Chase said that they sent a bogus letter to me informing me they would be paying off the credit card I did not want paid off firstThis is ridiculous If I had received that letter none of this would have happenedThis is not resolvedThey should not have paid off that cc firstThey did not notify me at allMy goal was to improve my credit & payoff my credit cards sooner & because of their misjudgement, I am worse off than when I started this nightmare processThey are not a better business & I will never use their services in the future.

Problem:I contacted the Revdex.com regarding Chase a while ago and someone named *** *** from the Chase Executive office was suppose to be working with me to fix the situationSince our first communication on June 28th she has not returned any of my callsShe asked me to fax her the information I had been trying to send Chase unsuccesfully for over a monthI called/emailed Chase multiple times asking for the email or fax number to send them this information re a dispute, since they did not respond I finally contacted the Revdex.com who contacted chase who has *** *** reach out to meShe has resolved nothingSoon after our first phone call on June 28th I faxed her the information she requested at 4:19pm (I have the confirmation for the fax)I have called her almost everyday since then and left multiple messages and she has not called me backI finally called the generic number and was transferred to her manager who has also not called men back after I left messages over the past daysHow can something be resolved when no one will return calls? When I called the generic number yesterday they attempted to contact *** *** and she answered them and said she was busy but that she had called me back and left messages which is not trueI would love to provide my phone records showing I call daily and I wouldn't waste my time doing that if she would call backAlso now that I can no longer reach them it seems some old charges I disputed were put back on my account by herThe charges were from months ago, this is now causing a lot of confusion when I call Chase about it because they can't explain why fraudulent charges appeared back on my account months later and with a new card numberEverytime I call Chase regarding this I am transfered about times to different departments and no one is able to help meI call customer service, they transfer me to disputes, then security, then fraud, then recovery, and finally they try contacting a specialist who is never available and I have been toldTranslate Desired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:Finish the JobselectDesired Outcome:continued...I have been told for the past days that someone would call me back the next day and they never doSo now I have about 3k worth of fraudulant charges sitting on my credit card that I will not pay, and I pay my credit card in full every months to avoid interestI am very upset about these charges and very upset with Chase and Chase Executive Offices because no one ever calls me backThis has been ongoing since FebruaryI'd like this matter resolved immediately
