I did get a call from the company in September where they did not make any attempt to lower interest or find a better resolution to my concerns.

All I received was, for the FORTH time, a copy of the benefits guide. I never asked for it, the bank is wasting natural resources, and not answering my questions. The answer for my questions are not written there.If I don't get an answer I'll follow up with regulatory agencies, and attach that Chase is refusing to provide assistance.
