I had a non-emergency question about my dog and his newly ordered medicine. The vet answered super fast and made total sense. He was compassionate and gave me excellent advice to tide me over so my dog would be more comfortable. Thanks for making this possible!!!!

I was really doubtful before I used this service. That said, I was desperate. All the resources around me could not solve my issue. The JustAnswer technician that helped me asked a few
questions and within minutes my problem was solved. This individual lifted a huge burden off of my shoulders not to mention the time and money that was saved. I'm not one to throw compliments around easily so I'll just say this, I'm very grateful to JustAnswer for their help and I'll
be using their service again.

I have tried "JUST ANSWER" a few time before and was extremely disappointed!
However, this technician was great! He was very thorough and worked to make me realize what was happening. I then allowed him to access my computer and he restored the service in the printer, that had just stopped functioning. A setting had made a change and needed to be addressed by a qualified tech, and he was that! I will call again.

Just Answer, took my money and then didn't answer my question. Left me hanging without even responding to questions like: "how long will I need to wait for an answer?" and "Is anyone still there"

I had a question about international taxation and French social taxes. An experienced CPA w/30+ years of experience not only answered my question, but provided relevant law and case study basis for his response---very helpful for review and research purposes. I was surprised with the caliber of expertise available on this site. Nice work!

If there was anything lower than one star I would enter it for this ripoff company. While browsing for information about a painting I own I came across Justanswer*** on the internet. When posing a question as a first time user it asks how $ you want to offer for an answer and I said $5, the least amount accepted. It also required an email and password which I provided, but no where is it clearly marked on their website that despite refusing any type of free trial or membership you will be forever sucked into financial hell by these people. Despite several phone calls in which I stressed that I certainly DID NOT sign up for anything they have continued to charge my checking account $58/month for the past seven months. Their website says I no longer have an account, but I don’t trust them and short of getting a new checking account I have no idea how to make certain these vultures don’t get their hands on any more of what little $ I have every month. SCAM!!! RIPOFF ARTISTS!!!

This mechanic got back to me without delay and I feel confident that I can follow his instructions for my motorhome. He definitely told me everything that I needed to know on how how to fix the problem. I would use this website again as it was so easy to use!

Helped by *** onto a solution to my problem after asking me pertinent questions related to trouble with my TV. A great help!

My Great Dane ate a bit of chocolate and we were extremely concerned. Fortunately it was a very small and (as it turned out) not nearly enough to cause toxicity. I would have easily paid hundreds of dollars at my local vet / veterinary hospital for the opinion ans prognosis that I received. The reply I received was prompt, clear, professional and even personal - all within about 10 minutes. Compare that with waiting in a waiting room, stressed out about the health of your dog and whether you have enough to pay the bill and well, there is no comparison.
Of course emergencies need to be dealt with appropriately and one needs to exercise sound judgment as to whether your pet needs immediate care. However, the advice/service provided by *** was everything it should have been, at an extremely reasonable price. Anyone complaining about the fees (sorry that you didn't read that the $5 was only a deposit), get real! Try consulting, personally with a professional in their office and see what it costs.
This service provides professional advice at a real value. Can you ask for anything more than that?!

I received a helpful response from the lawyer whose name I do not remember concerning Miracle Breakthrough Labs in Miami. It at least caused me not to order any product from them.

The service was awesome but I think it is expensive for one question you have. If you have lots of questions then it pays. They have technitions very quickly on the line and they know there stuff.

I was having trouble researching or finding an answer to the problem I was facing the lawyer on just answer knew exactly what I was talking about and guided me in the right direction. Thank god I found you guys !!

The Biologist, *** was great! She answered my question and said something so very nice when ending her response to us. We were very happy with the information she provided and having someone on the other end of your email that is clearly knowledgeable and able to answer your question with compassion, honesty and intelligence is such a great comfort. She was just great!
I would highly recommend anyone to contact her for issues that pertain to her area of expertise.

They claim they will inform you when your membership trial is ending, but that is not the truth. They will process your payment in hopes you don't check your bank statements, and sarcastically correspond with you when you cancel your membership. It is not a great deal of money, but businesses should be built on customer service. Failing to provide someone with a statement and intent to charge would be nice.

We do send out a membership notification email with the date of the next charge when you opt into the membership as well as 2 days prior to the next billing date. It does appear that the messages were sent to this email address *** successfully however It may be that they were missed or were routed to spam.
At this time I can confirm for you that your membership ahs indeed been turned off nd you will not see any further billing unless you post another question.
