This is basically a scam. I accidentally clicked on their link when I was looking for help for a ***s installation. I thought it was ***s and entered my credit card info as a security for any answers received. While I was waiting for a chat to start I did a quick search and found that they were not affiliated with ***, and closed the web page.
The next day a charge of $3.85 appeared on my credit card, labeled deposit. They did not answer any questions and did not perform any service for me. I called the 888 number shown on the Revdex.com website and it is not the company, it is a company that processes credit card charges. I had to give them the last 4 of my credit card. They claimed that there was no record of a charge. I told them I was looking at my on-line credit card information and that there was a charge. I then had to give them the first 6 of my credit card number. After some time, I was able to get them to process a refund. I don't know if it will actually go through, the agent seemed very interested in getting me off the phone.
There is no way a reputable company would be charges for services not provided or received, that is why I think it's a scam.

I submitted a question to Just Answer on Aug 9, 2018 and paid my initial $5. I received a note that a technician would answer in 8 minutes. Well, it is 36 hours later and no answer. I was asked to rate their website and gave it a 1 out of 10. They immediately asked why and I responded immediately that I had sent them a query and paid my $5 and had heard nothing back. No response to this message either. I believe this company is a scam and anyone who gives them money is just throwing it away. If they didn't have the expertise to answer my question about a generator, then they should have been up front and told me so. I spent 90 minutes checking for a response, sent them notes back, etc before I finally gave up. Go on Youtube. Most issues you run into are addressed on there for free. Should have done that in this case.

I truly think you are on to something..You saved me more than $600.00... Your technician educated me to the point that the car mechanic asked "How did you know that?"
Instead of mechanic putting in new unecessary parts, I told him to re-attach wire which he did and car runs perfectly... thank you kindly.

I used ‘JustAnswer’ to get my Roku Express tv player to work. The process took several questions & answers but it, finally, works.
Rusty was the engineer/technician & explained everything well, although I would suggest that ‘engineer terms’, unknown to the common person, not be used.
I, highly, recommend ‘JustAnswer’ to the average consumer of any goods. ‘JustAnswer’ accesses all professions, lawyers, doctors, veterinarians, electricians, engineers, etc..
The format includes: emailing questions, phone calls & ‘chats’. The price is ~ $30 but I don’t remember the length of time it may be used. ????????

My husband and I made an attempt to change out the kitchen faucet in our 2017 Winnebago Tour motor coach for a nicer, more versatile faucet, and realized after having to dismantle part of the construction under the sink, we were clearly over our heads. My dog was recently diagnosed with diabetes. Of course I didn’t have the money to do a full work up in her so the vet gave me a bottle of insulin and tell me give it to her every 12 hours. What she failed to tell me was that if my dog didn’t eat the insulin can make her worst. After one day of giving her insulin my dog looked and act worst. Just answer gave me the help I need by guiding what to expect and what to do when a dog doesn’t eat. They even told me to only give my dog half the dose of insulin until she started eating. It’s only been 24 hours and my dog started eating. She has a long way to go but she is getting there. Thanks just answer vet
