After a friend recommended I try Isagenix to fit my busy lifestyle, I placed my initial order on June 3rd. The total package was $560.00 (!!!) plus $45.20 in shipping & handling charges. After receving and trying the product, I discovered that something in their "proprietary blend" gave me diarrhea multiple times a day. Clearly this was not something I wanted to continue using so I stopped it after 2 weeks. Knowing that I only had 30 days to get a full refund, I sent all of the unused products back, costing me $54.62 on June 29th. I confirmed that my order was received on July 6th at 10:46am. On July 17th I called Isagenix to check on the status of my return as I still had not seen any activity on my account. I was told that my order was still sitting on the dock and had not been logged into the system yet and that it could take up to 30 business days FROM THE TIME THEY LOGGED MY ORDER until I got a refund. I called back again on August 3rd and was told that my order was finally logged in on July 21st and I could expect to receive my refund of $560 by August 21st. I told Ryan in returns that this was completely unacceptable and that they would have had my order for almost 2 months by the time they refunded my money. He said there was nothing they could do and when I told him that I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com he put me on hold and when he came back on, he was somehow able to "expedite" my return and I should see the money in my account within 1-3 business days. I still don't know if his word will hold up or not as I just got off the phone with him. Mark my words, I will never order from Isagenix again and it's not a product I recommend unless you want to constantly be on the toilet. Their customer service is pretty lame if you ask me. It just goes to show that if a company takes 13 business days to log in a return, they either suck at their job or they are getting a boat load of returns. Maybe both.

I decided to try this product since I had heard stories of all of the weight loss and it had a 30 day money back guarantee. I got my package and tried it for a couple days and it is terrible. You aren't eating enough calories to live off of. You end up consuming less than 1200 calories. Which would be why people are losing weight. Also I wanted my money back and they wait until the last possible day to give it to you. They have had my package since the 20th of March and I still haven't received my money yet. This is a terrible business and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

Review: I was convinced by my friend to purchase this and believed her. I was told I would get 100% money back, guaranteed. There were no questions or qualifications with the money back guarantee. I get the product, try it on day 1, and my entire GI tract starts convulsing. I'm talking dry heaving and serious cramping all throughout my body. I eat very very healthy, I rarely take in proceeded food and when I do, I feel like death afterwards. I am used to eating foods that are very healthy for you. Therefore, I have no doubts that this stuff is poison. I decide to call Isagenix to start the refund process. They had very nice customer service. Then she tells me I won't get my money back for the shipping and some membership fee. But what do I care how they decided to break down the price? I was told 100% money back guarantee. The girl is trying to tell me that's not happening and I just no it is happening. She said she would file a request to have the membership fee and shipping fee refunded. But this was all going to take 30 days from the day they received the shipment. 30 days is ridiculous. I don't feel confident that I will receive my full refund and find myself anxiously checking my bank account daily to see if the money came back. I want my money back without this worry that I'm going to lose $100 to membership and shipping fees (not to mention I had to pay for return shipping which is kind of ridiculous since they use corporate shipping prices which are cheaper than they are for me as an individual).Desired Settlement: I want every single penny that was taken out of my bank account returned which is $367.17 along with the $25 I paid to ship this back.

I was introduced to Isagenix almost a year ago right before my first show in over 10 years as a figure competitor. Oh how I wish that I had known about this company when it was still just in it's beginning stages. The nutrition that is offered in there products far exceeds anything that I have ever tried out there on the market, and trust me when I say as a competitor, you try EVERYTHING! I meal prep, work out, drink the appropriate amount of water, but once I incorporated Isagenix into my routine, 7 weeks later as I was going into my next show, I had dropped 7% body fat! ONLY during this final week of prep did I drop 5#'s. For those that do not understand what this means, it means that while I was cutting, I maintained ALL of my MUSCLE Mass! This is HUGE!!!! I was pretty much hooked then. But what finally put the nail in the proverbial coffin was when they ran out of an ingredient for one of there products. Instead of just simply putting some other "inferior" ingredient in, they just simply said, "We are sorry, but we cannot get this ingredient sourced, so please bear with us until we can." Some people were irritated by that. But to me, who from one month to the next never could count on what I purchased at the local supplement store as being the same even though NOTHING had changed on the packaging, this was HUGE to me! Isagenix showeld me that they truly are a company of INTEGRITY and when they say NO COMPROMISE SOLUTIONS, they MEAN IT!

Review: I have Celiac disease. I was informed that this product would not upset my digestive system or cause me any health problems. After taking the product for one week, I got extremely sick from the product. I had to be hospitalized until all of the product was out of my system. I was in excruciating pain, I was vomiting and had extreme diarrhea. My large and small intestines were swollen and inflamed, my stomach was extremely bloated. The doctors ran multiple tests, I had multiple ultrasounds, x-rays and ct scans. The product made me violently ill.Desired Settlement: To have my money refunded to me in full.

When I spoke to customer service, they had informed me to pack everything back into the box they sent it in to me, which I did. To leave it on my front porch a week later, which I did. They picked it up on the scheduled date that they chose. I had called and cancelled, explained what had occurred, why I couldn't be on the product. They informed me that I was still within my 30 day limit and that I would be issued a full refund.

As I had only been on the product for 1 week, I called the second I got home from the hospital and that would have put me at day 13 of the 30 days.

Today, they sent me an email saying I would not be getting the money back as I was outside the 30 days.

I have a family member who joined after I introduced her to the Isagenix products and instead of joining under my organization, she somehow (mistakenly) joined under some random individual. Once I was made aware of the mistake, I as well as my family member contacted Isagenix Customer Support and was told that the family member would be moved to my organization but that it would cost $25.00 since it had been 5 days since she joined. No problem (I thought), we would pay the fee as it was not Isagenix's fault and this would be resolved. Boy was I wrong!
20 days later and Isagenix still hadn't moved my family member over. I contacet Customer Support yet again to see what the hold up was and I was told that Isagenix Compliance Department had rejected the request. Rejected??? I could not understand why or how this could even be rejected and neither could Customer Support. You have the customer admitting to the mistake, willing to pay the "transfer" fee and they just decide to say, "Nah, we don't want to do this." We were never told that this would not happen or that they could even decline our request. After going around and around with Customer Support and getting nowhere, I requested to speak with a Supervisor. One was not available so he/she was to call me which never happened. Since I hadn't heard back from a Supervisor, I called a couple of days later and was told by Customer Support that after hearing of our situation, the Supervisor was unable to do anything either and the only suggestion given to me was to email Isagenix Compliance Department; which I did immediately.
I really don't know if Isagenix even has a Compliance Department because here it is, 15 days later and 3 emails more and I have yet to hear back from anybody in this so called department. This is absolutely unacceptable by any standards! The only correspondence I've received was an auto response that my issue would be addressed and a response would be sent in 24 - 48 hours. I think that time frame passed some time ago. Apparently, their company policy is to ignore the situation and hope that it just goes away? At this point, I don't think our issue will ever get resolved and it's sad to think Isagenix could care less about their customers/members.
I have never dealt with a business that has just absolutely ignored a situation without any response. I guess there is a first time for everything and Isagenix International is mine. PATHETIC!

Review: I never should have gotten involved with this company because you can't get out of it. I had many shipments from them and tried to change what was shipped to me and they would never change the items that were to be shipped. In January of this year, I received a box and sent it back for a refund. They say that they never received it back and will not give me a refund. In February, March I sent the packages back as well. I have called numerous times and coincidentally they have no record of my calls. I want my refund! I called this past Friday, the 17th and the guy said that he would cancel my account...as I have asked before, and no more boxes would go out. Well, another box ia being shipped. I received the e mail from UPS and contacted them right away because I do not want this shipped. The gentleman said that the shipper can stop the shipment and the call them. I called Isagenix right away and the girl kept going on and on about the return policy. I told her I do not have time to listen to this as I am at work and I just need this box stopped. she refused to help. She just kept going on and on about the return policy. I am going to leave a note for UPS on my door that I am refusing this package and do not want it left. I don't know what else to do. This is the most horrble company to get involved in because they won't let you leave.Desired Settlement: I want my refund for January, February, March and now April which they have not stopped the shipment for.

Review: After contacting Isagenix last year to cancel all automated charges (including shipments and a membership renewal), I was charged on March 22, 2014 for a membership renewal ($40.95US). This charge was made to a credit card Isagenix was unauthorized to store, as well (I had removed all credit card information from my account previously - they searched for a prior transaction to find a card number). I contacted the company via email and live chat on March 24, when I discovered the charge. I was told in the recorded live chat session (for which I have a transcript) that the charge would be refunded within 2-14 days. It has now been 21 days and no refund has been issued.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the full amount ($47.35CDN) immediately, as well as assurances all credit card information has been removed so this does not happen again in the future.

Review: I was told I could try a product money back guarantee no questions asked. It would be hassle free and the return process is easy. I don't like the product I simply contact Isagenix and they allow the product to be returned. I immediately knew I did not like the product and reached out to my Isagenix contact and was advised that I shouldn't return the product because it takes time to adjust. To give it another week then make my choice. It was at that time I attempted to log in to my account. I ran in to issues trying to log in, tried contacting customer service with no answer. Then used their auto feature to log in to my account. Once I was finally able to get in I emailed customer service to return. I received a response that they could not give return instructions to that email account, because it didn't match the email information on my account. Even though in the email I provided my name, address and phone number. No one tried to contact me. I again tried to contact someone to try to return, but the hours coincide with my work hours and they were closed for the day. In the mean time I received another order. I tried to stop the automated orders only to recieve yet another. I reached out again with an email, this time from the account that matches the email on file and again was told I have to call for return instructions. So I called today to return the product only to find out that I have 30 days to return, although they aren't honoring the 30 days no questions asked return. But they will buy back with a penalty of 10% and only the last two orders. They did not honor the return of their product as I was advised they would.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of all the products as I was promised would be allowed when I signed up for the program.

Review: several issues:

1. Isagenix represenative first told me to get off my medication than after I told her what my dr. said she said to get off it slowly bc and I quote " doctors don't care about me only about the money they will lose if I stop"

2.I was also told, I will get $200 if I enter the isa challenge. but the whole truth is you have to purchase more products to add up 500 bv. I found that out after I tried to enter.

3. since I have been off my medication it has taking several weeks to have the focus to call and talk to an Isagenix agent. When I called to get my money back, the company rep said that my products where open and thus I could not get my money back. they went so far as to tell me to "burn" the products in order to heal the pain that was caused.

4. I was also told by the isagenix agents that the rep that I bought the product did not have to be there for me, bc and I quote" they are busy and weren't required to assist me.

I feel like I have been completely scammed out of money and time and my health has become worse.Desired Settlement: to receive all my money back and receive and apology for the way I was treated.

Review: I spoke to an Isagenix consultant who told me that if I placed an order and did not like the product that it would be 100% refunded to me as long as I returned it within 30 days. The consultant placed the order for me on July 3, 2015. The product total was $340.00 plus $27.77 shipping and $25.23 tax for a total of $393.00. I received the products a few days later and tried them for about a week. They were horrible and so I decided to return them. I contacted Isagenix on 7/15 to find out how to return the items. They gave me a return number and I immediately returned the items in the mail at an additional cost of $40.

The initial email I received stated that it could take up to 30 days to issue a credit back to my account after the products were received by the company. I emailed again on July 30th to see where my refund was and was told the same thing that it could take up to 30 days. I emailed again on August 19th and on the 20th I received an email stating that they were finally going to credit me back $334.33 and that it can take up to thirty days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your bank’s billing cycle.

So not only am I NOT being refunded the full amount of product, along with tax and shipping, I am also out an additional $40 for shipping the horrible products back to them. And now that I have waited 30 days to have a credit put back on my account that only happened AFTER I contacted them, I now might have to wait an ADDITIONAL 30 days to have the credit applied by bank? This is ridiculous considering it took them all of 20 seconds to charge my account the $400.

My order was submitted by the consultant over the phone, I never went to the website and she informed me numerous times that if I was not satisfied, that it would be 100% refunded. $334.33 is not 100%.

Review: I did their system for 30 days. I was never told by the woman who was my coach that since I didn't lose weight from this that I was able to get a refund from it. Because I did it for 30 days and didn't lose on the month I did it. I think it is only fair I would have been able to have my money refunded back fully. It was extremely expensive. Plus I paid even more money for extra products to try, I wasn't asking for my money back with those. I was only asking for 1 month back for the full 30 day system I paid for. I still have all the emails from her and reread them there is nothing in there about a money back guarantee. I called the office (a few months later because I just found out from someone else it didn't work for ) that I was able to get a refund. The supervisor I spoke with over the phone said I could only get the money back within the 30 days after I bought it in Jan. I had no idea there was a refund process at all. I feel it's only fair that I be refunded since I didn't lose and did the 2 shakes a day and 1 meal at night. Review: This company has sales agent committing in fraudulent sales practice. The Sales Agent steals all my personal info (including SSN) and my credit card info to purchase products billed to my credit card but have the products shipped to her own address. When I disputed with my credit card company, this company disputes back using my stolen personal info. When I contact this company directly to try to resolve the issue, they refer me back to the credit card company and refuse to provide me their specific department contact to try to resolve the issue and refuse to take responsibility for their sales agent's actions. The company's sales agent and this company business practice are based on fraud.Desired Settlement: The bill adjustments to my credit card for: $49.00 on 11/13/15, $230.83 on 11/24/15, and $230.83 on 12/24/15. For a total of $510.66.

I ordered the fat burning system from Isagenix which cost a little over $402.00. When I told my group leader she informed me that I ordered the product wrong and would actually get a better price if order through her.I called Isagenix to cancel the order because I wanted to order under my group. I was then informed that they were not able to cancel my order even though the package had not left the warehouse because it was already scheduled for shipment. Isagenix then told me that they could charge for a second system and while they are waiting to intercept the package. Then they would refund my money after my first package was intercepted. I opted not to make the second purchase and wait for the interception instead. 5 days later I finally got an email informing me of the interception. I then called I to inquire about refunding my account and I was told that it would take 30 days to refund my account for a product that never left their warehouse!

I don't understand why they couldn't have just credit me the difference in price between a retail purchase and a group purchase since the package was already scheduled for shipment. Instead of offering to have me pay for 1 system twice.

This company has the absolute worst customer service and it seems like they are just trying to take people for their money.

I will be sure to go on a campaign on the SCAM that is Isagenix.

Review: I supposed to receive a shipment on March 31st. I received an email from the company regarding an issue with my credit card. The next day I went to my bank and I was told there is not any kind of problem with my card (I can provide a statement from my bank). I called Isagenix on Monday March 31st and I explain the situation. At this point I was out of the product and I need it immediately. I was told that they can ship the product within 2 business days for a $32 extra charge. I did agree to pay extra (for their mistake) because I need it very fast. I was told (conversation has been recorded) that the product will be send out on the follow day (Tuesday April 1st) and I will have it within 2 business days. I called the company on Friday (April 4th) and I spoke with this gentleman who placed me in hold to find out why I have not received my package. After 10 minutes hold he came back and provided me with a UPS tracking number. I said thank you and hang up the phone. I called UPS and I was told that a label has been created few minutes ago and the package will be picked - up from location shortly. I called back on and I ask the gentlemen why he lied to me and couldn't tell the truth. I ask him to cancel the order and submit a refund. I waited until the April the 7th and I called back in (again I have the conversation recorded. I was told that a refund will be submitted within 10-14 business days (company policy) and I will not be refunded for shipping fees. Can you believe this? And in top of everything she tried to convince me that if UPS would pick up the package from the warehouse location (4.30 pm) the package could arrive in Texas in 30 minutes by 5.00 pm. That was unbelievable. Anyway after a long conversation they agree to offer a full refund within 3-4 business days without committing the fraud of holding my money with no reason. I got a refund today WITHOUT any shipping fees. During my last call I asked to speak with someone in charge and I was totally ignored.

I like the product but the customer service is miserable. The shipping fees are doubled (the company is in a very high tier with USP and gets a very large shipping discount) but is charging the customers a very large fee and they can't be trusted. Review: I was following the plan and it made my sugar levels go way up too high..regular sugar level is 120 mine this morning was 311..I could have gone into diabetic coma. 23-Nov-2014 I sent an email stating that I have confirmed from the bank directly and through bank statements that refund was not received.

26-Nov-2014 Contacted Isagenix via phone and advised that this has been escalated to the Accounts Team in the US.

Since then I have made 6 calls asking about the progress of my refund. Everytime I call the person who I need to speak with is either at lunch or not in and they advise each time they will call me back but never have. They also state that they have escalated it to the US Accounts team.Desired Settlement: I just want my refund and an apology would be appreciated.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and this matter has now been resolved.However I wish to add that they did not try to contact me regarding the refund process using the [redacted]wallet. I had to continue to contact them to get information on how to use it. Afterwards they left a message saying that it had been completed. Furthermore, using [redacted]wallet includes user fees, which I find unsatisfactory and still question as to explanation that they tried multiple times to refund to the card provided.Although I consider this complaint resolved, I still find it unsatisfactory for the length of time to process the refund and lack of information/communication initiated by the company.

Review: I placed an order for Isagenix products through a friend 2 months ago. She set me up on auoship, which I was unaware of. I was instructed by my doctor not to use the products because I could have seizures as a result. I came back from vacation to a 2nd shipment which I did not request. I called and told the representative that I did not know I was set up on autoshipments and wanted a return label. I stated I thought I was in control of picking and ordering which products I wanted. He stated I am responsible for return shipping, which is very expensive since it is such a large and heavy box. I asked for a supervisor and requested the call be reviewed. She stated I never said on the call that I stated I didn't know about the autoship . She said they will not incur the shipping charges, and basically stated I lied. I asked that we listen to the initial call together and she refused. I am responsible for paying to ship back a product I never requested. "El" is the name of the supervisor I spoke to. She basically stated over and over that I never said the things that were discussed on the initial call, which is why I am now responsible to pay to ship back a product I never authorized. Review: I purchased a 30 day cleanse kit. I've been a weightlifter/athlete for 25 years. I wanted o try something different from the vitamins/supplements I've been taking.

I spoke to a sales rep who repeatedly encouraged me to order the cleanse now, when I specifically said I wasn't starting it for another 2 weeks. I was assured this wouldn't be an issue. I ordered it 9-18-15 and did the 30 day cleanse, of which I got nothing out of and wasn't impressed with. Upon calling to day to get my money back, it was a full money back guarantee, I was told it exceeded the 30 day period. I explained that the rep assured me that wouldn't matter, as well as him putting me on an auto-pay program I was told NOTHING about. I want my money back and was told no, because it was in the 30 days. Even though the rep said it didn't matter.Desired Settlement: I simply want my money back from the 30 day cleanse. I was told date didn't matter by rep and encouraged by sales rep to order early. I did, and that's what put the time period over 30 days. I feel I was intentionally scammed. I want my money back.

Review: I ordered the 30 day program for my fiance. The sales rep [redacted] talked real good about how I was an excellent boyfriend but not one word about auto ship. If I had any notion of an auto ship I would not have ordered it. We complained to her and she is telling us she did and that it was in some email she sent that we never got nowhere in our email is there an email from her or any from isogenix that said anything about auto ship. I belive this is a misrepresentation and a scam. I was not told of this it is not right to hide this.Desired Settlement: I want a fefund of every cent including membership fee , shipping fee and administrative fees. Everything.
