John Beal did work for our city hall building We had a window replacement and a roof repair and everyone from the estimator to the employees who did the repairs did a wonderful job Very responsive Estimates were created within less than a week which made it quicker for us to get started on the repair work Very good company to have do your work Great Job

As the result of a recent storm I had to replace my roof After talking with several friends, I called John Beal for an estimate Nick M*** was my Sales Rep and I can't say enough kind things about him He met with my insurance adjuster, brought over several shingle samples and talked me though the entire process; very knowledgeable I could reach him anytime I had questions The company did a great job on my roof - very efficient I also worked with Greg Bin the billing department and he was also good to work with

I contracted with JB to install a new roof and gutters on my home I worked directly with Jeff H*** and Greg B*** They were very polite and professional They gave me all the information on options, prices, warranties, etcright up front I was confident that I was being dealt with fairly and honestly The work was done quickly and efficiently, I did not have to wait long for the crews to start or finish The work was thorough and very well done I was wholly satisfied

We used John Beal to replace our roof It is a flat roof on an old house with no attic or insulation They installed insulation boards and a white reflective roof The experience was amazing Tim was great to deal with and took us through every step of the process They were able to squeeze us in a day earlier than scheduled The crew showed up at the time we were told and worked past dark to make sure the project had been properly cleaned I'd highly reccomend Tim and his team If you're really lucky, you'll get Omar as your crew lead I can't say enough good things about the attention to detail Omar showed during the project Hopefully I'll never need their services again but if I ever do, Tim will be my first and only call

I just want to say what a great experience I had with John BealFirst, our sales rep, Carl S***, was excellent He came out to check our roof within a day He was knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the main problem with our roof right away He provided a quote by the end of the week, and came back to finalize the contract within a couple days I asked how soon they could begin work and he said he hoped by the next week I was very anxious to get the work done before more rain came, so I said, if anyone cancels, please have them come here By Friday of that week my roof was being replaced
I also had a great experience with the crew who did the work, as well as the QC person, Will D*** He was very receptive to all my questions and concerns and made sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction And I also had a positive experience with all the customer service people I spoke with, especially Kristen And the financial manager, Greg, was very helpful and a pleasure to work with All in all, everyone that I worked with at John Beal was knowledgeable, respectful, helpful, honest, and treated me as a very important customer - how all customers should be treated I have and will continue to recommend John Beal as a great company to do business with Thank you to all at John Beal
