I had a login with my laptop problem and the tech was able to correct the problem. We messaged back and forth in real-time on my tablet and got my login restored on my laptop. I was almost ready to give up and buy a new laptop so Just Answer saved me hundreds of dollars. I can’t vouch for other services, but their software support is great.
Was having an airbag issue with my car and I was able to speak to a mechanic who explained to me what I needed to do to remedy the situation. It was a relief to have an explanation for what was happening and I was able to get it repaired the next day. Great experience with Justanswer.
I've had a health issue which I haven't been able to resolve in 5 weeks. In chatting with the doctor on JustAnswer I was able to discover a plausible explanation to my health issue, which I will pursue in my local area. I was able to describe my situation, and gain better insight into why I was experiencing problems with my foot. I appreciated the caring and professional approach of the doctor in our discussions.
I am mechanically inclined and had a van that would not start. I did not want to have it towed. I tried JustAnswer to talk to a Chrysler mechanic. With his assistance I was able to diagnose and repair my vehicle without towing it to a shop.
This service provided me with perspective I needed to move ahead in dealing with an outrageous traffic ticket I received while travelling. Worth the reasonable fee to be sure how to proceed.
They were very helpful and nice. My bearded dragon got sick and I'm new with owning a lizard so she gave me great advice on how to better care for him and help me get a hold of a vet so I can him the best care, with a check up. All of this at 3am!!!! Definitely will use again if I need too!!

I found it impossible to receive any service from JustAnswer. Contacted them on 10 October with problem with a Canon Printer. An "expert" said it would take him 10 minutes to find a solution. Thirty-five minutes later, he responds that he's opting out and referring my question to another "expert." Couple of phone calls to Customer Service in which they apologized and offered me a free question and extension of my trial to make up for my inconvenience. FOUR days later I'm contacted at 7:56 pm by an "expert" who asked if I still needed help. I responded that I did and that yes he could connect to my machine and fix the problem if he could verify that this was the Free call that I'd been offered. Heard no more from him until the next day when he said that I had responded after the end of his shift (which must have been at 8:00 p.m., 4 minutes after he contacted me.) When I called Customer Service this morning, they said he had reported that I no longer needed service. That was untrue! Customer Service responded that they were not responsible for their "experts" as they are contractors. I cancelled my membership and am now awaiting my refund in 3-5 days. I'm returning my Canon printer and getting an HP. This is the worst "service" that I have ever received and would never use or recommend this service to anyone. I would certainly rate it less than 1 star if possible!!

Not sure if this is a scam but it seems to act like one. Signed up for $5 "trial", asked a question that wasn't answered then was billed monthly fee. To cancel membership, you have to contact customer service and work through 2 levels of customer service.
I would like either an answer to my question or my funds returned.

The Attorney was understanding to my claim on a bad contractor and he just supported the decision I made to further my claim against the contractor
I had excellent experience with JustAnswers. Due to security reasons, several access ID's were temporarily blocked, and unblocking required resetting the passwords. This affected linked apps - like email clients, and troubleshooting to make them work with the suppliers was very difficult. When Just Answers got involved, their email specialist was excellent, providing very clear guidance, having me involved in testing the solutions real time, and everything was seamlessly restored to work as supposed. I would not hesitate to reach to them in future.

A little pricey just to find out the chipset of my motherboard, but service was quick and professional.
We actually got to talk to a mechanic early on a weekend morning!... I meant talk, not text chat or email, on the phone talk... Wow.
Impressive as this might seem, that wasn't the half of it. We have an '09 Mercedes and a local shop here wanted- and almost charged us up to $800.00 just to diagnose the issues.
But then came these guys at 08:00 on a Saturday morning. Coupe of explanations as to what our issue was, $50.00 to subscribe and set up a phone conversation and then, an actual Mercedes mechanic diagnosed exactly what was wrong with our car, to the T!
We took it to a dealer they confirmed and fixed our car.

This service was very helpful. The Dr. responded quickly. The answer finally made my husband go see a Doctor. My husband could not make up his mind to go to the Dr office.
