*** *** (phone number *** *** ***) from Chase Executive office told me that the re-bill is correct because I have already received two $travel credit against the disputed amount, so I received too much credit for this $chargeHowever, he is double counting the $300/year travel credit as Member benefits against the disputed amount AND the travel creditIf he considers the travel credit towards the dispute, then that means I should still have $travel credit unusedWhy does double counting works in Chase? Chase is in a bad faith that all different employees are telling me different stories regarding on the same charges/credits

First, I have been trying and trying to get holdof a *** from Chase who called meShe left her number as "7712" I knew this could not be a valid number in the USA and so I decided to hange it to 1-She left the extension as and then her phone clicked off on the voicemailI have saved the voicemail and would love someone from Chase or the Revdex.com to listen to it to confirm that I am correct in what was recordedI was able to locate *** today and she seemed to think that I was lying to her because she cannot speak to it because she did not hear itI asked her if she or her supervisor wanted to listen to itShe never said yesI went in a vacation to Disney in August and wanted to take this Disney card with me since you use these dream reward dollars at DisneyChase ha a record of a charge at Disney in AugustThe reward dollars never cameI asked *** where the money goes if it is not sent out*** did not want to tell me where the money goesShe said she would have to get back with meI asked her how she was going to get back with me and she finally said by phoneI do not accept their decision and want the $sent out like it rightfully should besent outThank you.
