I used this service quite pleased with information received and then canceled my required membership to ensure I was not charged any undue funds. However, today I am being charged for the monthly fee that I have not used and canceled before leaving the site the day I used it. When I phoned I was told they will not refund or stop the charge. How upsetting to learn that a great service relies on fraudulent charges to exist.

I spoke with a lawyer and was given very good advice, I had no idea what to expect, but was very happy I chose to do this. It’s easy, cost only $5 and I was able to donate a portion of that amount to charity which was a really nice idea. I would definitely recommend, and will be using the service in the future

At first, I waited quite a while for response, so I called the 800 number and learned 1) I had done all steps properly and 2) the attention needed was rerouted for a quicker response. The number of people using the site is quite high, so some patience is needed. My response came within five minutes. Good advice, and I could get clarification from the expert.

I was happy to have fraud software that was put on my computer and now it's been removed. I'm glad that is done but I have banking issues that I must correct. Thanks Jason

Needed vet assistance while mine were all locally booked . Once finding one the vet who was helping me online helped me understand the results of lab and xray tests to further explain what was going on with my pup. She was amazing with us and a very great adviser
