They went out of their way to answer my question about a specialty chess set I had. Took several of the experts several times to finally research it and get me the answer. They really went above and beyond.

I typically research issues on *** and *** but Just Answer allows me to avoid having to sift through all the garbage to get to the right answer.

Just answer has been a life saver!!!!!!! My dog swallowed a whole nectarine pit! I panicked and began to google what I can do for my dog. Just answer popped up and said I could get advise from a vet. I gave my dogs information and in less than 5 minutes received a response from Dr ***. It was explained to Dr *** that my dog tboux had swallowed the pit 15 mins ago. Communication was strange; I had to check for email and click on the link each time the vet responded. Took longer than I would have liked. But my question was answered and it saved me from an expensive trip to the emergency vet just to find out what my dog ate would not hurt him. Very much appreciated.

I opted to speak to a vet by phone and he shared his experiences with his kitty which were the same as mine. He offered a solution to my problem and I am going to implement it and see if it works. It was VERY positive to know I was not the only pet owner with this problem

Had a puzzling non-emergent issue with my vehicle so I decided to try this, seems like every time I head to a dealership I get a $400+ solution. I googled my issue and just answer popped up and I decided to give it a try. I was a little nervous, since it's a paid service and the internet and all but was pleasantly surprised that the ASE certified mechanic had my answer WITH the diagnostic diagrams in a matter of a couple minutes. I have my logical solution and he had no expensive parts to sell me. I am very happy with this experiece and will certainly use it again!

I love this concept and have used the JustAnswer services twice now. The first time I got helpful info from an accountant. The second time I was looking for legal info regarding a student loan. If I hadn't needed to jump up and down for a couple of days to get an answer to my already paid for question, I would have given this service 5 stars. I did eventually receive excellent legal info from a competent attorney. I would use this service again without hesitation.
