I have been trying to find information on my extensive table service of 87 pieces of Mason's
Ironstone with a pattern similar to Mandalay for years. JustAnswer put me in touch with Nora,

My Thunderbird email host program stopped working last week. After trying all the free web sources, and everything I could think of, I turned to Werner at JustAnswer. What a smart man! In about a half an hour he wizzed through my computer at lighting speed checking all parts and programs. He determined that my Thunderbird program was probably corrupted (something no free site told me), and he re-installed the program quickly. I was up an running and today it works as if there was never a problem. Kudos to your wiz kid Werner!!

In desperation from not being able to get called back by a local real estate attorney, I found JustAnswer website. It clearly stated a $5.00 refundable deposit. I gave my situation to an intake person, and then I got information that it would cost $31 to speak with the attorney. I accepted that and spoke with Barrister. He gave me sound advice and was extremely helpful. Knowing what my legal options are eased my mind considerably! There was nothing misleading about the site. There was an option to pay for talking to an expert and it was well worth the money. Nothing was charged that I didn't pick. If you have real estate legal issues, ask for Barrister.

Just Answer seems to be a poorly run, scammy operation. A message popped up when I went on the official Apple Website to try to get answers to a few questions I had about my Apple devices. The JustAnswer window popped up and was very misleading because it seems to be an offical part of the Apple website -- and the only way to access the answers I was seeking. I reluctantly paid the $5, which they said they would refund. I just cancelled the membership, so I'm hoping they actually do refund the $5. I'll check and see. I wrote a question on an eChat type of screen, expecting to hear back right away or within several minutes as is typical for most eChat functions. About 6 hours later, I got a question from a tech. Then he asked if I wanted him to connect to my computer so he could manipulate it. I could not believe that the charge to do that would have been $39. This company seems like a real scam. Who wants to pay a ridiculous monthly fee to get answers to questions 6 hours after you need the information. Someone should investigate! I also can't believe that Apple contracts with this company. I'm assuming they did -- or why else would they pop up on the official Apple website. What a waste of time and energy! You can't leave a 0 star review or I would have done that.

Just answer is a wonderful service and so affordable. I received a prompt and thorough answer to my concern and was able to rest easy that night. I will undoubtedly use this service again.
