Review: I was involved in an [redacted] challenge.

I submitted the required documentation via email, as instructed, as the website was not accepting it.

Then I waited.

I repeatedly contacted Isagenix with my complaint that I was not receiving the promised product- complete it, you get $200. I did.

In the end a month ago, I was told after dozens of emails, chats and phone calls that the reason I had not received the certificate was that I was

promised, was because I had not completed the amount of required purchases. This was after over half a year of trying to gen an answer! I was however promised that if I just renewed my account (for a fee) I would receive it as an act of good faith, and due to the other products I had purchased since. I payed the fee, and renewed my account. Then I was ignored for another month.

Today I contacted them (again) and was told they cannot help me. Then I received an email stating they would not act in good faith as previously mentioned.

The people I had direct contact with are: [redacted] in Isagenix, and [redacted] from [redacted].

Had I been told right away that I ' just didn't qualify' I would have not filed a complaint, even though the purchase requirement was not clearly outlined at the time. Even customer service was unaware of this requirement until this November. But I was jerked around for over half a year, and I am fed up with this. Promising one thing, then delivering another is not ok. Waiting from May till December for an answer is simply unacceptable.

I also have dozens of emails, all assuring me that my awaited $200 gift certificate is 'just around the corner.'Desired Settlement: I am seeking the $200 certificate I was promised repeatedly, and suckered into paying more money to get..

Review: I called a couple of months ago to stop an auto ship and it wasn't done. It was shipped anyway and my credit card was processed. I contacted them today to get this credited back to my account and return the items. I was told that I could not return them.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back.

Review: So I ordered their 30 day weight loss challenge. I never received the product so I called back and they resent the product of what I ordered out to me. I try it and it was awful I didn't like it at all. So I called got the information I needed to return the product to them. Wrote the rma code they gave me all over the box as stated by one of their reps, Was told it could take up to 30 days but make sure you get a tracking number because sometimes things get lost in our warehouse, Okay fine so I call them back give them my tracking number and they tell me oh its there but it hasn't been received yet. It s been sitting there over a week. I really just want my money back and for them to stand by their policy.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. in the amount of 317.00

Review: My girlfriend ordered one month of Isagenix as a trial. She wanted nothing to do with this product after the trial. My girlfriend used my credit card to sign up for the program, so when it came time for the automatic ship she specifically did NOT sign up for, they billed me $201.95 for the order and sent it anyway. I called Isagenix upon noticing the charge and was politely told there was 'nothing they could do' and that if we paid to have the items shipped back, they'd credit us back for the product, minus both shipping charges.Desired Settlement: I just want a full refund, including any shipping charges. We didn't order the product and don't want it.

Review: I am an Isagenix associate member who has spent literally thousands of dollars on their products over the course of nearly two years. I have spoken highly of their products to my friends and family and have recommended Isagenix every time the opportunity has presented itself. As an example of this, I recently convinced my husband to buy the full 30 day Isagenix system and snacks. My husband was excited about the program, but expressed skepticism as to what would happen if he wasn't satisfied with it. I told him that the product was fully guaranteed and if he wasn't satisfied he could return it for a full refund minus shipping costs. Because of the guarantee, he said he would order it.

I called and placed the order under my account. When I spoke with the sales associate, I advised them I was ordering it for my husband and told them the circumstances regarding the order, and that because it was for my husband I would not do it unless it was fully guaranteed. I was assured at that time that the order was fully guaranteed and 100% refundable, minus shipping costs, if my husband wasn't satisfied with the product. Because of this guarantee, I placed the order on my credit card. Including shipping the total for this order was $401.14.

It should be noted that my husband and I share the same credit card account. The only difference between the credit cards are the names on the front. When placing the order I was never told at any point that it needed to be paid for using a card with my husband's name on it for the order to be guaranteed.

My husband tried the Isagenix program but ultimately was not satisfied, stating in substance that the product left him feeling tired, hungry and lethargic, and that overall he wasn't satisfied with the results. Because of this, I called to have his, and only his product refunded. When I spoke with the Isagenix representative, I was told that we could return the product but would be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

The representative then put me on hold for an extended amount of time and when they spoke with me again they told me they would not give me any refund at all, including a refund subject to a restocking fee. They stated that I had refunded a product prior to this incident, and because of that I could not return any additional products. I again explained that the product was not for me but for my husband. I was then told by the representative that because the product was ordered with a credit card with my name on it instead of my husband's, that they would not allow the product to be returned.

I explained to the representative that when I ordered the product for my husband I was told that it was 100% refundable if he was dissatisfied. I also explained that at no point was any mention made of the order having to be placed with a card with his name on it (in spite of the fact that it's the same credit card account) for the order to be guaranteed. The representative told me that there was nothing they could do for me.Desired Settlement: When I initially placed the order for my husband, I was never told at any point that the product had to be ordered with a credit card with his name on it for the product to be guaranteed. I was simply told that the product was 100% guaranteed and that if he was dissatisfied with it in any way he could return it for a full refund.

I feel it is ethically wrong and a poor business practice to say your product is fully guaranteed, then when a customer takes you up on that guarantee cling to a technicality that the wrong name was on the credit card when the order was placed, despite never advising the purchaser of that information. This is something that could easily have been remedied had I been given that information from the start.

I have been a huge supporter of this company, not only by spending thousands of dollars on their products, but speaking highly of them whenever the opportunity presents itself. To call this recent experience a disappointment would be a great understatement.

Our desired outcome is to get what was guaranteed, a full refund of the cost of my husband's product. If it is necessary, we are happy to furnish proof from our credit card company that the credit card account that was used to make the purchase is currently in his name and was also in his name at the time the purchase was made.

Review: Hi there. I am here to report that in the month of May 2013 I was working for [redacted]. They had started using Isagenix and were pretty much making whoever worked there sign up. So I did except that I was not the one filling up all the questionairs online with isagenix it was the boss at the clinic. After I purchased the 9 days cleanse I told her 2 days later these products were not for me and I did not want anything to do with them! I then contacted isagenix return department and told them they said ok for me to return the products and get my money back! I also wanted to opt out of autoship which I beleive I did. In august I got 155$ credited back to my [redacted] but what I had purchased was 240$ im pretty much missing 100$ in this refund! I feel I was forced to sign up to a scam of a company not willingly so the clinic nueeva can make money on my head! I want the rest of my money refunded back to me since I was not the one filling up the forms online and had no idea was not told that the fees and shipping and whatever else could not b refunded back to me!Desired Settlement: I am looking for my full money back therefore a credit of 84.77$$

Review: This company supposedly provides a 100% guarantee on its products. I bought the products but realized upon receipt that the level of sugar and preservatives in the products were unacceptable. I returned the products with [redacted] confirmation. I sent several emails requesting follow-up and received a form letter response and no response on my last email. Isagenix received the returned products over a month ago. I want the 30-day system and "support system" that I did authorize to be refunded. Isagenix claims that I accepted all of this under policies when I ordered online; however, I did NOT order online thus I did not authorize these extended fees.

Isagenix makes false claims. They claim that they have a medical doctor on staff. They do not, to my knowledge, have a D.O. or M.D. available for "medical chats." The individual who "hosts" these medical chats is not a recognized medical doctor in the United States. Isagenix is comparable to a pyramid scheme. Isagenix tries to obtain social security numbers from its customers will the incentive of discounted prices if the SSN is provided (I refused to provide my number). When one refuses to provide the number, then additional tactics are used (autoship, membership fees) to increase the company's profits.Desired Settlement: I wish to be refunded for the entire 30-Day system product of $329.66 & the $29 unauthorized membership fee for a total of $358.66. It has been over 30 days since the products were returned to Isagenix. Isagenix claims a 100% guarantee, and I am 100% NOT satisfied with the products, customer service, or integrity of this company.

This is reasonable as I am not requesting the over $50 roundtrip cost of shipping. The majority of products were unopened and in pristine condition when returned.

Response:

To whom it may concern:This letter is in response to Ms. [redacted] complaint, ID number [redacted]. Our records indicate Ms. [redacted] opened a membership with Isagenix on 4/15/2015. This member ship fee allows customers topurchase our products at wholesale pricing. We do not require customers to provide social security numbers to receive the wholesale pricing. Tax identification is only required for those who wish to earn income by selling the products and referring other customers. Ms. [redacted] contacted Isagenix on 4/27/15 requesting to return her order. Our Returns Department processed her return under our 30 day Product Guarantee. This guarantee offers a full product refundless shipping and membership fees. It does appear there was a delay in processing Ms. Whitten’s refund, so as a gesture of goodwill, our Returns Department contacted Ms. [redacted] and completed an additional credit of $50.77 that includes the cost of shipping and membership fees.We trust this will resolve Ms. [redacted] complaint.Sincerely,

Review: I was signed up for an auto ship with this company. My card on file expired. They notified me of such, I never updated my card because I was not sure if I wanted to continue with auto ship. This company proceeded to charge my card after the expiration date. And is now telling me I have to wait 30 days to recieve a refund. and that they will not reimburse me for shipping. I have disputed it with the bank and also filed a complaint against them for allowing such thing to happen. this is very frustrating when a company charges you such a large sum of money and is unhelpful in fixing it.Desired Settlement: I want my money back in a timely manner. ALL of my money back and paid for the 4 hours I've wasted of my life.

Our representative processed the return request and explained

that the return may take up to 30 days, which is part of our normal returns

Regards,

Absolutely horrible service from a live chat rep named [redacted]. Was needing a complied list of ingredients, however seemed as though the agent was too busy or lazy to further assist. Really a shame, expected a much higher level of service.

Review: I purchased the 30day program thru a Isagenix associate Elizabeth T[redacted]. The product did not work to my satisfaction and it seems the one product I am having a reaction to. Per the 30day $$ back guarantee I can return the products to Isagenix to receive a refund... The refund goes to the orginal method of payment per policy.. the problem with that is that I paid the associate and then she purchaed the products (which I have full proof of)... since the purchase of the products I have not been able to get in ANY contact with the associate and I dont know her personally and she is many states away from me.

This Associate is apart of "isagenix".. they make $$ off of selling the product.. Isagenix needs to do something for me, or help contact her etc...

I just cant be out $300 and stuck with products that DONT work and make me sick...Desired Settlement: FULL refund, help contact associate...

To whom it may concern: This letter is in response to Ms. [redacted] complaint. Our records indicate that a retail order was placed on 11/18/2015 that shipped to Ms. Held. The card used to pay for the order had the billing name of Elizabeth T[redacted] Ms. [redacted] contacted our Returns Department on 12/3/2015 to request a refund under our 30 Day Product Guarantee. We advised the order is eligible for a refund and we would credit the card used to pay for the order in alignment with FDIC guidelines. Ms. [redacted] stated she ordered the product through an unauthorized sales channel and that the card on file did not belong to her. The returns representative instructed Ms. [redacted] to contact the person she purchased the product from to make arrangements for a refund. After reviewing Ms. [redacted] complaint, we have been in contact with her to resolve her issue. We have not been able to identify the individual Ms. [redacted] purchased product through and have not been able find an Isagenix Independent Sales Associate under the name Elizabeth T[redacted] While not obligated to do so, because the product was purchased through an unauthorized sale channel, as a gesture of goodwill, we have worked with Ms. [redacted] to issue her a credit under our product guarantee. Review: Isaggenix and Suzan H[redacted] who is a representative of the company set up an unauthorized auto-payment. I did purchase product from Isaggenix on August 28, 2015 which was a one time purchase. On Saturday September 26, 2015 I received an ALERT from Capital One of a auto pay for the amount of $315.48. I contact Capital One and filed a complaint but was unable to contact Isaggenix because they were closed but I did contact them on Monday September 28, 2015. I spoke to one of their rep. named Nancy who supposed to have cancel all auto payments but they were unable to stop what they shipped to me, which Nancy informed me that I was responsible for all returned shipments. Please Note, I did not reorder any products, I did not know they had set me up for a monthly shipment. Suzan H[redacted] (214-766-6425) who I have had several contact with never informed me of this auto payment. When speaking to Nancy yesterday she was supposed to email me my cancellation of auto payment which of this date I have not received any email confirmation nor have Suzan H[redacted] who also stated she would be calling. This was an UNAUTHORIZED USE OF MY CREDIT CARD AND UNAUTHORIZED SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS TO ME.Desired Settlement: Isaggenix and Suzan H[redacted] clear all auto-payments from my Credit Card to their company and refund any shipping and handling cost that I will need to paid in order to return their product that I Sheila Mason did not order.

Review: I was advised by a sales associate that I would be able to receive a full refund without requiring further cost associated with shipping the product back. I would have expected to not be refunded the initial shipping cost, but was told that I would receive a full refund which is missleading when working with the Customer Service group I was advised differently. The sales associate misrepresented the company and the refund process as well as the cost associated. This will cost me nearly $100 to rectify which is unacceptable. This is a fradulent misrepresentation of how the company opporates.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed the cost of returning the product and a refund of membership cost at the very least so as to not cost me near $100 to cancel a product that is not desirable.

Thank you,

Isogenix International - I purchased one bottle of their Product B at an Expo at the [redacted] on [redacted], here in [redacted]. They sent me the email bill as I requested, plus another email.
My complaint: they added an extra 29.00 charge for, I presume, becoming a sales associate with the company. They also sent a separate email saying that I was signed up for autoship.
Not only did I inform the sales person that I only wanted to try one bottle, but that I did not want to become a sales rep. The company disregarded my request. I want a credit card refund of my $29.00, but I also want to cancel the automatic shipment. I sent two emails requesting this and will follow-up with a phone call on Monday, [redacted].
My complaint is that these unilateral business tactics are wrong, even if later corrected, and they should not have an A1 rating.
Greg DeLuca

At every turn the products this company sells have provided every benefit they claim. The customer service has been excellent. Each time I had to call (4) the result was at least if not more than what I expected.
