I would like to caution consumers about using JustFly.com I submitted a request for a booking on line (with full credit card details, etc.) and got a message that there was a technical error with my booking and that I was to call the customer service number to fix the booking When I did so, they tracked my itinerary and the fare had mysteriously gone up $ When I asked how this could have happened, there was no answer except that the fare had gone up When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was refused (Actually I was told that the person had no supervisor, then that the supervisor was in a meeting.) This all sounds pretty fishy to me, a way of luring consumers in with prices, and I hope that there will be no trouble with my credit card
