Chase failed to investigate this matter sufficiently They did not investigate the signature that was not mine, nor did they send any more data regarding the invoice (as to when the line items were added to the invoice, nor did they provide any hint that they investigated the vendor's transactions during a very small window of time I provided that would show the proper invoice and signature reflecting the Dewers and cigar I actually authorized (~$30) They are still saying I made the purchase and agreed to pay the merchant by presenting my card and signing off on the items It is not my signature and I do not approve I am asking the Revdex.com at the very least ask chase to provide forensic information backing up their claims, especially with the signature

The business sent me a letter which states what they had stated to me before: they will not honor the bonus points because I did not begin using the card until weeks after they considered my eligibility overI am extremely clear on their side of thingsThe person who wrote to me did not acknowledge that the terms of service agreement is not clear about when the account is activeIn fact, it simply does not state when an account is activeTelling me what they were trained to say is not the same as showing me what I agreed to in the terms of agreement--or what their terms failed to be explicit aboutThey are also not acknowledging that the sticker on the credit card sent to me, says that the card is not active--until the number on the credit card is called and activatedThis implies that the account is also not activatedThis may not be misleading to the employees at Chase or Chase Ultimate Rewards--they own the product and know it like the back of their handBut it is extremely misleading to a customer, especially because I was sent no initial statement and not one monthly statement--until I activated my card. This is a complaint being made about a misleading claim and practice by Chase Ultimate rewardsThe letter Chase sent me has made NO resolution to prevent this in the future.

JPMorgan Chase has offered no solution to the
problem Customer Service team's response was poor and inconsiderate They blamed everything on Disney, even though Chase is the company that manages Disney Visa credit cards and is in charge of reward pointsAs a result, I was robbed of $due to Chase's poorly designed redemption process They redeem the customer's rewards points in addition to charging his credit card a full dollar amount when redeeming for a gift card Chase has no interest in providing customer service to customers with low balances in their accounts and only cares about high net-worth individuals Consumers beware.Regards,
