I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
  They sent me a letter stating that they have re-opened my $1900 dispute with the merchant. Last time when I disputed the $1900 transaction, they closed the dispute in marchant favor without giving me any appropriate reason. This was one of the reason they continuously denied that they never received the fax and documents to suuport my dispute.  Therefore, I would like to see further how they resolve this matter.

It has typically taken a minimum of 10-14 days from the date on any correspondence for me to receive any mail from Chase. I have left several messages at the phone number provided in the last letter I received stating they are looking at my claim but have not had anyone return my call. Please keep this claim open until I receive the determination from Chase.

Please see attached letter received from Chase once the Revdex.com was involved. The response does NOT resolve their wrong doing. They sold me on signing up for a different offering which included incentives and a waived annual fee for the first year.  The statement in the letter, "Our records indicate you changed" is incorrect. I worked with a Chase representative who was responsible and who explained to me the incentives being offered. I would have NEVER switched my business to Chase had it not been for the incentives they were selling me. A second statement, "In light of what may have happened" means that they do not know what happened. I do, there is no "may", they offered me these incentives and I fulfilled their spending requirements. Their response does not resolve this issue and simply continues the avoidance of responsibility and lack of accountability Chase has in this matter.
