signed contract

All parties involved are aware of exactly what was purchased and whenThis includes both Mr*** and *** *** and Ms***.The branded website was mediocre, at its very best, and did not accurately represent the businessIt adversely affected business because it portrayed the business as cheap and tacky -- plain and simpleWe have cached copies of the website should Internet Local Listings need to be reminded of what they threw together and deemed "appropriate"The domain name cost less than $and with no website customization, creating the site cost zero dollarsInternet Local Listings is overcharging their clients by over double the cost it takes to create these listingsWhitepages, Yellowpages, *** and other listing sites allow you to list for freeThere is no reason we should be paying a gross amount of money for a product that did not bring in a single prospective client or leadNot once did any new client mention finding us off Google, ***, or our websiteThis guarantee was given over the phone and in the contract.Every single response from Internet Local Listings has been repetitive and unassumingThey fail to directly address the issueThe fact of the matter is the listings did not rank appropriately as contractually agreed upon, the website and listings brought in zero clients, and Internet Local Listings did not make an effort to contact Fine Line Motorsports until Mr*** called thetm on July 1stFor all we know, Internet Local Listings attempted to seem like work was being done by having their employees and outsourced employees click the Google listing repeatedly once complaints beganInternet Local Listings did not contact the business with any updates from the day the contract was signed until July 1st, We also have cached copies of Google searches and Fine Line Motorsports searches from May, June, and July that will show zero listings were created.Going back with Internet Local Listings is exhausting and again, repetitive, because there is no spin or story Internet Local Listings can say that deems the above statements untrueWe are not going to continue to repeat ourselves the way Internet Local Listings doesOur integrity and intelligence will not be compromised or undermined by Internet Local Listings. There is no proof that any work was being done while money was being taken out of our account between the day of signing in May and July 1st, 2015.That is almost two whole months Internet Local Listings took money from our account while doing absolutely nothing with it.Internet Local Listings cold call to Mr***: "Hello, may I speak to the business owner? We are a Google listing company..."That is textbook scamWe are not the first business to say soInternet Local Listings on ripoffreport.com and *** side with our caseIf Internet Local Listings does not refund the $for May and June payments, legal action will be takenNo further excuse from Internet Local Listings will suffice
Regards,
*** ***

Attached, again, is the signed contract between Mr*** and Internet Local Listings that states all of the Terms and Conditions that were agreed upon by the clientInternet Local Listings guaranteed the placement of at least keywords on the front page of Google within days and the business is being found on the front page for keywordsThe zip codes are intentionally attached to the keywords in most cases as studies have proven that a number of potential customers search for keywords with a City or Zip Code when they are not familiar with the areaOur goal is to attract potential customers and not the customers that already know about the business as they already know about the business and do not need to search for it or find it using keywords (they will use the business name)Internet Local Listings understands that this is not the outcome that was hoped for by the client and we have spoken with Mr*** on several occasions about this issue - each time, he has agreed to continue service with us, which is why we have not cancelled the account from our systemAs previously stated, in a conversation on March 24, Mr*** agreed to continue services with Internet Local Listings so the account was not cancelled. We spoke with Mr*** again yesterday and had a conversation about upgrading the account to provide the results that he is looking for for the business and it was, again, agreed upon to continue services with Internet Local ListingsAt this point, since Mr *** did not verbally ask to have the account cancelled yesterday, a cancellation contract has not been sentIt was agreed that the account would be upgraded at no additional cost to Mr*** but the monthly recurring payments are expected to be made to Internet Local Listings if the account is not cancelledIn other words, for the account to receive the upgrade at no additional cost, it is still active and Internet Local Listings is owed payment for each month of service provided to Mr***Of course, this decision is up to Mr*** and we are able to cancel out the account and provide a cancellation confirmation contract upon request. Unfortunately, since Internet Local Listings did provide every promised service and product to Mr***, a refund is not warrantedAt this time, we will send a Cancellation contract for Mr*** to fill out if the business agreement is to endUpon receiving this cancellation confirmation back, the account will be cancelled
