Internet Local Listings would like to start by confirming that we have not held $ [redacted] from [redacted] and had charged the client a total of $ [redacted] of which $ [redacted] was refunded: leaving a charged total of $ [redacted] We would like to be clear on the amount that [redacted] was charged because we have strict policies in place in regards to our billing procedures and want to ensure that the client understands thisWe would also like to start with apologizing for any miscommunication that may have occured between [redacted] and any of our representativesWe work hard to maintain a completely transparent relationship between ourselves and our clients and start that by sending the same Terms and Conditions to every client that begins an internet marketing campaign with usIn the attached file, a copy of the Terms and Conditions that were signed by [redacted] shows acknowledgement of the products and services offered in the package that was purchased, as well as a complete description of our fifty-nine, 59, Day GuaranteeThe webpage in question is the Google Business Page that we created that can be found at [redacted] Upon looking at this webpage, the number of page views can be seen totaling [redacted] views that did not exist before [redacted] started the internet marketing campaign with Internet Local ListingsWhile the client is ranking on the first page for on keyword, (leak proof roofing, Schenectady) that does not fit within our guidelines for our fifty-nine, 59, Day Guarantee, which is why billing was pushed for the client in August after [redacted] paid for two, 2, months of serviceThe guarantee states, simply, that if a client is not ranking for two, 2, or more keywords after fifty-nine, 59, days of service, the client will not be billed until their business can be found on the front page for more than one, 1, keywordIn compliance with the Terms and Conditions that were sent to be [redacted] and signed by him, we pushed billing for the client when his business did not show up in front page search results of Google and, in fact, we refunded [redacted] to satisfy any issues that were hadSince [redacted] cancelled services with Internet Local Listings on September 18, 2014, work has not been done on the accountInternet Local Listings is more than happy to welcome [redacted] back to work on an internet marketing campaign that will bring successWe've recently rolled out new products that will benefit [redacted] and we hope to be working with [redacted] soon to share these innovative products with himIn closing, the Terms and Conditions that were signed and agreed to by [redacted] were carefully complied with and all products, services and/or pushing in billing was provided as promised via these Terms and Conditions Internet Local Listings takes pride in abiding by these Terms and Conditions to ensure that a transparent business relationship is started and maintained throughout the duration of the internet marketing campaign and did so in this case: a webpage was created and billing was pushed when the business listing could only be found on the front page for one keywordWe hope that [redacted] can understand and may decide to work with us again so we may bring success to [redacted]

Internet Local Listings would like to start by informing [redacted] that we take each and every one of these reports seriously and do our part to investigate them thoroughly in order to better provide services to our clientsIn researching this case, we have identified the client and all notes listed on the account, dating back from the day that they entered into a business agreement with Internet Local Listings and through the date of their effective cancellation on January 12, When [redacted] signed up for services, he signed our three, 3, month contract acknowledging all of the terms and conditions of the business agreementWe have listened the phone call that was recorded between [redacted] and our Account Executive [redacted] and heard no conversation about having "key word access to Google" and are not sure when this was spoken about but can assure [redacted] that none of our clients have Google access to keyword information of any typeWe do have a Reporting tool that is made available to all clients and the log in information was sent to [redacted] from Rodrigo Vallejo on November 18, so that he could access our Reporting dashboard and verify his rankingsA Ranking Report displaying his rankings was also sent at this time [redacted] can also view the attached file titled "Ranking Report [redacted] " for verification of this informationThis contract included all of the services and products that we would be providing [redacted] with and each and every one of these was provided per the signed contracted agreementThe client was listed in over fifty, 50, online directories, a Google My Business account was set up, activated, created and monitored (please visit the URL to confirm [redacted] - )We created a Branded Website, YouTube video and custom written content to continue our services and products for [redacted] ***In closing, a refund is not warranted as all promised products and services according to the Contract signed between the business owner and Internet Local Listings were delivered to the client as well as first page placement on Google for four, 4, keywords of the guaranteed two, 2, keywordsAs a courtesy, [redacted] was able to cancel with Internet Local Listings six, 6, days prior to the next billing date without being held responsible for the next billing date, as is defined a responsibility of the client in the Contract on page four, 4, under the "C" Section titled "Cancellation", which states that any client cancelling less than seven, 7, days prior to the next due billing date is held responsible for the next months paymentWe are more than happy to assist [redacted] with any questions about what products and services have been provided but cannot warrant a refund as all work promised has been provided

Internet Local Listings would like to start by stating that we take all client issues very seriously and investigate each matter in its' entirety to ensure that we better our client services and provide the best services and products possibleIn looking into this issue, we have already attempted to resolve the issue with the client via emails that were sent directly to our CFOIn this attempt, the client was still not satisfied with the results as a refund is not warranted because we have provided all of the products and services that were promised to the clientThe Day Guarantee is written in the contract to ensure that clients understand how it works and what it meansOnce we've received a signed contract back from a client, we assume that the client has taken the time to read the contract and has asked any and all questions that they may have about this contract to ensure that any and all concerns are thoroughly explained and agreed uponIn the account set up process, the client is offered the time to go through the contract on the phone with our Provisioning team to ensure that the contract is understoodThe Day Guarantee is not something that we "sneak" into our contract as it is our belief, again, that the client reads over the contract before signing and sending it back to usThese contracts are set in place so that all of our clients have a clear understanding of the products and services that we provideThe contract also states that Internet Local Listings is not an entity of [redacted] as we do not represent ourselves as suchFurthermore, placing a business listing on the front page of any Search Engine within three days is something that cannot be guaranteed as there are several variables that go into this happeningThis is why we provide a day guarantee as we are confident that with all of the work provided, we will be able to get the business ranking on the front pageIt is possible to set up and activate a [redacted] My Business page in three days but this does not place the business on the front page of [redacted] right awayAll of our clients are protected by our Day Guarantee as we do not wish to charge the client for services and products after this allotted time period until the business can be found on the front pageAs previously stated, a refund is not warranted to the client at this time because all promised products and services were provided to the client The Day Guarantee goes into effect when the [redacted] My Business page is activated, which was on January 12, 2015, so we have not been allotted the full time period as agreed in the contract for billing to be pushedWe are more than willing to work with the client to come to an agreement but cannot assist in phone calls with our representatives being cursed atAt this time, we have attempted to come to an understanding with the client but have not been able toWe hope to be able to work with Ms [redacted] and come to an agreement and provide successful services for the business

Internet Local Listings would like to start by apologizing for any inconvenience that this matter has caused Ms [redacted] In signing up any of our clients, it is our goal to provide the products and services that are included in our packages in order to get our clients' business found on the front page of search engines like Google, Yahoo! and BingInternet Local Listings representatives worked closely with Ms [redacted] in order to keep her in the loop of what was going on with her account and change any information necessaryIn getting clients set up for success in business listings, there are only certain categories that are made possible for selection and we cannot type in ones that do not existIn these cases, we make the best selection available for our clientsThis is why AviBee Naturals was showing as a Skin Care Company and not a candle company - because Candle Company is not an available categoryWhile these instances are not ideal, they are out of our control and we work with what we are able to in the best way possibleWe also use stock photos that we have available unless a client emails us photos that are approved for us to use which is why the photos were not from AviBee Naturals until Ms [redacted] sent us the photos that she wanted usedIn late April, a Customer Service representative spoke with Ms [redacted] about her concerns and showed Ms [redacted] that AviBee Naturals was found on the front page for keywordsIn accordance with the package that was purchased by Ms [redacted] , the products and services that we provide and the Contract signed and agreed to by Ms [redacted] (please see attached), everything has been provided as promisedIn accordance with the signed contract, a cancellation fee is required to cancel out an account with Internet Local Listings and this is why Ms [redacted] continues to receive demand letters for this paymentUnfortunately, at this point, since Ms [redacted] has refused payment several times, our billing department had no choice but to send the owed payment to a collections company and it is now out of our handsWe will contact the collections company and do our best to note this account for "extreme negotiation" so that the payment owed can be negotiated in an effort to relieve Ms [redacted] of the total amount of owed feesThis is something that was made aware to Ms [redacted] upon signing up and signing the attached contractWe ask that you understand our position in this as we provided Ms [redacted] with everything that was purchased and are only doing our best, as a company, to hold ourselves and our clients to the same agreements Thank you

ILL states that they take "everything " that their clients send "very seriously" I signed the contract with ILL on 3/13/15, on 3/24/I received the Google verification code and called ILL spoke with *** and provided her with the verification codeI never heard a word back after the conversation with ***On 4/16/@ 1:00pm: I called ILL and spoke with ***, I explained that I had been their client for days with NO results!!! I requested at that time to shut me off (I was within my day guarantee) he replied "it doesn't work that way" During this phone conversation *** asked for my Google verification code AGAIN then informed me that *** never activated the account! *** then promised that he would have us on the front pages of Google, Yahoo & Bing within the day guarantee!!! I provided the Google verification code on 4/16! What they left out4/was the second time I provided the Google verification code! At the day mark I requested that they shut me off and refund my money! *** was going to have someone call me in regards to refunding my initial payment! Since ILL made a mistake and the work was never completed! ILL's "website" directed any potential clients that I "might" have hadto a "blog" I brought this error to their attention!!! It took them days to "fix" So, for them to say "Unfortunately, we are unaware of what blog the internet searches were being directed toward" is a complete & total LIEThe "link" from the website that ILL created, NEVER redirected anyone to my website, in fact I sent approximately several "test" messages from the website that ILL created and I never received even one message! The contract I signed with ILL was to have people directed to MY WEBSITE this never happened! ILL NEVER customized content for my existing website, all of the information that ILL placed on the inoperable website (that they created for me) came directly from my existing websiteAnother complete & total LIEYes, in the contract, it states that, ILL may also change the "keywords" from time to time in order to drive more traffic to my websiteThe problem NOT one person was able to find us on the front page of any search engines! ILL advertises a day guarantee, yet they billed us 5/12/knowing that we were NOT satisfied with the service! If ILL was a reputable company they would have apologized for their mistakes, provide the initial payment refund, since *** didn't do her Job on 3/24/I'm NOT disputing the April payment I was a fool and thought that ILL would make things rightAt my week mark, I spoke with the "supervisor" *** (5/8/15) expressed my dissatisfaction about the website not workingHer response was you've had views to date!!! I explained that I had requested friends, family, colleagues, former clients, current clients to search for our websiteNOT one person was able to find us!!!! No matter what their search engine was, they manually typed in bestwaterfrontconstruction.com at my request! So, In my opinionILL has just confirmed that my extensive efforts to assist in achieving "views" on the website they created for our companywas used to sabotage me in the long run! phone calls involved to ensure that our sales representative accurately explained our products, services and terms of these as well. We have zero tolerance for explaining our products and services inaccurately or outside of our high standard of guidelinesIt is made very clearly that Internet Local Listings is not *** and while we do say "***" it is not implied that we are ***In explaining our products and services, we explain to Ms*** (the account holder) that our products and services will work together to provide front page placement on major search engines like ***, *** and ***We also illicitly explain that we are not *** during the reading of our disclosures prior to our clients being billed for servicesIn the phone calls that we have recorded, Ms*** is not told to not read the contractThe sales representative did express the importance of receiving the contract back as soon as possible because the day the contract is signed and delivered back to Internet Local Listings is the day that our day Guarantee is set into place so it's beneficial to send the contract back quicklyThat being said, it is never implied that we do not want our clients to read a contract that they are going to sign as these contracts are set in place to hold Internet Local Listings to standards by stating what the client can expect from us during their business agreementLike any contract, it is written with the expectation that clients will read and understand what the terms and conditions of our services are and can hold us to the statements of this contractThis may be a misunderstanding due to the fact that we were speaking with Ms*** and not Ms*** during the account purchase and set up. Upon going through the pinning process with the client, we verified the email address and asked if Ms*** received the receipt of payment, which was sent to the email address provided to us by her - ***In the beginning of the account, we typically do not reach out to clients right away since we are just getting to work on things and perform an account outreach around week three of the business agreement with updates on what we've been working on. We first spoke with Ms*** when she contacted us concerned about our negative reviewsWe spoke with her about the matter and attempted to work with her to ease her concernsUnfortunately, Ms*** became extremely upset as our customer service representatives attempted to explain everything and we reached a point where we could no longer assist her due to cursing and threatening with lawyers being brought into the situationIf a client states that they are speaking with a lawyer in regards to their account, our reps are no longer able to assist and the account must be passed to our legal department who will then review the account and situation and make a decision based on their findings. At this point, the account has been sent to collections as the client owes the remaining cost of the early termination fee that was agreed to in the contract signed by Ms*** upon signing up for services with Internet Local ListingsThe contract, again, is written and sent to clients to keep an extremely transparent business relationship between our clients and the companyIt is assumed that anyone that signs and returns the contract has read the contract and understands it in full - as stated in the beginning of the contract - and there is ample time allowed, essentially no time restrictions to ensure that clients have all of the time that they need to read the contract before signing and returning it. Attached is a copy of this contract for your review. In closing, we'd like to extend an opportunity to work with our billing department in a cordial manner to resolve this situation as we would be more than happy to negotiate an early termination fee that can be agreed upon by both parties involvedYou can reach our department Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:and 4:PST and we will be happy to assist you in resolving this matter

These terms and conditions guarantee that the client will be ranking on the front page of
Google Local within days of signing up for services for at least keywords
Ms*** signed up for services on July 18, and is currently ranking
for the promised keywords on the front page of Google (please refer to the attached
screen shots)The months in between that the business listing could not be found on the front page of Google are guaranteed to be added to the end of the year long commitment that was agreed upon when the client signed up at no additional costThe account was noted to add one month of additional services at no cost at the end of the year long agreement as the business listing was not found on the front page for the month following the first days of the account.
At this point, our billing department has already issued a refund to Ms*** and we politely ask that Ms*** stop posting negative comments on our Facebook as we are doing our best to handle the situation in accordance with the signed and agreed upon Terms and Conditions that our company abides byThank you

Their description of my business was mostly incorrectI'm not a builder I'm a stone contractor no description of stone in their main headline on web page at allEvery thing like pics had to be hunted forIt was a template onlyI called their office and explained how unhappy I wasThe person that talked to checked to see how my web page was responding to search engines and they said only two or was respondingI had just ran the search engine tester and that's what I found also only or I had Yelp check because they wanted my business and they found the same resultsSo someone is mistakenThat's when I decided to cancel my contract with themAfter being in business for years all I see is this company doesn't care about companies just a contract and the dollar billThank you for your time Revdex.com

Internet Local Listings would like to start by apologizing for any inconvenience that this issue has caused youOpen receiving any feedback from our clients, we are sure to look into the account thoroughly to ensure that we are properly handling the account as we continuously work to improve and
maintain our second-to-none quality for customer serviceIn looking into the details of this account, it is clear that Mr*** provided us with credit card information to process monthly payments in exchange for services and products from Internet Local Listings on June 16, We have no way of obtaining payment information from anyone without it being provided to us from that person and never process initial payment without permission from the clientIt is explained to the client upon signing up that our products and services are set up on a monthly subscription basis as we continuously provide these products and services each month that the client is Active in our systemA receipt is sent to the client every month to notify that they are being billed as wellThat being said, a receipt has been sent to Mr*** every month that he has been billed since June of until February of when the account entered a Failed Payment status(We would be happy to provide Mr*** with proof that these were sent upon his request.)Upon signing up, Mr*** went through our on-boarding process and this is how we obtained all information necessary to work on the accountFurthermore, we set up the Google My Business page (part of our services) and had a postcard delivered to the address provided to us by Mr*** (please see link of active listing below)We were also given the email address: *** (the same included in this complaint) to which we sent all emails in regards to the accountOn August 12, 2014, an email was sent to inform Mr*** that his Branded Website (please see link below) was completed and liveOther communication was handled over phone calls. We believe that this is proof enough that Internet Local Listings did, in fact, provide Mr*** with the products and services that were being rendered for the payments made and were never informed that the client wanted to cancel services until the client reach a status of Failed PaymentsWe did not charge Mr*** for anything that was not agreed upon or for any services that were not provided which is why a refund is not warranted. In conclusion, we are unable to provide a refund and have attempted to work with Mr*** on several occasions already to resolve the issue of his past due balanceWhen our billing manager last spoke with Mr***, she had to end the phone call because of the manner in which he was speaking to her and the account was sent to collections as part of company procedure. any nature and our quality control department listened to all phone calls between Ms*** and representatives from our customer service department and nothing was heard stating that Internet Local Listings could not provide the service for CanadaIf services for Canadian businesses weren't possible, we would not offer our services to any businesses in Canada.
In looking over the account, "Drs*** *** and *** *** Psychologists", the business listing can be found on the front page of the Google Maps section, as promised, for; psychologist, child psychologist, psychotherapy, family psychologist, marriage counsellor, mental health psychologist, psychologist services, rehabilitation psychologist, registered psychologist, couples therapy and psychology therapyOut of the two, 2, keywords that Internet Local Listings guarantees ranking for, the business in question, "Drs*** *** and *** *** Psychologists" is ranking for eleven, 11, keywords totalThe promised products have been provided to the client and services have been renderedThe "website facilitated by Google" (as described in the complaint that this is in response to) can be found here: Drs*** *** and *** *** Psychologists as more concrete evidence that services were provided.
In closing, Internet Local Listings would like to apologize for any negative experience that you have had with any of our representatives and assures Ms*** that the matter is being investigated and anyone that is found not providing service that meets our standard of excellence will be reprimandedThat being said, Ciara has been spoken with and reprimanded for providing Ms*** with an unpleasant experience and we ask that, because the business listing in question is ranking on the front page of Google Local for eleven, 11, keywords, that Ms*** be understanding of why a refunded was not, and is not, warranted

*** signed up for services on September 25, and is currently ranking for
keywords on the front page of Google and Google Local (Google Maps) sections
(please refer to the attached screen shots)Mr***'s billing was pushed in November, in accordance with our day guarantee, because the business listing was not ranking on the first pageMr***'s billing was also pushed for the month of December and January, again in accordance with our day guaranteeAs of February 25, 2015, Mr*** was expected to pay again as his business was now ranking for keywords on the front page.
A refund is not warranted to Mr*** as all promised products
and services have been provided for the businessAgain, upon partnering with
Internet Local Listings, Mr*** signed our month Contract that agreed to
the placement of the business online for at least keywords in the Google
Local section within daysInternet Local Listings did everything that was promised to the client by pushing billing for months until the client was ranking, at which time billing was reinstatedWe provided all log in information that we are able to give to our clients and have also given Mr*** all information necessary to be able to transfer the Google My Business listing to his own account for managementWe are happy to explain this process again if necessary - Just call in at any time Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:AM and 4:PM PST and a representative will be happy to helpWe are proud of
the success that Mr***'s business is experiencing online and wish that we
could continue to provide this service for his business

Internet Local Listings would like to start by apologizing for any inconvenience that this matter may have caused for Ms*** and the account holder Mr***Attached is the contract that was signed by Mr*** upon signing up for our servicesThe website that is claimed to have never been
done is still being hosted at the*** and is on the URL that the client provided us for it to be hosted onWe did complete the content, directory listings and site that were promisedOur goal for all of our clients is to have them be found on the front page for or more keywordsIt is known and agreed that *** of Tree's was not found on the front page for or more keywords and we offered to push the billing for the client in accordance with the day Guarantee that is in the contractThe contract also explicitly states that ROI is not guaranteed - as it cannot be guaranteed in any form of marketing. We offered to push the billing for the client in accordance with our guarantee (as we, again, have it in place for that reason) but the client denied and instead wanted to cancel servicesIn the contract, it explicitly states that an Early Termination Fee is owed should the client decide to cancel services prior to the month contract that they signed and agreed toWe lowered the ETF from to as a courtesy and Ms*** refused to pay thisWe explained to her that, in accordance with the contract, we would be sending this ETF to collections and she hung up. Internet Local Listings has followed all of the terms of the contract, in providing all products and services to Mr*** and Ms*** and offering to push the billing monthly until the business was ranking on the front pageRefusal by the client does not mean that the contract was not held up on Internet Local Listings endThe account has, again, currently been sent to collections and is out of our handsWe can rectify this situation and welcome conversation with our CS department in order to come to an agreement on the final amount owed at which point we could relinquish the account from the collections agency.
